Thank you Alexis (and Terry) for a fabulous stay! We really enjoyed spending some quality time in the annex alongside some time at places nearby. Such a beautiful annex with everything you need, from towels, bed linen, coffee/tea, pasta, brioche, butter, milk - all sorts! You can even buy their own homemade produce! A very special touch to receive a gift as this was for our Mini-moon! 💕 Our first printed photo in a frame, a box of chocolates, small bottle of sparkling rosé, some balloons, and even a welcome sign. Friendly hosts, brilliant communication, and a fabulous taste in music (Pavarotti) - I hope the men enjoyed their time in Germany. We hope to be back to celebrate on of our many anniversaries to come! Love Emma & Nathen xx

Great apartment, clean and comfortable with all the mod cons. Really conveniently located for the town, ferry, IOW & Gunwharf Quays. We stayed over the Xmas period whilst our house was being renovated. The space was more than adequate for us with extra family staying for a night. Both showers work great, the towels look and feel brand new and the beds were comfortable with lovely linen and pillows The hosts had thought of everything to make it home from home. One minor point, the lounge setup isn’t very relaxing. Really beautiful 2 seater sofa with 2 separate chairs but they weren’t very comfortable to sit on. Not the end of the world but just surprising Looks lovely and in keeping with the style of the room - but it could do with a big comfy sofa!

Great central location in emsworth. Parking was easy but if training it’s right there as well. Perfect 5 star Airbnb

Lovely apartment close to all amenities. No parking outside but the public car park was 2 minutes away. Great area with lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and Anna left us a very nice bottle of wine! I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

What an absolute gem of a property and host. I stayed woth my three children and 2 dogs. The property was beautiful, the perfect size and Kevin welcomed us with some lovely extras. We went in to a lovely display of local biscuits, some maps and attraction leaflets, a folder with clear instructions including very string wifi and milk in the fridge. This property was perfectly located. There's a Zoo 10 minutes walk away woth a "return in 7 days for £1" offer. My only regret is not booking longer, although I'm sure if we could have stayed, Kevin would have facilitated the additional time. Kevin is a very attentive host, he gave us discount codes for the ferry and lots of details of local attractions. We have had an amazing experience that we've already shared with friends and family. We'll definitely be back again. Thank you.

The apartment had all the facilities and equipment one could wish for. It was very comfortable and full of interesting photos and memorabilia .

Great location in the old town with easy walking access to Portsmouth and Southsea. Our host was great at communicating in advance and checking in by messages on arrival. I can confirm the parking space is accessible - but it takes patience getting into it - much easier when you leave though!

The hosts were great from start to finish. They helped us book the ferry with the discount, and when the ferry was delayed they also helped us get a refund. The place itself was really nice and had pretty much everything we needed. I notice that others complained about noise as it was on the High Street, for us it wasn't too bad. There was some noise, but nothing to keep you up night, although our stay wasn't during any special events.

Stephen's flat was absolutely lovely and in an immaculate condition. The location is spot on, with breathtaking views of the ocean. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was available. Helpful that it's located just a few minutes' walk from shops and restaurants (just as described). Stephen was very accommodating and responsive. When I booked, I didn't know my husband would be joining us ( myself + 3 kids) . He got a break from work last minute and was able to come with us. I did tell Stephen as soon as I found out. Though it was listed as a 4 person flat, Stephen was kind enough to allow us squeeze in, despite not wanting 5 people in the flat. (Thanks for that Stephen, much appreciated). The only little thing about the flat which could be improved on if possible, is the sound of the shower running through the bedroom wall. Not sure there is much that can be done about it though. We did not mind much so I guess that's negligible. All in all, we had an amazing stay

We had a great stay at Belmont View in August. The whole place was spotless on arrival and was perfect location to get into town. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything and more which is always helpful. Communication was very quick and we were also lucky enough to meet joeseph whom was very lovely. Thankyou so much for letting us stay.

What a fabulous apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Kirsty. Our party consisted of me, my husband and 2 daughters, along with my brother, his wife and my 83 year old mum. The bedroom configuration worked perfectly for us… The large room and en-suite shower room worked perfectly for my brother… who has some disabilities. The apartment had such a warm homely feel and we would highly recommend it. We definitely hope to stay here again and will recommend to our friends and family

very clean and easy to keep clean; totally practical with all basic necessities; comfortable and inviting; we were there in the winter but the private garden with seating would be a lovely bonus in the summer months.

I cannot recommend this find enough! Beyond 5 stars if we could! From answering questions before we booked, to supporting us through the ferry booking, and then our arrival, Sonia was always there with an extremely fast response! When we arrived at the flat, there was a generous welcome hamper of goodies (and extra treats in the mouse house for our little girl which she was so excited about)! The flat was pristine and had a great selection of kitchen cookware and utensils. There were also lots of books (we now have to buy some moomintroll books for our house!) and some games to play as well. Great location in easy access of all the places we went to visit (zoo, dinosaur isle, donkey sanctuary, beach). We were a family of 4 with a 3 year old and a 10 month old and the space was truly perfect. We’ll be back! Thank you Sonia!

Perfect for our needs, so comfortable, beautifully thought out in design and furnishings. We would love to book for much longer, next year. Recommend to anyone who would appreciate peace and quiet with sound of the waves lapping at seashore just beyond the small private rear garden. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your loving apartment.

The host and his family are all nice helpful people. The area is also nice with shops nearby. Maybe just check with the host about parking, becquse we were not sure where we can park. Nice stay.

We had a great time here. Views are amazing . The weather was lovely so we made the most of the outdoor space and the hot tub. Great place for walking.

We really enjoyed our stay, the access to the sister hotel’s facilities including indoor and outdoor pools was fabulous and it was very well situated between the beach and the high street right next to the beautiful chine. Loved the Isle with its beautiful botanical gardens, beaches and dinosaur fossils to explore!

Great place to stay, peaceful yet still near everything. Fabulous hot tub and beautiful apartment. Couldn't ask for a nicer host or a nicer place to stay.

Charlottes apartment exceeded my expectations, for the price I paid I am more than happy with what I got! I will be staying there again when I next visit! Highly recommended a stay here however long your stay ! Thank you so much

We had a great time at The Gate. The accommodation was well presented and located in a perfect location, very easy to get around and within minutes to the beach. This was particularly great as it is walking distance we managed to convince the kids for all of us to go for morning swims(the weather was great so that helped too). Emma(the host) provided all the information we required so everything was super easy to find in the house. Emma also recommended some fantastic places to eat and dine which we loved. We particularly loved the Travelling Tavern once again within minutes of the house which is great for families and has live music a few days of the week. All around a Great place to stay with a Great Host and a Great location to visit.

Perfect location, very helpful host, would highly recommend for couples to explore the Island, and of course the bonus of use of the hot tub. We will return next time we are on the Island without the family. Thank you
