Right on the ocean was expected, but the beach disappears during high tide. Was quiet for being right on the PCH but that is Malibu. Staff was responsible and fixed a minor issue as soon as the daytime staff arrived. All-round good stay...

Barbara and MauMau (she’s a cutie) were great host. It was a peaceful and enjoyable experience for the night. Would definitely recommend to others coming to LA. Will definitely coming back for the next trip to LA.

Thank you so much for hosting me at your beautiful apartment. The stay was very comfortable and quiet. I loved how the complex was gated which made me feel more secure with parking my car. Marcis is extremely responsive and would patiently handle any requests or questions my family had, even if it was at an odd hour. (I booked a place for them to stay for 2 weeks). The place is clean, well equipped and priced well too for the location. The check out process was very easy too - highly recommend!

This place is absolutely stunning—far more beautiful than the photos can capture! It’s peaceful, inviting, and felt like home right away. The space was impeccably clean and smelled fresh, making it even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, with great restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the Santa Monica bluffs. After a long day out, it was the perfect spot to unwind. Dawn was an incredible host, and I would book this place again in a heartbeat!

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

John's studio apartment Airbnb in Downtown Santa Monica has everything you need for a perfect weekend getaway to LA and the beaches. My partner and I stayed at John's place over the past weekend, and we were amazed at how functional and spacious the apartment was for the allotted square footage. Additionally, the patio space provided a nice spot to drink coffee in the mornings and chill out on at night. I especially appreciate John's thoroughness in his check-in and check-out instructions, as they were instrumental in ensuring an efficient check-in/out process. All amenities are provided as described, and the bathroom reminded me of a hotel bathroom with its typical offerings, which was pleasant to see. The unit is also in probably the best location you can ask for in Santa Monica with not too much public traffic just outside of the complex along 4th Street, and in walking distance to the Third Street Promenade and Santa Monica Pier. 10/10 Recommend!

We had visited and stayed in Santa Barbara before but this time wanted to stay in the quaint village of Montecito. We arrived, parked the car and never needed to drive our whole stay, everything was so close. We brought our Bikes and rode every day along the beach, and to the city of Santa Barbara, coming home to this comfortable suite. It was a home away from home, with many wonderful restaurants and shops nearby.

We had an amazing period in this place. The location is fantastic and the building is quiet.

A wonderful setting; a very pleasant bungalow. We loved our stay on the Canal – peaceful (although in the midst of the bustling city), beautiful, and very comfortable, with the beach and lots of restaurants and bars a short walk away, and a reserved parking space behind the house. The accommodation is small, but there is plenty of space for two: a very good bed, great bathroom, and well-equipped kitchen; the bungalow is bright and airy, with excellent appliances. One of the great pleasures of our stay was simply sitting on the deck, in the company of the local bird life (ducks, egrets, coots…), with a cup of tea and a good read, surrounded by lush and fragrant vegetation, and with the canal to enjoy, once eyes were raised from the book – the lovely canal path is accessed directly from that deck. M. and M. were good hosts and very gracious when we had a minor issue with the WiFi (which was quickly resolved – after that the connection was excellent). Very warmly recommended.

I just got back from a weeklong stay at Peter's beautiful condo with my daughter-his place is fantastic! To start, the place is absolutely spotless. The furnishings and finishes are new and modern and we instantly felt at home here. My daughter and I loved sitting out on the balcony, enjoying the sunshine while looking at the harbor. The entire building feels like a resort and the staff are constantly cleaning and keep it looking shiny and new. We loved going downstairs each morning and walking around the harbor to look at the boats and water. The whole area is so peaceful-we just loved it! My one and only negative was that the shower pressure is very strong, but it would not deter me from staying there again-I can't wait to go back and would give it more than 5 stars if I could! If you are there on a Saturday, the farmers market is right next door, and it is awesome! There is also a little cafe in the front of the main building called The Hive-great coffee, smoothies and bowls!

Is highly recommend staying here. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the beach and hundreds of great restaurants and bars. The place was nice and clean also that looked just like the pictures. On top of that Sokal was a great host, very friendly and very responsive.

Joey was very responsive. The place was super close to the Santa Barbara Downtown area. It's super easy to access and Uber around. I would definitely stay again when I am in Santa Barbara.

Her place was charming, nice location, clean and has parking. She was very responsive and perfect size for two people. Highly recommend

Julie and Dave are just lovely people, even the groundskeeper Jesus is awesome. She responses so quick to any inquiries you have during your say. Julie had some extra freshly baked bread and it was delicious along with a yummy apple from their garden, fully organic pesticide free :). The place is nice and clean, bed cozy, clean linen, towels, and kitchenware. YOU MUST FOLLOW her directions to get to the property or else you won't make it lol. Once you learn the way its fun to ride up the canyon roads :D. The high speed internet is great which is a must because you will not have cell service up in the mountains which i didn't mind, just que up your directions on GPS before you leave and you'll be all good. The backyard is as described, simply beautiful with a view to match. Only downside is minor, you don't have a driveway access so at times when there are guest in the other units it can get a little tight on the street. Ultimately would def stay again, peaceful getaway in A+ location!

The instructions to find unit needs to be improved other than that it’s great.

We loved Mona’s place! It was one of the cutest airbnbs we’ve stayed at. It has a totally eclectic charm, and one of the best views of the river in Topanga. We loved everything about it - from the layout, amenities (amazing indoor tub!), hot tub, view, location… we enjoyed everything moment

My family and I had great stay at this place, very comfortable and felt safe in the accommodation and the area. Great shopping and coffee shops and had a great brunch meal at the nearby restaurant.

Leandro’s place is awesome! It’s super clean, comfy and instantly felt like home. The kitchen has everything you need. Actually, the entire place does. There’s also a fun little gaming area and thoughtful touches like a Christmas tree. Leandro is also a great host. He’s very responsive, accommodating, patient and friendly. The area is great as well. It’s a walkable distance from Costco, stater bros, and plenty of restaurants. I’d highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks for the awesome stay Leandro!
