Ventotene : locations de maisons de vacances

We recently stayed at Lucas House, a lovely villa in the mountains of Scauri, just a short drive from Rome. The house is beautiful, with lots of space and comfortable beds. The views are amazing, and we loved both the private pool and the larger shared pool. Most rooms had air conditioning, which was great. Driving in the area can be tricky, but the "authentic" Italian experience makes it worthwhile. There aren't many tourists, which makes it feel very real, but it might be challenging language and service-wise if you prefer more tourist-friendly places. Overall, Lucas House was perfect for our big family. It is child-friendly, though the large marble stairs make it more suitable for children over 3.5 years old. It’s close to many beautiful spots and beaches. Dealing with Luca and his team was easy and smooth. Thank you, Luca, for hosting us in your wonderful villa!

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

This villa was so beautiful!!! Amazing scenery especially the backyard it is a gorgeous setting for hosting or spending plenty of time outdoors taking in the views. The home itself is very beautiful and spacious. It is a bit tricky to find if you don’t have the exact coordinates so definitely plan in advance to get those directions from the host to make it easier to find but they were very helpful and met us to help guide us to the home. The home itself was very cozy and just like the photos, we were about unimpressed with the restaurant quality in town but if you hit the local grocery store and stock up you can easily prepare a good meal at the home. Wish we stayed longer to soak in the views from this lovely home!

What can I say about this slice of heaven? The view was the best I’ve seen. The little pool was perfect, the big outdoor table and bbq so inviting to use. Comfy beds, huge kitchen, clean bathroom. Just what me and my friend needed for a week’s holiday! A bit of a walk up a hill so be mindful of that. Easy to get there - ferry from Naples, then the no. 6 bus to Nik Bar (€14 for a week pass). 20 mins walk up to Trattoria Il Focolare (featured on Stanley Tucci’s programme) and 20 min walk down to Tenuta del Cannavale for a natural wine tasting. Notre séjour dans cette très belle maison de famille a été particulièrement très agréable . La situation de cette location offre une très belle vue sur la baie de Formia/Gaeta. Le beau et grand jardin aux couleurs méditerranéennes , la piscine, le calme de cet endroit permettent de bien se détendre. La gastronomie de la cuisine italienne est à l’honneur dans les villes proches et les visites de Naples, Pompéi… complètent ces vacances italiennes. Sans oublier l’accueil très chaleureux de Loredana toujours prête à rendre service.

Ischia Dream Vision was great. Beautiful location and very nice apartments. Ours was a nice clean and spacious two bedroom. Our host was Francesco was amazing. Very polite. And always proactively helping. The cleaning service was great with linens and towels. The pool area was small but perfect. I want to note. Due to the buildings all being concrete. Which is standard and built into a hill. We did not have WiFi in our apartment. But you had it on the terrace/ pool. This was good and bad as don’t want to be on devices at this amazing location. But tough if you needed to work or relied on it for communication. Overall great spot. Great host. Drew

We had a wonderful stay in Ischia. The property was very unique and had amazing views. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The pool was so refreshing after exploring all day. Prices on the island are very reasonable and I would suggest adding to your itinerary.

Perfecte villa voor maximaal 4 personen. Wij waren met zijn tweetjes en hadden volop ruimte. Prachtige tuin, tuintafel + stoelen, ligstoelen en ligbedden, zon/schaduw: geweldig! Goed uitgeruste keuken. Badkamer is wat klein en beetje gedateerd, maar àlles functioneert prima. Geweldige host die snel reageert en direct helpt bij alle vragen. Kortom: uitstekende accommodatie voor bezoek aan Gaeta, Sperlonga en strand!!

Soggiorno al Fauno molto piacevole e rilassante con ottima accoglienza da parte dell' host Gabriella e di Francesco che ci ha organizzato una bellissima giornata in barca con pranzetto e bagni. La casa è accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario; strategica rispetto a navetta bus, supermercati, ristoranti e spiagge. Ci piacerebbe assolutamente ritornare.

UN SOGNO! io e la mia amica abbiamo amato stare da Eleonora, l’appartamento è incredibile, pulito, equipaggiato di qualunque cosa tu possa avere bisogno, la location ti regala una vista spettacolare e Eleonora è super disponibile. Grazie grazie mille! A presto!

