Tim was a fantastic host, very quick to respond to any queries we had. The house itself was beautiful and just what was needed after a long day, the private parking was a big bonus for us. All together we had a brilliant stay here and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for hosting us Tim.

My daughter booked the house for 6 adults and 4 toddlers/babies. I did not look at the advert beforehand and it beat my expectations. I would give it 11 out of 10. The house was very modern and spacious and was ideal for small children from the playroom with games/books/colouring/blackboard to step in the downstairs toilet. The very safe trampoline and large grass area for ball games. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom and ensuite bathrooms were spacious with great shower. The kitchen also had all the equipment that you would need for a long stay. I would thoroughly recommend the house.

Had a lovely stay with family. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the property and surrounds. The living area was inviting and convivial with a cosy log fire. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive, going out of her way to accommodate and make our stay memorable. Definitely recommend.

Lovely family home in the heart of the new forest. Was perfect for a pre Christmas getaway with lovely fireplace and warm Arga in the kitchen. Ian and team were very accommodating and it was lovely to have our two cocker spaniels with us to enjoy long daily walks in the forest. Will definitely be back again

Ehjaz was communicative, friendly, accommodating and responsive. The property was well furnished, modern and clean. The bedrooms are all large and most are enough suited, which is great. The cinema room is impressive!

I wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the incredible experience at Andy & Jills. From the very beginning, their communication and support were exceptional. Their assistance with our discounted ferry trip and the flexibility with check-in made all the difference, setting the tone for an enjoyable stay. Andy, meeting us upon arrival and taking the time to share local recommendations was such a thoughtful touch. His insights on the best places to eat and must-visit spots added so much to our trip. The property itself was outstanding; immaculately clean, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a home away from home, and we found ourselves hardly wanting to leave! Gurnard Place was an absolute gem—the recommendation was spot on! The classic hot chocolate and Baileys hot chocolate were simply divine. Tapnell Farm was a fantastic experience for our daughters. Despite the chilly weather, our stay was nothing short of wonderful.
