Liliana was responsive and the place was exactly what was listed. Honestly well worth the price. Overall pleasant experience.

This location worked out wonderfully for our family Christmas gathering. We had 14 people, plenty of bedroom space for everyone (the extra queen mattress was very welcomed when the grandkids decided at the last minute to do a group sleepover one night!). The kitchens in each condo were well equipped with the needed utensils. There were plenty of towels in each bath for everyone. The folks at the check-in office were very informative and helpful with providing instructions on how to get to the condos. Steve was also very helpful prior to the trip, answering my questions with very quick response time.

Absolutely loved our stay at Jenny’s place. She’s an amazing host. Great directions and parking was perfect. The space is so peaceful. The bed was a dream. The bath was an oasis. Jenny provided special amenities that made us feel right at home and welcomed. Location was perfect too. One of the best we’ve stayed at. Thank you!!

Location was great. It was nice to have 4 bedrooms for 5 adults. A few suggestions: a few more kitchen towels, potholders needed. Everything else was great. Plenty of room to spread out. We loved the hot tub.

Perfect and lovely home for our big group. Had everything we needed only issue was no dishwasher soap or laundry soap, could also use more towels, kitchen could also use more amenities a bigger table to accommodate a big group would be nice as well since it only had a table for 4. Other than that, Would definitely rent again when in the area…

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious home in Fountain Hills! The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet close to everything we needed. The house itself was well maintained, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying morning coffee outside, listening to the birds and taking in the serene surroundings. It was the perfect way to start each day.

This place was awesome. Vinnie was on top of it with other amenities when we arrived. Coffee, a basket of snacks. The hot tub was sweet after long days of sight seeing. The place was very clean, we will be back for another stay. Vinnie always responds quickly to any questions. Thanks Vinnie

Marlene's place? More like a hidden desert oasis! I was in Phoenix visiting my brother and honestly, just stumbled upon this gem of a home. And boy, am I glad I did! From the moment we stepped in, it felt like we'd found our own little slice of Phoenix paradise. Marlene herself is a superstar host! Warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best stay possible. The house? Spacious doesn't even begin to cover it! It was like a home away from home, but with all those extra thoughtful touches you didn't even know you needed. Think of anything you could possibly want in an AirBnB, and Marlene's likely got it covered. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Phoenix. We were close to everything, and after a day of adventuring, it was so wonderful to come back to such a comfortable and inviting space. Marlene's recommendations for local spots were spot-on too! We discovered some amazing hidden gems thanks to her insider knowledge.

I was thankful Meagan accommodated our schedule. We only needed 2 nights as opposed to them usually only allowing 3+ night bookings. The house was perfect for what we needed, a safe and quiet place to sleep while in town for a family gathering. Beds were comfortable. Master shower was updated nicely. The lighting was bright and perfect to do makeup in. My sister did complain about the light in the second bathroom having a timer and it going off while she was showering, but that’s it really. I would maybe offer a few more towels. We didn’t really have time to wash anything with only being at the house in the evenings. The accommodations for animals was a nice touch. My sister-in-law brought her small dog over for a few hours and we felt comfortable doing so with the house being pet friendly. Overall, hosts were friendly and communicative, we were pleased with our stay!

Great place to stay!! Very clean and secure. Lots of stuff in the kitchen to make meals. Beds were very comfortable and nice hot showers. We didn’t do any activities on the property but there is a lot to do if we had more time. Had to communicate some with the owners and they were prompt and very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!!

Stayed here for a weekend while in a mountain bike trip and the place was amazing. Just what I needed with a beautiful pool and hot tub and tennis courts. It was so relaxing to just unwind at the end of the day. Very nice home in a quiet complex.

We had a wonderful and relaxing visit! The unit was as described and had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking around the lake and seeing the geese, ducks and turtles. We also enjoyed some time soaking up some sun at the pool!

We had a great stay - perfect for visiting our son at GCU. Accommodations were excellent, tons of restaurants and amenities nearby and a quick drive to campus . We’ll definitely stay here again!

Our stay was great for our first vacation together. Neighbors were great and very friendly. Condo was perfect for us. Definitely will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Jeanne's. This condo overlooks the pond, which is gated, so it feels very safe. This condo is also one of the closest condos to the pool/hot tub. It's on the 2nd floor, but you only have to climb half a flight of steps. I love the second floor, it just feels safer. I liked the configuration of the bedrooms, it's hard to find a place with twin beds. I wouldn't walk alone in the neighborhood and you could hear a little traffic noise from the freeway (coming from the country this is just different from where we live, so it may be perfectly normal.) It was nice being close to the main highway for access. I would stay here again!! We loved it and had a great time!! I also loved that pool towels were included, so we didn't have to pack those towels!

We had a great stay with three adults and two 5 year olds. The ground floor location close to the pool was great. The kitchen was well supplied. We really enjoyed the screened porch. The kids enjoyed the pool noodles and the power reclining couch was a huge hit. The also loved morning walks around the lake to find the turtles sunning on the rocks. Great location in the middle of ball parks for lots of spring training fun. The owner quickly responded to our questions and gave great recommendations.
