Good apartment for it's price (at least for the beginning of November): perfect location near the sea and restaurants, flat is well equipped. Make sure that you asked about boiler (takes some tome to be hot), about fridge, about heat (it was cold in November nights). Javier is a very responsive host - if you need anything (it's even better to do that in advance) ask Javier.

Se trata de un escondite de montaña a solo 20 min del mar. Una casa preciosa, donde descansar, desconectar y cargar pilas. Muy recomendada.

Apartamento genial para pasar unos dias. Tiene piscina comunitaria, estaba limpio, tiene patio para hacer vida en él. Mercedes y su marido se mostraron amables y fácilmente comunicables en todo momento. Es mas, nos dejamos una prenda en su apartamento y se adaptaron para devolvérnosla sin pegas.

What can I say. An amazing place for us to stay with our dogs. Very flexible check in and check out. The host was very helpful indeed and made our stay very welcome. Only 4 minutes walk to the beach and the location is very pieceful. Highly recommended and we will definatley come and stay here again.

We had such an amazing Christmas break here at this beautiful villa, Sara and Dominic were welcoming hosts and the villa is beautiful in the most peaceful setting amongst the orange trees. The facilities are great with so many bbq space and the games room and beach tennis court as well as a kids area which our 1 year old loved. We would love to return as it is such a find we highly recommend. The surrounding areas of Vera and Mojacar are also great to visit especially Mojacar which is a stunning place to visit for sights and great food.

We had a lovely week here. The local beach, which you can walk to in about 30 mins or drive, is wonderful, and on October weekdays we had it almost to ourselves. The house is very comfortable and well equipped, with a good kitchen and barbecue area outside. The outside seating area was really nice with lovely plants and a decent amount of shade for those who prefer to keep out of the sun. It was hot for the time of year when we visited but the house remained nice and cool. Overall a really lovely house and garden to chill out in.

Great location, the promonade is right outside the front so through the gate to it. The only slight downside is it is an open fence and lacks privacy from passers by looking in. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Мы прекрасно провели месяц в этом доме со своими друзьями. Дом очень комфортный для проживания 2ух семей с детьми. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания. Гостиная очень просторная, в ней широко открываются двери на улицу и на террасу, это создаёт очень приятную атмосферу. Дом находится на горке, из-за этого там прекрасный вид на море и другие дома. Нас встретил и показал дом отец хозяина дома. С ним было очень легко и приятно общаться. Большое вам спасибо. С радостью вернёмся ещё.

This villa was fantastic, we stayed with 2 familes, 5 adults and 5 children and we had more than enough room. It was clean tidy, the pool was maintained well and clean. The communication between Maria and I was spot on, responding to any questions straight away. Loads of secure parking and the grounds are huge. Short drive to the sea and supermarkets, but still rural enough to be quiet. Only work on points would be more amenities would have been nice. Ie, cleaning products, toilet paper, soap ect. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back! Thank you.

Estuvimos muy bien. La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotografías. Una zona muy tranquila ya que es lo que buscábamos. Juan estuvo muy atento con nosotros, es muy amable. Nos indicó cómo llegar a la vivienda y nos informo de todo. Repetiremos seguro

Ich war zu Gast bei Carmen. Über die Winterzeit super liebevolle Frau, Apartment super alles was man braucht. Keine 300 Meter bis zum Strand. Restaurant in der Nähe 50 Meter. Eine bushalte ist auch nahe. Falls nötig ich war sehr zufrieden mit allem. gerne wieder.

Espacioso, tranquilo, bonito, tal como las imágenes, es un sitio espectacular para los perritos que se lo han pasado en grande. Y de destacar la atención y amabilidad de los propietarios.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt geliebt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber blitzsauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Inventar sowie auch die Poolmöbel sind wirklich hochwertig und in einem super Zustand. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind insbesondere aufgrund der Aussicht auf die Berge einfach perfekt. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber Restaurants, Cafés und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt hinter dem Haus, kann man in den Bergen mit dem Hund spazieren gehen. Auch Dan & Natalie waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben stets versucht uns bestmöglich weiterzuhelfen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und freuen uns schon hoffentlich ganz bald wieder zu kommen!

