Verbania : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Meine Frau und ich waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft und haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand und kann das Wasser und die Aussicht genießen. Außerdem ist der eigene Parkplatz auf dem Gelände sehr praktisch. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war absolut super und sie hat uns mit vielen Tipps in der Region geholfen und kurzfristig/ schnell geantwortet.

Einzimmerappartment, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und mit großem Balkon und schönem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Kostenloses Parken auf dem Gelände der Wohnanlage.Stefano war bei Fragen jederzeit zu erreichen und stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Nicolò's place was clean and airy, free of clutter, but with lovely art on the walls and great books and magazines too, the right balance of personal touches. Bed linen was brand new, everything was spotless. Lovely view of mountains and a bit of lake to one side and a great location. Suna is cute and quiet and the flat is very close to the lake, right where there's a small beach, plus cafes and restaurants. Nicolò also sent us a great guide of the whole area and let us use his parking spot which, unlike many buildings in the area, was easy to come in and out of, and spacious. There is indeed no wifi, as it says on the listing, but it was not a problem for us. We definitely recommend and will be back. :)

Bel appartement très bien équipé avec un grand parking . Nous avons particulièrement aimé la cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut pour faire de bons petits plats, ainsi que les 2 salles de bain pour chaque grande chambre. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Die Ferienwohnung ist an perfekter Lage, nahe Bahnhof, Schiff, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Der See ist sehr nahe und auch Spielplätze für Kinder. Die Wohnung selbst ist perfekt. Das Bad super sauber und modern, die Küche ist mit allem ausgerüstet und die Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel. Der Garten ist top! Annalisa macht den Aufenthalt perfekt. Sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und überraschte meine Tochter zu ihrem Geburtstag mit einem tollen Geschenk. Eine tolle Überraschung. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Grazie mille!

top appartement, spectacular view of the lago maggiore. Paolo is very nice and helpful and has great recommendations for restaurants or sightseeing. the appartement itself is nice, big and has a very nice style overall. 5/5 stars

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce logement. La vue est vraiment incroyable. Tout est accessible à pied. Magasin, aire de jeux, terrain de foot à proximité, restaurants et surtout le lac à 1 minute.. Pierangelo est très accueillant et sympathique et le logement était très très propre et correspondait parfaitement aux photos. Merci encore!

Très bon séjour en famille, la maison est très propre, très jolie décoration, bien équipée, la vue sur le lac est magnifique, vraiment magique et c'est très calme. Très bonne communication avec Albert, conseils pour accéder à la maison et recommandations lieux et restaurants à découvrir. Un problème à l'arrivée et durant la semaine avec le petit portail d'entrée qui était capricieux pour s'ouvrir, au bout de multiples essais. La piscine est très propre et très grande! Magnifique pour nager. Pensez aux bonnets de bain, balles, masques tubas pas autorisés. Profondeur mini 1,50 mètre) Nous avons passé une belle semaine à découvrir les trésors du coins, Ceresolo tout près (attention à la route si vous y allez à pied), Laveno Monbello où nous avons mangé de très bonnes glaces à la Gelateria L'imbarcadero, pris le bateau ferry pour aller à Intra et accéder aux magnifiques îles borromées en partant de Stresa ou au très joli village de Cannobio, ou encore au Lac d'Orta. Der Aufenthalt bei Marco war unglaublich erholsam und schön. Der Blick auf den Lago trotz schlechten Wetters war wirklich toll. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und man hatte genügend Platz. Patrizia hat uns ganz herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. ☀️👍👍👍

This little place is just off the main area of stresa, which means it is in a quaint little suburb. The house feels just like home with Simona and Enrico leaving some goodies as required. The only thing is that it seemed that there was a little bit of a party at one of the locals houses, which kept my partner up and the church has a bell tower so no need to set an alarm! Otherwise was exactly what we needed!

We had a great stay. The aparment was pretty spacious, clean and had all the things we needed. Communication and check-in was super easy, the host was also very flexible with our requests and always answered instantly. The outside area is amazing too. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us!

Abbiamo trascorso piacevoli giorni sul lago d'Orta, appoggiandoci al bilocale Explora lake a Omegna. La comunicazione è stata sempre rapidissima ed efficace, con Luca e con Valerio, entrambi disponibili e amichevoli. Il posto era ordinato e perfetto come base per gite nei dintorni o per passare la giornata nella bellissima spiaggia privata a disposizione. L'area all'esterno ci ha offerto un piacevole spazio per rilassarci nel verde, pranzando o rilassandoci dopo cena sull'amaca. Consigliatissimo!

