What a great place to stay in Sedona! If you hike to the south you have easy access to the airport loop for a great sunset view. If you walk North you can catch the Verde Shuttle to many desirable areas in the Sedona area. Great hosts and place is clean and well stocked.

Beautiful views and the sweetest tap water I’ve ever tasted! I appreciated Carolyn’s recommendations and directions on how to walk to the creek. Bed was comfy, host was very nice, and the nature was exceptionally beautiful!

This is a beautiful home! We loved our stay here, it was absolutely perfect. Heather and Mark were very responsive and were easy to communicate with. I recommend this Airbnb 110% and me and my boyfriend will definitely be booking another stay in the future!

We had an incredible stay with Christina and Erik in Phoenix and they were both such great hosts. The guest house is beautifully updated, spotless, and offers a stunning view of the backyard and surrounding mountains. My son especially enjoyed watching the horses and chickens right from our window, and we loved how peaceful and private everything felt—despite being just a 10-minute drive from the city. We’ll absolutely be staying here again when we’re back in the area!

Wes and Kristen are the best hosts! We had an unfortunate situation that caused us to delay our arrival by 24 hours and they accommodated the change without question, this was a huge stress reliever for us. The guest house was perfect for us and the hosts offer tons of amenities (though we didn’t use them). The house was easy to find, in a very convenient location, and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and despite the highway being just over the wall/fence, you can barely hear it inside. We will certainly look to book with Wes and Kristen on our next trip to Phoenix!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Sedona, look no further. This place is truly a hidden gem and super fortunate to have found / stayed at their place. Julia and David’s place is close to everything including many of the popular hikes, restaurants, and shops but at the same time a quiet and beautiful oasis away from the business of downtown Sedona. Additionally, both Julia and David went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had plenty of recommendations as well. My wife and I had the perfect getaway trip and could not have felt more at home. I would absolutely come back when we visit Sedona again and would 10/10 recommend.

Our experience, from the moment we discovered The Lazy Atom on line until our departure from Richard and Alison's fantastical property was an absolutely delightful adventure. It's clear how much fun the owners have had transforming their dream into a reality for guests to immerse themselves in. Such a joy to step back in time! The owner's creativity, passion and thoughtful attention to every detail made every aspect of our stay extraordinary. We'll be talking about sitting on the shaded patio sipping on a refreshingly cold bottle of coke from the vintage pop machine just steps away after a long day of hiking in the desert heat for years to come! We loved Jadyn and Nick's place! It was super cozy and we loved the hot tub! We would definitely stay again. The hosts were super responsive and made it an even better stay!

I gotta say, Susie is awesome and her Casita is absolutely amazing! She is SUPER attentive to her guest's needs and her Casita is wonderfully decorated with all the right decor and was fully equipped for our stay! She did not miss a beat and thought of anything and everything we could need during our stay! She has the perfect balance of communication to effectively check in to see if we needed anything, without giving the feeling of being micromanaged. If you like an awesome place, awesome views of the mountains, cactuses, huge Arizona sky, BEAUTIFUL stars at night, super quiet living and well away from the rat race of the city, this is the place for you! She has a sign that designates the parking area for their Casita guests, and she sent us clear and concise instructions on how to get there, park, and get in. In closing, Susie, VERY WELL DONE! This is great little private atudio at the rear of the hosts property. He leaves the drive at for the guests, you drive right back to the door, very convenient. It was very private and plenty of fenced in yard for our dogs. The home was clean and spacious, w everything you need to feel at home. We would absolutely stay again.

This was a wonderful place to stay and relax and take in the spring sunshine. We loved sitting by the pool in the early part of the day and took walks on the trail system along the canal and lakes every day. The setting was peaceful and beautiful and was exactly what we needed. We would certainly stay here again. Thanks Patty!

We had such a wonderful stay! The guesthouse was perfect and the cleanest AirBnB we’ve stayed in. Communication was easy and always fast, there were so many delightful and thoughtful touches.

This was my first experience with Airbnb. Michael and Josh were so very friendly and responsive with any question I asked. Their place was exactly what I needed and the private backyard for my dog was so special. I renewed my initial stay twice because it was very comfortable and just like home. I truly enjoyed this wonderful new experience! Fantastic hosts!

Brian’s and Chloe’s place was perfect for a base to experience Sedona- close to hiking and shopping. It was very quiet even though it was conveniently located. There were many thoughtful touches and amenities that were helpful during our stay. Brian and Chloe were very responsive and gave us helpful advice and recommendations. We highly recommend staying here!

This is such a quaint and cute place just off the main street of west Sedona. You can walk to some of the restaurants from their place. It was close to the supermarkets and other amenities, which we thought was very convenient and at night the place was very peaceful. No street lights so you could see the beautiful night sky! Their place was gently lit up so you could see where to walk at night getting in and out of their place. Beautiful ambience. The loft area had a sink and toilet secluded from the bed, which was so nice, not having to go up and down the stairs in the middle of the night to the main bathroom. This place worked great for us. Victoria and Cameron were very responsive. They responded very quickly when we had any questions. I feel they have thought of a lot of things to make this a comfortable stay for anyone. We would definitely stay there again and recommend! If you are tall it is a bit tight for headroom up in the loft. A lot of bending over.

Cindy and Bruce's place is secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We love nature and there's always sweet sounding birds and cute bunnies to enjoy. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and we absolutely love it. Cindy and Bruce are very accommodating and Bruce gave us a great local restaurant recommendation and awesome back road directions to eliminate all traffic on the 202 and 101 hwys to Tortilla Flat. We had a great stay with no issues. The place was is excellent condition and was well stocked for a long term stay. Not a ton to do or walk to nearby but the neighborhood was safe and quiet. As a note - there is not direct access to the fenced in back yard from the house, which was a little inconvenient for letting our dog out, but overall we enjoyed the place and would stay again!

Donna’s place was exactly as described and the perfect spot to stay. The bedding and couch were super comfortable, and it was a nice touch being able to swivel the TV to watch from bed. The location was also ideal—just 10–15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go in town. Donna also gave great recommendations on food spots and things to do, which made our trip even better. We’d happily stay here again the next time we’re in Phoenix.

This stay exceeded our expectations! Nice, private location. Rental was clean and just enough space for the two of us. Plenty of open sky for stargazing while in the hot tub. Peter was nice and responsive. I highly recommend. We'd definitely stay again.
