We loved out stay at this adorable A frame home. Felt nice and cozy and perfect for our family of 5. Would stay again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

Nico was a responsive host. All of us enjoyed staying at the property and it was conveniently located with surrounded restaurants and grocery store. Nico was flexible with check-in time during our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Reno to stay at this place.

Susan’s home gave all the cozy winter vibes for our group trip to Tahoe. The master suite was perfect for some extra privacy & away from noise for nap time (for the baby in our group). The home is very spacious for big groups & love that it is close enough to North Star, yet far enough from the craziness of the resort.

Vasily is an awesome host. So nice he messaged me a a few days prior to us going to his house asking if we would like to come up a day early free of charge since there was a big storm coming we agreed thank god we did we were snowed in for 24 hours. Vasily and his friend even came a few times and shoveled snow around the house for us. Very nice person,if we had questions or anything he would message me right back. His house is cozy backyard was big and fenced in for my daughter and our dog. Will be going back.

MAGICAL! that's all I can say. We booked Jessica's place for Christmas and it was nothing short of amazing. The kitchen has everything you could need for a Christmas dinner prep. The living room is spacious and comfortable. The dining room table is spacious for all. If you've ever wanted to spend a Christmas in a mountain town, I highly recommend as both old downtown Truckee and North lake Tahoe City are very close and the cabin offers a magical experience.

This property offers an exceptional experience, perfectly situated for skiiers. The well-maintained and thoughtfully designed home provides a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Professional housekeeping ensures a spotless stay, and the cozy sofa bed and high-quality mattress guarantee restful nights. Plus, the excellent soundproofing made it a truly peaceful retreat, especially appreciated by our family with young children. The host was exceptionally responsive and friendly, providing clear instructions and demonstrating flexibility with check-in/check-out times.

This place is absolutely beautiful, clean, fully stocked. Adam was super responsive. Super flexible and friendly. The place itself is even better than the pictures, very comfortable. He all kinds of games and things for kids. Good books for adults. Nice little random things like a couple guitars, binoculars to look at nature. I can't say enough great things about this place. The adults and kids all loved it.

Our repeat visit at Bret’s and just as good as last year. Got 24” of snow and just enjoyed the winter wonderland considering Tahoe was so dry in Jan. Kids played foos ball in morning along with pool and pong, then off to skiing ⛷️ and snowboarding 🏂 This year we took advantage of the hot tub in back while the heavy snow arrived. We also love how Bret’s place is snuggled in tree rich part of Tahoe Donner (TD), super quiet, peaceful and holds the snow well.