Semplicemente spettacolare , un isola fantastica e penso che siamo state le vacanze più belle che potessi fare con mia moglie e i miei cani grazie a tutti ❤️

Piccolo appartamento funzionale all’interno di una residenza dove vivono Lello e la sua famiglia. Sarà sua mamma ad accogliervi e a fare in modo che vi sentiate a vostro agio. Alloggio vicino alla spiaggia e a tutti i servizi. Grazie!

Traumhafte Aussicht auf St. Angelo! Herziges Dorf mit einem Restaurant und einem super Minimarkt in der Nähe. Sehr herzliche Gastgeberin!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders in Erinnerung bleiben uns der herrliche Ausblick mit freier Sicht aufs Meer, die wohltuende Ruhe und die ideale Lage. Das kleine Häuschen ist ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort für entspannte Tage und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Pierfrancesco gab uns ausserdem wertvolle Tipps für kulinarische Entdeckungen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet; während unseres Aufenthalts gab es jedoch ein kleines Problem mit dem Boiler. Pierfrancesco hat sich schnell und unkompliziert darum gekümmert und eine tolle Lösung angeboten, sodass wir unseren Aufenthalt ohne Einschränkungen geniessen konnten. Vielen Dank Pierfrancesco!

Bellissimo posto dove alloggiare a Ventotene. Un piccolo tesoro in un posto già magico di suo. Se si cerca la pace è perfetto. Se avremo modo ritorneremo qui.

Location favolosa ideale per rilassarsi. Splendida vista mare. Appartamento ben curato e fornito di tutto il necessario. Ottima base per esplorare l'isola. Accoglienza splendida ed estrema disponibilità durante tutto il soggiorno.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig in einer schmalen Gasse oberhalb von Lacco Ameno. Es gibt eine Terrasse und einen Garten. Den Check-In machte der Vater, er wohnt gegenüber und ist ein überaus freundlicher Herr. Vielen Dank für die nette Begrüßung! Das Haus ist freundlich eingerichtet und relativ gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind von der sehr harten Sorte. Zum Duschen muss man in die große Badewanne einen Meter tief hinabsteigen. Meine Frau hatte nach einer Operation an der Hüfte damit große Probleme. Vor der Anreise sollte man wissen, dass es keinen Fön und keine großen Handtücher zum Duschen gibt. Insgesamt haben wir uns in Andreinas Haus recht wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es gerne.

Giuseppe's place was just what we needed with a great view. He was very responsive, helped us with renting a scooter, and was always willing to share some recommendations for things to do or places to eat, he really wanted us to enjoy and make the most of our stay. The place is a little bit out of the main town/port area but very walkable, 5-7 min walk to town. Only recommendation for the host is to provide a bit more amenities such as washing detergent and shampoo/conditioner etc.

THANK YOU ANNA! Sant’Angelo is a lovely location, a little village on its own within Ischia Island. There is a small but authentic fishing fleet, but be warned - this is definitely a summer town only. We were a bit shocked the first afternoon we moved in - not a shop or cafe open! Fortunately Anna had been soooo generous- there was a bottle of Prosecco, eggs, strawberries, tomatoes, homemade jam, fruit, juices, coffee, milk, different types of bread, butter plus a cupboard full of condiments and sauces - so we did not starve. Over the next couple of days the village gradually opened up, to the extent we found it hard to leave this area (also serviced very well by taxis and the local bus). Anna’s home is a delight - it looks as if everything is brand new. There are sooo many windows and a lovely balcony, and views from every window. It’s very close to everything in Sant’Angelo. The home is very thoughtfully prepared - umbrellas, a sun awning, spare everything. Recommend!!!!

What a Jem! Harbor front with an absolutely Amazing view. In the Heart of a truly picturesque location. Quiet mornings turn to a bustling restaurant scene at mid day and evenings. Spoilt for choice of great dinning options at your immediate disposal. Or catch an Island boat tour from your doorstep. Very comfortable and sound proof accommodation with an uplifting decor/color scheme & well outfitted kitchen, which is an appreciated find while traveling. Highly recommend!!
