This was such a great location! It’s close to the supermarket and train station as well as restaurants and coffee shops. It’s a very short walk to the beach too. There is a flight and a half of stairs to walk up, but well worth it. The thoughtful additions such as breakfast items, butter and milk were great. The apartment is quiet and spacious with a beautiful outdoor deck. David was lovely to deal with, very responsive. Would highly recommend this listing.

There are stairs to get to the apartment so if you’re travelling with small children just be aware But besides from that the apartment is very child friendly Heaps of books and toys Even the thought of child friendly cutlery It’s just across the road from the beach which the kids loved And a fish and chips shop just below the apartment It was cute and perfect

Excellent location and perfect for our stay. Clean and tidy and everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Great appliances, good quality linen. Matt although not needed during our stay, was great at communicating before and after our stay. Highly recommend this house.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Great place to stay. Felt right at home.

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

Gemma's house was a perfect beach-side getaway. It beautifully styled and cosy, which was perfect for unwinding after exploring the island. The location was also ideal, being a 5 minute walk to the beach and few minutes drive to local restaurants/cafes and stores.

If you are a large family/party, this is the perfect place to base yourself to explore the Peninsula. Great location (15min drive to Sorrento, 30min drive to The Pillars) with supermarket round the corner, extremely spacious, and fantastic amenities. The area is private and peaceful. The pool table, bar area, and pizza oven are great for family nights in. Would definitely stay again!

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home with my family, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The space itself is absolutely lovely—charming, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. It felt like a true home away from home. The amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there were thoughtful touches throughout the space that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also fantastic—quiet, peaceful, and within walking distance of a playground, cafe and scenic spots. The host was incredibly communicative and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We truly felt taken care of. Overall, this home exceeded all of our expectations. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a convenient base to explore the area, I highly recommend booking this place. We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.
