We had an amazing time staying in this place,we enjoyed it so much. So clean, so comfortable, so peaceful. 15 min walk from the Venice beach. We'll definitely come back again!

Lovely apartment! Comfy, clean, private and safe! The location is great, there is a coffee shop and several restaurants in walking distance, and it is easy to get to Santa Monica downtown. The area is safe and peaceful. The apartment is a great fit for a staycation, it is quiet and clean. Love this place!

Jordan’s unit was exactly as described. It’s a recent remodel so everything was new. Great kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Handy washer and dryer. Having a garage for parking was handy. But the most important is location and it was a 22nd walk from the front door to the beach patch. On top of that, a fatansfic Italian restaurant Caffe Penguini, just 50 feet out the back gate.

Amazing place! So happy that I was able to snag this place as last minute as I did. The original apt that I got was not available so they swapped me over to another apt, super similar! I appreciated them asking me if that was okay before moving forward! Complex is super close to the pier! Both hosts were super responsive to any questions I had, which were a lot! Place was super clean, no imperfections! Made multiple target runs to the one nearby, super convenient. A little hesitant when having food delivered, but the doordashers were aware of how to get into complex. Overall, will definitely look here again when I come back! Thank you again!

The apartment was very comfortable and well presented. True to what was described. Grocery stores and restaurants were walkable, with the beach a short drive away. Communication from Alex was great! Will be happy to return

This place was exactly what we were looking for! Close to the Santa Monica Pier, restaurants, and beach. The condo was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable and we felt right at home from the start. Mike was amazingly responsive and helpful. His directions were extremely easy to follow to gain access to the place and parking was included for a reasonable fee. We felt safe at all times! Would definitely book this place again when in Santa Monica!!

Loved Alex's home! What a nice, spacious, and peaceful space for our family. We even considered staying an extra night, but unfortunately the space was already booked. Great location, close to everything you need for visiting Venice Beach and Santa Monica. Alex was very friendly and responsive! We hope to be back one day.

We had a great stay for our family trip to Los Angeles. Very close to Santa Monica/Venice for lots of activities. The pool and hot tub were nice although we didn’t get to utilize them very much. It was nice to have a parking spot within the property. The only slight feedback that we have is the price being very expensive, but we had a great time. Also, very responsive hosts willing to work with you around guests and visitors although we ended up not having any extra people over. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location in Manhattan Beach. Less than 5 minute walk to all of the best restaurants and shopping. Super fun time riding the bikes on the strand and finishing the day with the sunset on the top deck. Thank you for making your home available for my family.

it was the perfect little getaway for my wife,s b day! Close to lots of great shopping and dining. Stress free back patio setting on the water and loved the location! We will be back again.

We had a great stay and would absolutely book again! The washer/dryer combo was a great amenity to have. The place was super cozy while having everything we needed during our stay. Minh was a great host and was very easy to communicate with during our stay. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t hesitate to do it!

we had a great stay here. The location and area is really nice and pretty quiet. The house was clean and spacious. Leon gave good instructions about everything as well.

Excellent accommodations for up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master suite and bath are huge and very comfortable. Rooftop deck and sitting area is great to unwind and relax. Kitchen is beautifully remodeled. Lots of things to do and great restaurants in Oxnard, Ventura, Ojai and Santa Barbara. Highly recommended!

We stayed for the month of February and the place was awesome. Exactly as described in the advertisement and comfortable with privacy. Several good restaurants in walking distance. Amber was super responsive and took care of anything we needed. Had a great time and slept soundly. I would recommend this spot to anyone needing a comfortable base to work from or see the city.

I love love love this place! Everything you need in the kitchen! Super comfortable beds! Everything super clean and smells so good! We loved our stay so much we extended for more days! I was a bit skeptical about the strict rules but once there it was totally fine. I believe it’s set up to keep the party goers away! We played our music in the backyard with no complaints or problems! Plenty of space for an entire family or a nice romantic getaway! We’ll be back for certain!

Excellent stay in a beautiful apartment with hosts who were very accomodating.

Small but efficient for us two. Great location in Carpinteria. We usually camp at the state beach but opted not to this year. Had everything we needed. Pool and spa were great. Complex was peaceful and other residents and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in gated lot and the spots had plenty of room for our truck and there were bike racks inside the parking lot for locking up our bikes that we took. We only used our vehicle once it was too dark for bike riding, otherwise we biked or walked. Husband fished everyday for several hours while I got to sleep in, relax, watch tv, or walk up the street for shopping. Farmers Market on Thursday was great for buying fresh fruits and veggies and flowers.

This place was an absolute gem...even better than the pics! The spot was clean, spacious, and had beautiful ocean views. The kitchen and bathrooms had nice upgrades as well like heated seats in the primary bathroom :) And the location couldn't be better...just a few blocks from both the beach and the cute town of Venice Beach. Santa Monica and Marina del rey are really close as well! My two adult sons and I stayed here and there was more than enough space for us. I would absolutely go back to this spot again.

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

*****Highly Recommend Roza was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. My family and I enjoyed our peaceful stay with a short walk to the beach. Our first impression was welcoming, well stocked and cozy. It was bonus to be given access to the the Community Clubhouse which offered an indoor pool, gym and other activities. This location exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay again!

This is a wonderful property close to the beach and within walking distance of all local shops. The property had high quality furnishings including lovely shower products, high quality appliances and a super comfy bed. We had a lovely host and I will definitely return to this property.
