Vereda Chaparral : locations de vacances

Juliett es calida, amable y siempre servicial... La finca está en una ubicación fantástica, un pequeño paraíso para relajarse y rodeado de hermosa naturaleza. Hay todo lo necesario e incluso chimenea y barbacoa. Estoy deseando volver! La Finca ya me hace falta :)

Una experiencia increíble en un lugar espectacular. La sala de juegos ofrece mucha diversión con variedad de juegos para compartir entre todos, y la cocina y el asador están completamente equipados con todo lo necesario. Además, hay un estadero a solo 5 minutos donde se puede desayunar y almorzar, con la opción de pedir domicilios si se prefiere. Las habitaciones y camas son impecables, muy limpias y con una vista hermosa. El internet es excelente, lo que permite trabajar o entretenerse sin problemas. También cuenta con amplio espacio de parqueadero y un ambiente muy seguro tanto en la vereda como en el alojamiento. La amabilidad de Betty hace la diferencia, siempre atenta a responder cualquier pregunta y asegurarse de que la estancia sea perfecta. Además, la ubicación es ideal para explorar los sitios turísticos cercanos como la Piedra del Peñol, la réplica del pueblo, la represa, Comfama y el malecón. Definitivamente un lugar 100% recomendado y con muchas ganas de volver.

“CENTRAL PARK WEST” of Medellín. First the area was absolutely beautiful. With trees and greenery everywhere. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Great restaurants, malls, gyms in close proximity. Now the place: very rarely do you find an Airbnb that exceeds the pictures. This place does it. The place is bigger than the pictures show. The SPA area within the apartment was phenomenal. Modern appliances. Great lighting. 24 hour security. Pool table, video games. Easy check in and check out. No complaints. Only compliments! Now the host: Sean and his team were phenomenal. Always responsive. Proactively checks in. Very knowledgeable of the surroundings. I had a an emergency meeting at work and Sean allowed me to check in 3 hours early. In order to log in. In conclusion: I have been to many airbnbs over the last 10 years. “POUND FOR POUND”, Sean’s place is the best! Whenever I am in Medellín, I will always look for Sean’s place. I highly RECOMMEND. 👍🏾👌🏾

I spent 7 weeks at Finca Maria Tutu and it was truly an exceptional experience. The location is easy to access yet feels peaceful and tucked away from anything touristy. The space is comfortable, spacious, and well cared for — ideal for a longer stay. Each day brought stunning mountain views and the sound of birds all around. As a cyclist, it was the perfect home base to explore the region’s incredible routes while having a serene place to return to and recharge. I highly recommend Finca Maria Tutu to travelers looking for a balance of comfort, nature, and authenticity — a place to slow down, stay a while, and enjoy a different rhythm.

Absolutely amazing experience! Sandra and Sara went above and beyond—super responsive, incredibly helpful, and so accommodating. They even helped me book at another location and seamlessly moved everything over. The spot itself is perfect, and the level of service I received was truly the best. Highly recommend!

Andres Felipe ist ein großartiger Gastgeber. Er hat immer freundlich und hilfreich auf alle Anliegen reagiert und war immer gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist großartig, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem die gesamte Ausstattung ist sehr gut und hochwertig. Nicht der leider oft typische Billigkram, den man in vielen Wohnungen vorfindet. Sondern von den Handtüchern, über die gesamte Küchenausstattung, die Möbel bis zu den Elektrogeräten ist alles von sehr guter Qualität. Da kann man sich wirklich wie zuhause fühlen. Lediglich mit dem Platz muss man an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas haushalten. Die Lage ist toll, wenn auch durch Verkehr und Baustellen tagsüber etwas laut. Dennoch nicht direkt im Trubel der Großstadt und trotzdem durch die Metro alles gut zu erreichen. Besonders ideal ist der kleine Supermarkt unten im Gebäude. Auch das Gebäudepersonal ist sehr freundlich. Nur die Regeln zur Nutzung des Pools sind etwas merkwürdig. Super ist auch das Gym im Haus.

La vía de acceso hasta la finca que se estaciona el vehículo es una vía en muy buen estado, la entrada hasta la cabaña se debe caminar un poco, pero es una experiencia maravillosa ya que el bosque en el cual te adentras es muy bonito y agradable, y de la cabaña ni hablar con absolutamente todo lo necesario en la cocina, en el baño y en la habitación el televisor con todas las apps y de un muy buen tamaño muy satisfecho con todo regresaría y la recomendaría a ojo cerrado
