The property was perfectly equipped for our needs and Steve was a wonderful host, very responsive and welcoming. The location is ideal just a short stroll to the beach, which was a huge bonus for us! The neighborhood is also very quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. We were also thrilled to discover that the famous Penguin Parade is just a stone's throw away! And if you're looking for more adventures, the Chocolate Factory and Churchill Island are only a 20-minute drive away. Our kids were thrilled to spot kangaroos roaming freely outside the house - what an unforgettable experience! And sitting outside on the property's seats, surrounded by lush greenery and listening to the sweet songs of birds, was pure bliss. The kids had such an amazing time that they're already asking to go back! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Steve's place to anyone looking for peaceful, and nature-filled getaway. Thank you, Steve, for a fantastic experience.

It was a wonderful weekend stay at Tracy's place. Tracy was very responsive and gave detail instructions and even video of how things are. The dogs enjoyed the backyard and the walk around the beach. We had a nice family bonding playing trivia and board games. We enjoyed her Kayo and youtube subscriprion so we were able to watched footy. Thank you very much Tracy and we will definitely come back. The place was nice and clean. two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. The place was quiet. Short drive to the cafes, shops, and the Irish pub. No WiFi.

A wonderful Airbnb! The house has been thoughtfully decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked with condiments and cooking utensils/containers/etc. The back deck was a peaceful location to enjoy an afternoon cup of tea or drink and relax. We had a great stay.

really well priced place, has everything you need. can accommodate a number of guests. has a fully enclosed yard so kids and dogs can play outside without direct supervision. was really great to be able to take our 2 dogs away with us to enjoy the weekend as a whole family. a 5 minute walk to the beach just at the end of the quiet street the property is located on. has all the comforts you require. heating, cooling, comfortable seating, and bedding, Wi-Fi and even a pretty cool man cave with a coonara which would be great to entertain even in the winter months. Highly recommend.

The house is in a great location with plenty to do around the area. The house has everything you need for a short or longer stay. Michael's hospitality was great, and he was keen to make the stay in Rosebud enjoyable for guests.

Ash and Jason’s place is beautiful and clean just like the photos. They are great at communication, even gave us recommendations for restaurants and things to do. I highly recommend this place for your next stay at the Mornington peninsula.
