Brenda and Mark’s place is great! It is a nice, safe, quiet community and the house has everything you need plus some. Our group was very comfortable. Brenda and Mark were easy to communicate with and were very prompt in all our communications. They were also flexible with our check in and check out needs. The next time I am in the Phoenix area I will check to see if it is available. Thank you Brenda and Mark for a great stay.

Spacious accommodation, very clean with beautiful stone staircase entry, tile floors throughout with very private bedrooms and to top it off incredible views of the city at night from the wrap around deck! Although it’s a guest house, I never felt uncomfortable as George gave us total privacy and the proximity was very private:)

My family and I had nothing short of a wonderful stay at Jeff and Bridget’s beautiful home. Hosts were very responsive and friendly to communicate with. The home is nestled in a safe quiet location close to many great amenities including a wonderful selection of restaurants. Inside and out the home everything my family needed and more, from the comfy beds to the dining space to the beautiful spacious backyard! Very thankful we found this gem inside Phoenix and looking forward to staying here next time we are down in the area.

Syed’s place was exactly as listed, super clean with great facilities, a fantastic kitchen and lots of space. I would definitely stay there again.! They went over and above when I messed up my reservation dates and got it figured out quickly.

If you are on the fence about which place to stay, this is the one. The little lake is stunning and such a joy. Whether you take the boat for a ride or sit by the fire pit, it will make for a wonderful, relaxing stay. Not to mention the wonderful heated pool. We had a blast. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, yet 20 minutes from everything. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Nice place close to nature and farms and wildlife, but still close enough to Phoenix for everyday needs. Very dog friendly. We stayed for a month, my pups loved it. Big yard and right next to the wash. It’s also a great location to explore Prescott and Sedona. The owners were very responsive, all issues were resolved promptly. There are two more rentals on the same property, but it never felt crowded.

Great place. Super clean and very updated. Felt like home. easy to get in touch with the hosts. Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend for families and/or groups of friends.

Ashley's place was even prettier than the pictures, especially the back yard. We enjoyed sitting outside every day. There are lots of different seating areas, so you're always able to be in the sun or the shade, whichever you prefer. It's a very quiet neighborhood with lots of beautiful walking paths along the water and a park nearby where we could throw the Frisbee for our dogs. Inside the house, the bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa and chair. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. We stayed for almost two weeks and we wish it could have been longer!

Really enjoyed our stay!! Very nice views loved that it’s close to a lot of businesses, fast foods, restaurants, shopping centers. Very clean felt comfortable. Will book again!!

The property and amenities (pool / hot tub), gym, and location were top notch! Close to great shopping, restaurants, and all the events going on. Hiking was really close (Pinnacle Peak). The condo was clean, very comfortable, quiet, and a great location within the property. The host was super responsive and everything was as described. All in all this was a great experience!

Wonderful host and beautiful area. Really enjoyed this stay despite it being work related. Would stay again.

The pool is amazing very large and the water is nice and warm. The condo is well stocked. There was coffee and snacks and some basic spices for cooking. The gas grill works great . The kitchen is small but it was not an issue for us. We had a wonderful stay.

All the other reviews are spot on - Kevin & Marcy’s place was incredible! The space was gorgeous and they truly thought of and had everything you could possibly want or need. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well decorated (we loved that the artwork and decorations were actually unique instead of the usual generic stuff you see at most airbnbs). We were primarily spending our days hiking in Sedona, about 30-45 minutes away depending on where you’re going, but it was so worth it to stay here! Lovely and quiet, in nature (we saw a family of deer right out back just moments after arriving), with INCREDIBLE views of the night sky and stars. Would absolutely stay again - thank you Kevin & Marcy!!

This is our second time at this incredible Airbnb! We have our thanksgiving celebration and it was perfect. The property is gorgeous with access to the creek, pool, tiki bar, hot tub, fire pit, hammock, and plenty of places to lounge and admire the beautiful scenery. It’s all fenced in so it is a perfect for my dog too! The stargazing was so awesome. Inside it’s cozy and they had left plenty of firewood for us to have a fire going inside to keep warm. In the home also is a pool table, electric piano, and lots of games. It was a nice place for us to have time away from everything, connect with nature, and truly relax and have fun!!!! Highly recommended

Overall such a great place to stay with young kids - the grounds are full of fun places to explore, endless rocks and other natural places like a creek to play by, especially while one kid is napping to get the other out and about! The surrounding scenery is amazing, beautiful sunrises every morning. Simon was super helpful through a few hiccups in our stay. Very responsive and friendly in helping get things resolved.