Die Unterkunft lieg mitten in einem idyllischen Bergdorf, das man vom nahegelegenen Parkplatz in 100m Entfernung nur zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr rustikal und absolut ruhig gelegen. In 15-20min kann man zum "Strand" von Oggebbio gelangen. Der Fußweg führt wiederum durch enge Gässchen und über steile Treppen den Berghang hinunter, Idylle pur! Leider fuhr kein Schiff mehr von Oggebbio ab, weswegen wir nur mit dem Auto (wahlweise dem Bus) alle nahegelegenen Orte anfahren konnten. Alles in allen ein super Urlaub und sehr empfehlenswert. Kleiner Tipp für Reisende mit Kleinkind: Hochstuhl oder ähnliches selbst mitbringen.

Nos sentimos en una casa antigua de campo, con todas las comodidades. Oíamos el canto de los pájaros en la mañana y salíamos a pasear por el lago desde la parte de atrás de la casa, menos transitada y hermosa. Cerca de todo, a pocos pasos del centro de Verbania. Fiorella estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Excelente anfitriona.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen direkt am Seeufer, man kann allerdings die viel befahrene Straße hören. Sie ist super ausgestattet und gemütlich. Lodana und Lele waren super Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Sehr schöne helle Wohnung. Patrizia ist eine freundliche, hilfsbereite und immer erreichbare Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Palazzo vecchio ma appartamento ristrutturato. Non grandissimo ma per due persone è perfetto. Tutto ben curato, coperte profumatissime, pulizia impeccabile. Nella doccia erano forniti anche shampoo, bagnoschiuma ecc. zona tranquilla (a parte il treno vicino ma di notte non l’abbiamo sentito). Ci siamo trovati molto molto bene e se mai ricapiteremo da quelli parti, torneremo sicuramente a prenotare. Ivana è stata carinissima. Tutto super 🙂💪🏻

Renato war außerordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Er hat uns super Tipps gegeben und uns herzlich empfangen. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist waren, war unsere Ankunftszeit nicht bekannt und weichte auch von der vorherigen Einschätzung ab, jedoch war Renato sehr flexibel und hat sich trotzdem Zeit genommen uns die Wohnung zu zeigen und alles zu erklären. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und man hatte alles was man brauchen könnte. Alles war zudem sehr detailliert in Ordnern verfasst. Die Aussicht war wunderschön, s.d. wir jeden Tag draußen auf der bedachten Terrasse gefrühstückt hatten. Auch als wir Probleme mit dem Internet hatten wegen eines starken Unwetters war Renato sehr hilfreich, hat sehr schnell geantwortet und sogar angeboten her zu fahren, um das Problem zu lösen, was jedoch nicht notwendig war, da wir das auch durch seine Anleitungen selbständig fixen konnten. Vielen Dank nochmal Renato. Ich kann die Unterkunft warmstens empfehlen:)

Casa Dolce Vita was the perfect 4-day break for my son and I. Fantastic accommodation, provided everything that we needed with very beautiful view over the lake from the lounge and balcony. Each morning started with watching the sun rise over the lake with freshly made espresso. A very peaceful neighbourhood, especially at the end of season, which is exactly what we were looking for. A handful of very cool bars and restaurants in close proximity (a short and hilly 5-10-minute walk into Belgirate or 15-minute walk to Lesa, or Belgirate Train Station). Alberto was the perfect host. He greeted us with a smile upon our arrival and provided us with both practical information and local recommendations. The house was spotlessly clean and provided all the essentials, including a well equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend Casa Dolce Vita and I am already looking forward to coming back in the future. Grazie mille Alberto!

Wir hatten in Andrea's Apartment einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Cerro, von dort aus viel unternommen und haben uns jedes Mal wieder auf den abendlichen Blick auf den See gefreut. Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stockwerk fußläufig von Ortsstand Cerre gelegen, war blitzplank sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unsere Empfehlung wäre eine Pfanne und einen kleineren Kochtopf mehr sowie Eierbecher bereitzustellen. Das System der Mülltrennung bzw. -lagerung erschloss sich uns nicht sofort. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt, vielen Dank.

Ci siamo trovati bene. Appartamento molto accogliente con una splendida zona esterna... Torneremo sicuramente...

Wunderschön gelegenes Loft. Wir haben jeden Abend die wärmende Frühlingssonne auf der Terrasse genossen. Super gute Kommunikation mit Antonio. Besser geht es nicht. Durch eine temporäre Baustelle gab es Mehrverkehr und aktuell passierten viele Güterzüge die Bahnlinie. Es war somit nicht so ruhig wie erwartet. Wir geben trotzdem eine volle Bewertung und empfehlen das Loft weiter.
