Our family enjoyed our stay at the Golden Beach House II! The home is easily accessed with plenty of parking. It was one block to a local beach which has a comfort station/restroom. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was so convenient! We grilled for dinner one night and the grill was the nicest one we have ever used. They layout of the home was great for our family.

Stunning AC home with fantastic amenities! The location was ideal, right on the boardwalk - not far at all from all the best spots. The house has a kegerator (just make sure to bring extra CO2 if you're bringing kegs), great kitchen, dining room, hot-tub, grill, awesome backyard and seating/sleeping arrangements. It's perfect for staying in AND going out! Thank you Carina & Bogdan for your AC hospitality!

Pat was extremely responsive and accomodating. The place was perfect for our needs. We had parents and a group of kids for my son's birthday weekend. They all loved the games, the spacious living room, and plenty of beds to sleep. You can't beat the location!! Steps away from the beach. We will definately be back!

We had a fantastic weekend. The house was perfect to comfortably accommodate the 10 of us, five families of long-time friends, for our annual reunion. The house is ocean front on the famous boardwalk, a location hard to beat. Yet, it is set back from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk giving plenty of privacy. The house was very clean with all the amenities. The architecture allows for a perfect ocean views and sunrise watching. Three balconies with breathtaking views of the Atlantic coast and wide beach. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The outdoor shed was equipped with plenty of beach chairs for all of us, umbrellas, and a cart to lug them to the beach; all of these were new/in a very good shape. We lucked in with the mid-October weather to take full advantage of the beach and its proximity to the house. The host, Jason (and his agents) have been terrific. Very responsive before and during the stay. All in all, a perfect setting and great hospitality!

Beautiful home,Better than described, super clean. I highly recommend! We rented the house for week to attend a wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased, from the boat slips/ docks for my jetskis, sea kayaks to the heated pool , all great features! Those were just a few things to mention, the entire home and property are drop dead gorgeous and well kept, every little thing you can think of was provided, these people go above and beyond to ensure you have a great vacation. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family members.

Had a great time at Brian’s beach house! Plenty of space for a family of 5. Very clean! The pool was great! Loved that when we were didn’t feel like being at the beach anymore we still had the pool to go back to. Brian was always very quick to respond if we had any questions. Great location, we were able to walk many places. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

The property is just as described and displayed. It's 8 individual bedrooms plus a comfortable king sofa bed inside the garage, I would definitely count it as an additional bedroom if needed. The day bed bedroom on the first floor is very small and does not extend to a king size but every other room is very spacious. The main bedroom on the 3rd floor is everything, very spacious, very demure, very chic. There's 3 parking in the front and 2 in the back of the house, plus the two street parking in front of the property. The stove was not tested in that house but the kitchen is really nice. 10/10 recommend this property. Really nice view on the Rooftop. Keep in mind owner does not open its pool in April and we did not get to use the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tide Watch. It was very clean, spacious, well equipped, and had a beautiful ocean view. The balcony chairs were plentiful and comfortable.

This house was perfect! Great pool, comfortable beds and furniture. It was a nice, easy walk to a beautiful beach!

Even with some rain, we had a great week in Margate with 7 adults and a toddler. The house was every bit as beautiful as the photos! There were lots of special touches that made us feel like family friends and not just strangers renting for a week. The welcome basket and electric bikes stand out as a special treat. Josh was a very responsive and friendly. We really appreciated that all 8 of us could gather in multiple spaces indoors and outdoors, either together or separately when we needed space. We loved the front covered porch, ate several meals on the covered deck with a dining room table, and all of us could sit around the pool as well. The awning was terrific for sun and even in light rain. The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy for a big multigenerational family to cook meals in. We joined family in another location at the beach, but the bikes with the attached wagons would have made it possible to take everything to the beach.

The house was lovely. The pool was an amazing feature for our family. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Samantha was an excellent host who was great with answeing any questions asked promptly. Thank you again for opening your home to us. We had a memorable vacation.

Location, view and modern exquisite comfort all in one place! The Mermaid House in Brigantine is exactly as described. Went for a short girls trip. Five women in one place. We each had our own bed with lovely linens, three bathrooms to share and adored the open living space so we could all be together. There were extra linens and stocked kitchen. There was a hiccup with the heating (stayed in the winter) but Krista was immediately responsive and made sure we were okay and had everything we needed. The hospitality and friendliness of our hosts made our stay that much better. I highly recommend for the views, location and super comfortable stay.

Great place to stay, whether you’re looking for a little beach getaway or a trip to Atlantic City without the hustle and bustle of the casino scene. Great location, clean and cute - quick ride to the Atlantic City Marina and a short walk to the beach. Quick and clear communication with host- we had a great time!

We loved our stay at Pats place! The kitchen was a great size and the beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach was along a quiet street and didn’t feel too far. We could walk to some cafes and I also enjoyed running at the nature reserve. I hope to stay again!

Beautiful home, convenient to grocery and most eating spots. Located in a family neighborhood. Super clean and had all we needed to have a great week!

Christine’s place was perfect for our family of 8 (adults and a 2 year old). Location was great, a short walk to the beautiful beach. The place was very clean and had everything we needed (including a garage to keep our bikes and beach things in). We especially enjoyed the front porch rockers surrounded by beautiful flowers and landscaping, and the outdoor shower. Christine was great and responded quickly! We had a wonderful vacation in her beautiful beach home! 🐚

The house was clean and spotless. John the host is also super responsive when and provides clear instructions on how to check in and makes it super simple. It doesn't have that big of a backyard, but its good for what it is and the house isn't in a bad spot. I would recommend staying here just because it was clean, super easy check-in and check-out and not too far from the Ocean resort and casino. (15 minute walk)

Great house in nice, convenient neighborhood of town. Will stay again. Place had everything you could possibly want.
