Bill’s place was better than described. I went with a group of guys for a golf weekend and couldn’t have found a better place. The host is very communicative and proactive in giving you all the details for your stay. There are quite a few rules to follow, but any respectful guest will find all of them to be more than reasonable. The area also felt very safe and far from the hustle and bustle of downtown Atlantic City. I definitely would recommend this place to other large groups 👍

Nous étions un groupe de parents qui venaient encourager leur enfants qui participaient à un tournois de Futsal au convention center. La maison de Tiago répondait à nos besoins pour le groupe. Elle était à 10 minutes du centre ville. Située dans un quartier tranquille et à 5 minutes de marches du boardwalk et de la plage. Lors de notre passage en plein milieu du mois février, la température était froide et lors de notre arrivée, il faisait assez froid dans la maison. Nous avons dû appeler Tiago pour trouver les instruction du foyer au propane et du système de chauffage. Celui s’est montré disponible et attentionné, nous parlant en même temps des endroits et resto qui valaient la peine d’aller. Aussi, petit pépin avec la serrure pendant la fin de semaine. Le code a décidé qu’il ne fonctionnait plus. Tuango était facile à rejoindre et a pu arranger le tout à distance. Nous n’avons pas eu l’impression de le déranger, au contraire encore une fois il était très dévoué. Nous avons adoré!!

This is the 4th year we’ve stayed here. The house is just perfect for us. It is comfortable, clean, close to the beach. We love the porch; it is where we eat our meals. Both Ben and Ken are so responsive to any questions we may have. We are already looking forward to booking this house again for next year.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect—my family and I were able to walk to breakfast, then head over to the boardwalk to play arcade games and grab some snacks before strolling back. It made for a fun and convenient experience! The property is also just about 25 minutes from the convention center, which was a huge plus for us. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to rest up after a long day. Overall, a great stay—we’d definitely book again!

We were in town for some concerts at the Hard Rock and decided to get a shared place instead of cramming into a hotel room. The space was perfect for the three of us and we had plenty of room to lounge around during the day. The space is walking to distance to several places like the liquor store, The Seed, several restaurants, and even the boardwalk. We had one really nice day, and even though it was the middle of February, we took the beach cruisers down to the boardwalk. So much fun and such an added bonus!

Cozy and comfortable. My family and I stayed there for the weekend during the winter and it was just what we needed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely go back. Thank you

This place was cozy and comfortable. I felt right at home at Morgan's place. We are a family of 4 and we didn't feel crammed in like we do at hotels. We cooked dinner in a few nights. Had family over. It was very clean and had the basic amenities we needed and there's a grocery within a few blocks. It was an excellent stay and I would absolutely book here again(or any of her other listings!)

The space was beautifully decorated, clean, private, and spacious. Even though it's a studio, there is a lot of open space. The walk-in closet was beautiful and there is a ton of space to hang clothes or put into drawers. You can also store your luggage in there. The kitchen and bathroom are off to the side so they don't feel like they are part of your living space. The backyard is wonderful. It backs onto a natural area and the birding is fabulous. Nearby is JFK Park which is a great place to watch the sunset or the night sky. The whole vibe of this AirBnB is very relaxed. If you have time, Bill is an interesting person to talk to. He has lived an interesting life and is always planning new adventures. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

This was my girlfriend's and I second time at this airbnb. We wanted to return because we were treated so well! Once again we received a warm welcome and we will be back in the future!

One of the best stays we have ever had! Sue was beyond exceptional the instructions were very easy to follow and the place was beyond cozy we felt right at home!

Centrally located for restaurants and shopping. My wife and I came with our dog to do some house hunting in the area. The apartment was perfect for our needs and was very cozy. Would recommend for all seasons to rent.

Had an amazing experience for my first time in Atlantic City. First and foremost, Tina is an amazing host, super helpful and responsive. Location is prime with everything you need within walking distance. The apartment was clean and well kept at the moment of check-in. All the amenities explained by Tina on the listing were there. Would definitely book again when I come back to visit!

Excellent communication and a great little getaway spot. Just the basics...but in OC thats all you need! Very clean, organized, and easy to find/park/get in. In very safe area with easy Uber/Lyft pickups and tons to do in the area both in season and off season.

We had a great week! It was actually nicer than the pics even. Walkable distance to restaurants on Asbury (about 5-10mins) and sim distance to beach. Went up 7th to beach everyday. They were nice enough to provide beach tags. After the beach, we ate at a few places when we didn't cook. Pots & pans were provided at our request as well as extra seats and even a table so my son with autism could draw when back at the apt. If you have gluten issues they're many places close. Roma's pizza, Hooked on Breakfast, Asbury Kitchen, Yanni's, Bashful Banana and Opas. At night, just a short 3 min walk to Kilwin's ice cream for tasty homemade choices. Neighborhood was quiet and we watched smart tv. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided and they offered to launder items if needed. We had air conditioners in each room, but also central air if needed. We slept comfortably. Lots of space for belongings. They were very kind and attentive. We'd come back for sure! Thanks again!!!

Phenomenal host, perfect location! The kitchen had everything I needed, the bathroom was spotless, everything was just very comfortable and exactly what I was looking for in an off-season beach weekend. The color changing lights over the couch are mind blowing!

We had a great time over the thanksgiving weekend. The place was family friendly and clean. We would highly recommend staying there.

We couldn't have asked for anything more when staying at Kimberly's place. She was very nice, communicative and the stay was perfect. Everything was as advertised, very clean and getting in was a breeze. The location was excellent as well. We couldn't have been happier and I would highly recommend staying here.

thanks Sal! what a great apartment. there was lots of space and it was very clean. Sal was available all week whenever we needed something he was right there. our family of 6 had plenty of space and enjoyed the whole week.

Everything was as described. It is truly cute and cozy. Above all, Lorraine is the best host. We arrived after 10:00 on Christmas night and had a little difficulty with the parking space lock box. Lorraine actually called me and walked us through the process all the way to the condo! We felt terrible to bother her but she was so gracious. Everything we needed was there and ready for us. The bed is comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. We had the best stay. Thank you Lorraine for sharing your cute and cozy condo. Oh, and there's amazing views from the place.

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving 2024. We loved the place! Very nice kitchen - fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Great location - for shopping, gyms and restaurants. The host was fantastic! Very responsive. I hope we get to stay again soon. We will be back!

Thomas was very responsive, was pleasant... I enjoyed the beach house , it was perfect location with so much to do in the surrounding area ! Comfortable home and loved the balcony ! Would definitely return ....

Sarah is a wonderful host. She is wonderfully communicative and has overturned every stone to have amenities available. It’s a lovely tidy home in a quiet place. It was terrific for being at one with the ocean, which is only 1.5 blocks away. You will love and adore her place!
