The condo was clean comfortable and quiet. The location was convenient to walking trails shops and the beach. Amtrak is a few blocks away for easy trips to Santa Barbara. I would definitely recommend Melinda’s condo in Carpinteria for a great beach vacation.

Great location and of walking distance to restaurants and stores. Felt at home. Beautiful inside designed well. Would love to come back!

Ian was a friendly and attentive host for my stay. He is the perfect person to have welcomed me to his neighborhood. His place was well appointed and showcases Ian’s excellent style.

We loved this place and hope to stay again in the future! Jon was super responsive and very helpful. The location is literally steps from the beach and has many amenities. The outdoor space is amazing and our family of 3 loved spending time in the hot tub.

All around good. However, if you are a light sleeper, be aware that there is a fair amount of noise from a nearby busy street, and some neighbors have some dogs that can get a bit yappy. If the upstairs neighbors are home, the thuds of them walking around are also pretty loud. Otherwise, communication from the host was great, the apartment was very clean, and it was downright spacious.

Jessica’s place was amazing! Awesome location walking distance to the Venice Pier, the beach and the Venice canals. Her house was clean and had everything we needed not to mention the most epic master bathroom. Jessica was super communicative and flexible with allowing us to extend our stay. Thank you Jessica for being such a great host!

This may be the cleanest and neatest place I’ve ever stayed at. It looks like it was either just built or just fully remodeled. We felt like we might be the first people to have stayed there after the remodel. I almost felt guilty taking things out of the pristinely organized drawers. This place is also very convenient if you have older folks with you, since there is an elevator from the garage and one of the full bedrooms is on the floor without any stairs. We had a few minor questions and the host responded within a few minutes to resolve them. The place is right next to the freeway, as in you can see the cars and almost touch the sound wall. We were pleasantly surprised that there was almost no noise when the windows are closed There was a small convenience market half a block down the street with surprisingly good freshly made Mexican food

Nice apt in Westwood. Nice touch with welcome snacks and water. Kitchen well setup. Nice place. Nice spacious gym as well. Perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend stay.

This place was an absolute gem...even better than the pics! The spot was clean, spacious, and had beautiful ocean views. The kitchen and bathrooms had nice upgrades as well like heated seats in the primary bathroom :) And the location couldn't be better...just a few blocks from both the beach and the cute town of Venice Beach. Santa Monica and Marina del rey are really close as well! My two adult sons and I stayed here and there was more than enough space for us. I would absolutely go back to this spot again.

This was a great place to stay and had lots of room for a small family. The unit was very quiet, beautifully decorated and had lots of space to spread out and enjoy walks outdoors. The neighborhood was safe, great for walks, with lots of restaurants close by. Our host was very responsive and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!!

the space was better beautiful. i absolutely loved the area. the check in was super easy and the space looked just like the pictures. the host was kind and friendly. he answered every question i had. would definitely recommend staying here if needed to in the area.

Great spot, really clean, modern space with good amenities. Location is fairly central, there are some things (restaurants, bars) within walking distance but for us it was important to be able to uber/drive to the beach and other neighborhoods, so this was perfect for that. Parking at the unit for 2 cars which was also nice. Sina was responsive when we had questions and super easy check in/out process. Would definitely stay here again.

Julie’s place was a nice decorated apartment located in a tranquil block. It was clean, spacious and equipped with almost everything you need for daily life. Julie was very hospitable and can always solve our problems. The location was also very convenient as Whole Foods was just 3mins drive away. One thing wasn’t that perfect was during our stay, someone(probably sent by the management office) came to renovate the unit downstairs. They used glues that had a huge pungent smell and was believed to be toxic. I was forced to leave the house and stay outside for daylong. Of course, I believe it is a rare case and usually people will not encounter it. Overall it was a perfect place to stay in Thousand Oaks and I will definitely recommend it to all.

*****Highly Recommend Roza was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. My family and I enjoyed our peaceful stay with a short walk to the beach. Our first impression was welcoming, well stocked and cozy. It was bonus to be given access to the the Community Clubhouse which offered an indoor pool, gym and other activities. This location exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay again!

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

Great Place to stay very roomy cozy comfortable easy to get too. Great location place was immaculate and had everything from cooking and all dishes had coffee machine and coffee. Michael is a great host! Will definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The accommodations and location worked out great. The beach is a few blocks one direction and downtown Carpinteria with restaurants and stores is a few blocks the other way. Lots of things to drive to do like hiking, a seal sanctuary, and Santa Barbara and Ventura are a short drive away. It wasn’t a big deal but the only surprise was that the place was heated by space heaters and we had to get used to that. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Lots of parking spaces.
