The house was very welcoming and beautifully decorated…The sofa and bed were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The garden is stunning and private and the outdoor tub was sublime. There are few words that can adequately describe how blissful it was to enjoy it while staring up at the stars and with the roar of St Andrew’s beach in the background. A truly wonderful property and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Loved staying at this beautiful home in Somerset. Nice short walk to the beach, park and cafe. We loved an evening in the spa, watching all the birds as the sun was setting. Highly recommend.

We were after a quiet and peaceful house to relax over a long weekend and found it and so much more at Julie’s place. Loved looking out over the fields from the balcony and hot tub and found the house was very clean with all we could want to cook up a storm and feel at home. Absolutely recommend! We had an absolutely wonderful time at Sea Salt BNB! The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby beach and local attractions. We especially loved the charming decor and the little touches that made our stay extra special. We can’t wait to return for another relaxing escape!

Lovely and homely, everything we needed and more. Great place for walks, or riding bikes. The swimming pools were great. The local restaurant was very welcoming and friendly as well.

What a beautiful place for a relaxing weekend away! We spent most of the weekend in the backyard enjoying the fire pit, the jacuzzi and the deck. There is everything you need there (except a dishwasher but tbh, you don’t need it!), the renovated bathroom is lovely and modern, the beds were so comfortable and the couch wonderful to nap in. Mark was great at communication and prompt, also allowing flexible check in and out. Would definitely come back! Definitely one of the better value Mornington listings given how great the backyard was. I think the photos dont do it justice! Thank you Mark

Deb's place in Yarragon was absolutely wonderful! The home was extremely clean and well presented. Also very spacious and homely. Deb was extremely friendly and responsive. She even left some little extra goodies for both the adults and the children. We are so happy to have found availability here as paying almost $400 more we would have been crammed in a motel room. Excellent price for what it is. Unexpected location but this made for a peaceful and private stay. We will definitely book here if we are ever in the area again. The outdoor bath under the starts was beautiful! Highly recommend!!!!!

The property was perfectly equipped for our needs and Steve was a wonderful host, very responsive and welcoming. The location is ideal just a short stroll to the beach, which was a huge bonus for us! The neighborhood is also very quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. We were also thrilled to discover that the famous Penguin Parade is just a stone's throw away! And if you're looking for more adventures, the Chocolate Factory and Churchill Island are only a 20-minute drive away. Our kids were thrilled to spot kangaroos roaming freely outside the house - what an unforgettable experience! And sitting outside on the property's seats, surrounded by lush greenery and listening to the sweet songs of birds, was pure bliss. The kids had such an amazing time that they're already asking to go back! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Steve's place to anyone looking for peaceful, and nature-filled getaway. Thank you, Steve, for a fantastic experience.

Excellent accommodation with great access to Cowes. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to in Cowes and only used the car when we went to the Penguins Parade. Thoroughly enjoyed our quick Phillip Island getaway. Thanks Jo and Mike.

We LOVED our stay at Kay’s summer house. We got wonderful holiday vibes from the moment we stepped inside the cute cottage - and our pups loved the large fenced in backyard. The house was super clean and easily the most well appointed and equipped Airbnb so far!

Andrew’s place was the perfect getaway for our group of five (plus our furry friend!). The space was spacious, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful nature, making it a peaceful retreat. We especially loved the garden—it was a great spot to relax and take in the surroundings. Inside, the home was well-equipped and cozy, providing the perfect setting to unwind after exploring the area. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making the space welcoming and enjoyable. We’d absolutely recommend staying here and would love to visit again!

Fantastic country cabin. Plenty of amenities, breakfast food, milk, etc. We enjoyed the wood fire, interacting with the pigs and goat over the fence, and watching our two dogs have the best fun racing about the yard and exploring. Cliff was very helpful and lovely to deal with. We would very likely stay again.

Jan's place was perfect for our four night stay on the Mornington Peninsula. The cottage was cute and had everything that we needed.

Everything we needed, comfortable bed and the couch was not low and hard to get out of. Delightful location on the balcony with Bellbirds and Fantails. Plenty of secure exploring area for our dog.

Silver leaf cottage is nestled in beautiful gardens . Bernadette is very conscious of allowing her guests privacy . We only met her as she was watering the garden early one evening when we returned from a day out . She was friendly but not inquisitive. The setting is very peaceful . The only sounds you will hear are birdsong and chirping crickets . The French inspired decor is very easy on the eye and the towels and bedding are luxurious. The Queen sized bed is extremely comfortable and the shower of the very effective rain shower type . The location meant we could easily travel to see friends in Portsea and go to the beach in Sorrento and McCrae . We dined at Paul Louey’s Chinese restaurant in Rye where the food was delicious and very reasonably priced .

By far the best air b n b we have stayed at. We were there for 9 days..Everything was nigh on perfect. Attention to detail, amazing. The chooks ( fresh eggs) fresh produce (veges) herbs etc just fabulous. Super comfy bed. Peaceful and quiet. Exactly what we had hoped for. We went out most days exploring, South Gippy is a real treat. And of course Daisy their dog just gorgeous and lots of fun. Absolutely loved staying and Mark is an excellent host. The place is very private , squeaky clean and very comfortable. Loved the face that is walkable to near shops and cafes. The view toward the sea is picturesque. Overall I loved the stay and would love to visit Driftwood again on my next visit to Philip Island .

Our stay at this wonderful spot on the neck of Wilson's prom was the perfect little secluded getaway spot to hang out during the evenings. We went into Wilson's Prom for a few days walks and even got to see Kangaroos, Emus, and Echidna! Mitchell and Bull had a beautiful place and even had a garden full of fresh vegetables that we used to make the most amazing salad. Would 100% recommend this place 🥰

We had a lovely stay at Greengage on the occasion of our daughters wedding nearby. The house has been lovingly restored and our bed was super comfy. It was very peaceful although initially I was concerned about the hotel next door but turns out it isn't functioning as a business so it wasn't a problem. Greengage was clean & I loved the period pieces in the home. It was 30 degrees outside but the house stayed nice & cool with the ceiling fans & by keeping the doors closed. The local cafes have good coffee and are a short walk away & the home made jam gift was a nice touch by Ian, thank you.
