Ha aperto le porte della sua casa incarnando a pieno lo spirito di Air-bnb: dal mettere a disposizione l'intero appartamento (condividendo anche pezzi di storia di famiglia nelle foto) a consigli su dove mangiare ottimi piatti locali a come muoversi in città a mostrare la massima flessibilità per check-in e check-out. Consigliatissimo!

Davide è un host disponibile e premuroso. Ci ha accolti nel Suo splendido appartamento dandoci tutte le informazioni che ci servivano.Durante il nostro soggiorno ci ha scritto chiedendoci se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa…insomma come sentirsi “coccolati” anche lontano da casa! Appartamento impeccabile e moderno che offriva molto di più di quello di cui avevamo bisogno! Spazi ampi, divani e letti comodi, Wi-Fi potente in tutto l’appartamento! Ci tornerei domani! A 5 min a piedi dal centro e a 10/15 min a piedi dal mare, davanti alla stazione dei treni…cosa volere di più?!?

ho soggiornato solamente una notte presso l'alloggio di Valentina, sua mamma Manuela ci ha accolto con estrema gentilezza , ci ha spiegato tutto . consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento estremamente comodo e pulizia impeccabile. ho soggiornato con mio marito e tre bimbi molto piccoli, di cui uno neonato e ci siamo trovati veramente bene.

the place is about 40 min walk from the city center. with the bus it is about 15 min. the bus station is 3 min way. nevertheless, you do have supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance (10 min/15 min). the place is clean and nice. the small garden is great. it is in a quiet residential area. there is hardly traffic on the street in front, so quiet peaceful. the apartment feels smaller than it looks on the pictures but enough for 1-2 person. for my stay, since it has been raining a lot, it does feel a little humid inside sometimes, but nothing bad. the host was very responsive and dealt with issues immediately. would definitely come back again :)

Il soggiorno nell'alloggio di Mario è stato molto confortevole. Ho apprezzato la pulizia dell'appartamento e il fatto che ci sia stata la possibilità di un check-in e di un check-out davvero flessibile e anche l'ottima comunicazione. Appartamento davvero consigliato in un territorio splendido per le passeggiate in montagna.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza fantastica in questo appartamento. L'arredamento moderno e funzionale, unito alla pulizia impeccabile, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. La posizione è strategica: il mare è a pochi passi e si trovano facilmente ristoranti, negozi e tutto ciò che serve. Il proprietario è stato molto accogliente e ci ha dato ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare. Sicuramente torneremo!

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Wow! We all agreed that this stay was exceptional! I can’t say enough nice things about the staff and services that were provided for our trip. We took advantage of the private drivers, the Chianti Wine Tour, the Dinner/breakfast service, cooking class and the Tour of Florence. All the people involved in these services were fantastic! I highly recommend utilizing the service brochure provided for your stay. We all said the meals we ate at the Villa cooked by Lara were the most delicious meals we ate on the entirety of our 10 day tour of Italy (and we ate a lot of delicious food). The managers of the property were always responsive and very helpful! I HIGHLY recommend a stay at this Villa - we would love to come back again in the future!

Was lovely to stay at one of the apartments on Renato's estate. Renato and his wife are very kind and friendly and made us feel at home. The estate is very secluded on hilltop 5km drive from the village, with beautiful grounds providing enough privacy for individual apartments as well as a restful setting. Would love to go back next time we're in the area.

Francesco is nice:) He brought us welcome pizzas and dessert. His response is instant. The place is quiet which provide you completely private place. Just a bit far from town if you cannot drive yourselves. If you have cars, it is not a problem, just few minutes drive from town. The place looks exactly the same as the pictures, clean and tidy. Definitely enough space for 8 adults. Recommend.

Nella's place is great for a group of 8 - 10. It's in a fabulous location above Cortona. Great to be able to walk in for coffee and meals, it is quite a walk uphill home, but an excellent way to walk off your meal. The pool and surrounds are lovely. Having 3 separate houses on the property means that no one is on top of each other, which was nice when we had 8 staying.

I can brag forever about this place. Cortona town is a very small place within walls and this place is at the top of it, and walking distance to all the places inside the city walls. Outstanding restaurants, great shopping, very friendly locals. The house was perfect and made our time in Cortona memorable. I would definitely seek out this place and even change my dates if the place is not available;that is how much we enjoyed staying here. The view is astonishing. We would make our own coffee in the morning and take it a few steps up the hill so that we could enjoy the view of the valley below. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Ashleigh is the Perfect Super Host!!!!

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

casa pulita e accogliente a pochi km da Urbino. Ideale per un soggiorno tra amici perché gli spazi sono veramente ampi. la chicca è il caminetti che Angelo ci ha gentilmente fatto trovare acceso al nostro arrivo. consigliatissimo!

Ho pernottato presso questa struttura nel periodo dei mercatini, ottima la vicinanza con essi e le varie piazze, La struttura sembra come di stare a casa, la cucina incantevole e particolare, bagni super puliti , tutto come da descrizione, camera da letto spaziosa e confortevole, è stato molto piacevole trovarla su due piani la casa, anche la zona comfort che divide le scale dalla parte superiore è ben piazzata e bella, bagno superiore padronale ampio e la scala posta affianco al lavandino ha il suo fascino. Super comoda dai mercatini , zona centrare e per visitare varie chiese. Se siete ad Arezzo dovete pernottare qui! Host super disponibile e sempre presente, si sta d’incanto.

Desde el primer momento nos hemos sentido como en casa. Ciro es super atento y nos ha recomendado sitios para ir a cenar y las mejores formas de llegar a Florencia desde el apartamento, nos ha puesto facilidades para todo. EL apartamento está muy cerca de la estación de incisa, que comunica en tren con Florencia. Nosotros fuimos con coche y se puede aparcar sin problema. Es un pueblo con mucho encanto con un río muy bonito que lo atraviesa. Un acierto absoluto este apartamento.

Prachtige omgeving, zeer goede uitvalsbasis om de chianti streek te ontdekken of een mooie hike te maken. Klein dorpje met supermarkt in de buurt. Heerlijk privé terras met prachtig uitzicht. Zeer groot en comfortabel zwembad aanwezig. Daarnaast is massimo ontzettend aardig en biedt hij veel diensten aan. Wij zouden deze airbnb absoluut aanraden!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The apartment is beautiful. The view is beautiful. The people are kind and welcoming. I would come back in a heartbeat. Even though the location is quite remote there is a excellent restaurant/pub walking distance from the apartment. It's an 8 minute drive into Montevarchi. I had some issues finding it but discovered that was an issue with Google Maps. Both Waze and Apple Maps had clear, easy to follow, instructions. Highly recommended.

Caterina è simpatica, gentilissima e sempre presente tramite messaggio per qualsiasi cosa, in caso di bisogno. La casa è molto carina ma soprattutto pulitissima, la descrizione coincide perfettamente con quanto scritto. Siamo stati ospiti in sei persone. Arrivati la sera l'appartamento corrispondeva a quanto descritto, ben riscaldato e confortevole Il personale cortese, gentile e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante, cucina di alta qualità a prezzi accessibili. Esperienza da ripetere