Wir haben für unserem Roadtrip durch Spanien bestimmt 300 Wohnungen durchgesehen und Sam und Mats Wohnung war klar der Outperformer. Das Haus ist wirklich gut entworfen. Man fährt praktisch direkt hinein und geht vom eigenen Parkplatz zum Fahrstuhl. Eine super Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, in einem Stil, den man auch selbst wählen würde. Super Lage und ein Blick wie im Film. Die Betten sind gut, das Bad einfach klasse. Starker Wasserdruck, heißes Wasser, alles sehr funktional. Wer gerne kocht, findet alles in der Küche. Außerdem funktionieren alle Geräte sehr gut. Man kann es hier auch länger aushalten. Und die Terrasse ist eigentlich unbeschreiblich!!

We have stayed at Ignacio’s casa several times before. It is a beautiful spacious house which has had a substantial makeover since our last visit, with new furniture in all of the rooms and on the terrace. It is in a very peaceful location on the Macenas resort on the outskirts of Mojacar. The local buses run every 30 minutes from the resort and run right along the seafront so access to bars, restaurants and shops is really easy. Ignacio is a great host and is responsive to any question. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to everyone

El apartamento es genial. Coincide plenamente con las fotos expuestas. El anfitrión súper simpático nos dejó salir a las 12:00 ya que no lo tenía reservado para el día siguiente. El apartamento súper completo con menaje y productos tanto de aseo como limpieza, café, azúcar, rollo de cocina, papel de aluminio...etc...todo de 10. La urbanización es preciosa y el apartamento queda a escasos metros de la piscina. La terraza es un lujo, tiene hasta ventilador de techo exterior que ayuda a mitigar el calor bastante. Es un lujo de sitio y de anfitrión. Repetiremos sin duda.

Nos alojamos con nuestras perritas y ha sido todo una experiencia magnifica. La ubicación, los servicios de la urbanización, el alojamiento, los detalles para los huéspedes,... todo ello ha hecho que disfrutaremos al completo de la estancia y pudiésemos desconectar. Pedro en un anfitrión espectacular que ha hecho que la estancia estuviésemos como en nuestra casa. Desde el momento de la llegada hasta la salida mis mascotas y nostros hemos estado completamente encantados y sin ganas de venirnos a casa. Nosotros seguro que repetimos pronto con Pedro, por qué nos hemos enamorado de la zona.

Zona muy tranquila. Muy cerca del pueblo y zona de ocio. Nos ha encantado la casa, super limpia y bien cuidada. Dueña del alojamiento muy amable, nos recomendó sitios para comer y salir. Gracias por la confianza depositada, hemos estado como en casa.

Der Aufenthalt bei Elisabeth war äußerst angenehm, alles hat gut geklappt 😁. Die Begrüßung beim Check in war sehr herzlich und ich habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Elisabeth und ihr Ehemann waren immer hilfsbereit und ansprechbar, die Tipps zu Einkauf und Restaurants waren topp. Ich konnte außerdem auch vor meiner Rückreise noch meine wakeboard Ausrüstung gut im Garten trocknen lassen. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Woche.

Juan Antonio nos recibió con la mejor de las atenciones y se preocupó de todos los detalles. El alojamiento está al lado de la playa, en un entorno tranquilo e inmejorable para desconectar. La casa es amplia, ordenada y con una limpieza exquisita.

Très spacieux. Super vue sur la mer. Terrasse très confortable. Le parking privé souterrain est un vrai bonus. Promenade le long de la mer à pied très agréable car très bien aménagé. Plein de restaurants à proximité. Nous y retournerions sans aucun doute si nous revenons à Mojácar.

Todo genial. El trato con Thérèse ha sido muy agradable y cercano. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y las fotos hacen total justicia a lo que es realmente. A pesar de que los inquilinos anteriores dejaron el apartamento más tarde de la hora prevista, el alojamiento estaba bastante limpio y ordenado. Totalmente recomendado!
