We loved staying at Chris’s place. It is right across the street from the beach and next to amazing restaurants. Chris gave great directions on how to find the parking garage and it was easy to check-in. $30 a night for parking was a little unfortunate but overall we loved our stay and would stay there again.

Vic was very responsive and nice. Our stay was easy, clean and comfortable. only suggestion is to get blackout curtains for the master as the complex lights shown through at night. But other than that, my stay was great!

Easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The place has a lot of outdoor spaces. Peter was super easy to communicate with!

This apartment is exactly as pictured. This place was not a planned stay. Our family had an emergency and the owner and staff were very helpful. They even delivered the key to us to help us out. The owner was always available when needed. There’s a wonderful Italian restaurant directly below the apartment that was absolutely delicious. Also a great deli right around the corner. Very walkable to anything you may need. We would definitely stay again.

We had an incredible stay at Lisa’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing (if not better!). The attention to detail—from the cozy bedding to the fully stocked kitchen—made us feel right at home. Unfortunately, our trip had to be cut short due to the California wild fires, but Lisa was incredibly helpful and understanding. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning the next time we are in California. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Amazing place! So happy that I was able to snag this place as last minute as I did. The original apt that I got was not available so they swapped me over to another apt, super similar! I appreciated them asking me if that was okay before moving forward! Complex is super close to the pier! Both hosts were super responsive to any questions I had, which were a lot! Place was super clean, no imperfections! Made multiple target runs to the one nearby, super convenient. A little hesitant when having food delivered, but the doordashers were aware of how to get into complex. Overall, will definitely look here again when I come back! Thank you again!

Family of four with two pre-teen sons, we had lots of space to spread out and store our things. Location was great and walkable to lots of family dining. The property was clean and there was ample parking in the garage. No EV charging on site but there was a good (and inexpensive) level two charger near the Starbucks, which was a 5 minute walk away. The unit is very close to Six Flags and an easy drive down to LA (we went to Griffith Observatory....highly recommend). The unit is a little difficult to find the first time but Robert gave some very detailed instructions and a map to help us out....he also proactively offered to meet us, which I declined since we were coming in late. Robert responded to my questions quickly. We had an amazing family trip and would most definitely stay at Robert's place again.

Comfortable place in a quiet complex with private entry to the beach. Convenient location to explore the area from.

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. the space was better beautiful. i absolutely loved the area. the check in was super easy and the space looked just like the pictures. the host was kind and friendly. he answered every question i had. would definitely recommend staying here if needed to in the area.

The condo was lovely with all the amenities you could need, plus super comfy furniture. Checking in and communicating with the host were both very easy, and host was super friendly. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay!

Julie’s place was a nice decorated apartment located in a tranquil block. It was clean, spacious and equipped with almost everything you need for daily life. Julie was very hospitable and can always solve our problems. The location was also very convenient as Whole Foods was just 3mins drive away. One thing wasn’t that perfect was during our stay, someone(probably sent by the management office) came to renovate the unit downstairs. They used glues that had a huge pungent smell and was believed to be toxic. I was forced to leave the house and stay outside for daylong. Of course, I believe it is a rare case and usually people will not encounter it. Overall it was a perfect place to stay in Thousand Oaks and I will definitely recommend it to all.

We enjoyed our time here very much.. . It felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived. Suneetha is a fantastic host she is very responsive, friendly, and puts so much care into making her guests feel comfortable. It was truly a great experience. Thank you Suneetha!

The building itself is close to the beach and ocean, so it shows some weathering. However, as soon as you step inside, it's Magical. The place was super clean and had everything you needed to be completely at home. The beds were super comfortable. We did not use the clubhouse so I can not comment on that. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come here again. Roza was so amazing and responsive. She is truly a Super host! Thank you Roza 😊 💓

One of the nicest air b and b’s we’ve stayed at. Very pleasant and comfortable, and designed to feel welcoming and homey. It may have been good Spring timing, but there were pretty blooms outside every window, the yard was lush, the furniture plush. Seems like someone put a lot of thought and care into putting this place together. We, and our two little dogs, felt right at home!

I would go back again and again! I was lucky to get the dates and times it presented and I took it! So glad I did! The waves cleared my mind and the sunset was beautiful. The beach walk was so peaceful and I felt like it was just my personal ocean (hardly no one in sight). Thank you Amber for allowing me the opportunity to stay in this castle! I will be back!

Beautiful place in a nice quiet setting. Plenty of privacy but still right up the street from all the action of the westlake area. Just a few minutes from the highway. The pictures don't do the views justice! Waking up in the master bedroom with a corner view of the canyon was wonderful. Plenty of room to walk around on the property and the game room for the kids was perfect. We would totally stay here again.

Julie is a wonderful, welcoming host. We enjoyed getting to know her a little, and very much appreciated her lovely aesthetic at the house.

Lovely stay. The house was very clean and quiet, in a beautiful, secure area. The amenities were good (including a washer and dryer that were very easy to use) and the house was very comfortable. Gary was responsive to communication (but did not pester) and helped with anything that came up. I would definitely stay again.
