This was our first trip to Lake Erie and Dwight made us feel right at home abd gave us local tips to enjoy our time. We loved the lake access, the local shops and restaurants, and the spacious and comfy home with tons of extra toys to make the area enjoyable - bikes, games, and beach chairs.

Peaceful and spacious and beautiful. Nicely provisioned. Easy check in, close to everything, but has a nice private view of woods from the windows

We loved staying here! Great walkable location with lots of restaurants and shopping. Apartment was clean and easy to settle into. We would 100% stay again if we were in the area!

We had a great stay at Jill's place! We were in town for a birthday party which was easily walkable from the apartment. Jill's check in instructions were clear and easy to follow and the nice touches (snacks, coffee, shower steamer, voucher for 2 margaritas) were appreciated! Parking was too narrow which Jill alerted us might be the case but there was free parking a short distance from the apartment at the nearby park which was easy to find and navigate. We arrived late and the radiator was loud at times when sleeping but reading other reviews it looks like this could have been avoided had we arrived earlier and let Jill know. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area!

BEST PLACE ON THE ISLAND!!! We came down on a weekend where Lake Erie was struggling with the residual hurricane helene weather. Despite the fall back Morgan and Rachel were so accommodating, very responsive and helpful with our late check in and always got us what we needed in a timely manner. The Airbnb was close to everything and the had the best golf cart deals out of every place we went to. I can’t imagine staying somewhere else. Very impressed and we will be back soon!

Comfy three bedroom downstairs apartment. Walked to local restaurant and bar for a great Saturday evening. Enjoyed the front porch.

Very nice and responsive owner Apt looks great. it was quiet in the building, which is what I needed. I thought the bed was really comfortable

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Toledo House and will most definitely be booking again in the future! My only recommendation would be to put in the Airbnb description that there are private entrances and bathrooms for all units, as well as hot water. There was some confusion and I ended up reaching out to Skip for clarification before our stay. The location was great! The room was extremely clean and we heard no noise whatsoever from the neighbors. As I said, we will be staying here again!

The house was very accomadating for me and my friends. Everyone enjoyed the layout and arrangements. And the location was suprisingly nice. The only downside for me in particular was that our vehicle couldn’t fit in the garage and parking on the street was not the most ideal. Other than that it was fantastic!

This is the second time I have stayed in Robert's house. He is a fabulous host. He has thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. A gorgeous house with a wonderful yard. Thank you, Robert!!!!

This was my second trip to stay at Shannon’s home. Perfect location for the Cleveland/lakewood area. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing find right on the shores of the lake. Beautiful views, comfortable furnishings made this place the perfect spot on our long trip. The dogs loved it, we loved it, would love to come back.

We had an 80th birthday weekend for my mom at the home. The home was the perfect size for our group of 8 adults and 4 children. The kitchen and dining area's were spacious and well equipped. The home had children's books and toys which was a nice touch. Marcus was very responsive and courteous every time we reached out to him with questions, before and after the stay.

My wife and I had gone to Oberlin for a family event. While looking for an Airbnb I came across this place and we decided to give it a try. We were very pleased. The house was clean, welcoming, well stocked and comfortable. With the many fire dept. decor, we felt as if we were in a museum. The host left plenty of snacks and other items of use. They also reached out to us after checking in to make sure everything was OK. This was followed up by another text the next day just to check on us. A great place to stay.

Second stay here and would definitely stay again. Such a beautiful and peaceful place.

The location of this condo was perfect! Close enough to the downtown to enjoy the night life, and far enough away to get a bit of rest and relaxation.

We had a great stay at Eric and Scott’s! Location was perfect, rooms were even bigger than the pictures. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

Shelley was a wonderful host. Her accomidations were fantastic, clean, and peaceful. The weekend was wonderful and the house was tastefully decorated. Breakfast choices were amazing. I would definately recomend this B&B if a peaceful stay is desired.

Suriya was a wonderful host. She made sure that the house was in great condition and works very hard to keep it that way. She made an effort consistently to make sure that I had everything that I needed. She made accommodations for me when things in the house were not available, and she went above and beyond to leave nice little surprises throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic area. My summer up in Cleveland would not have been as good if I was not staying here.

Great stay! The condo was perfect. Nice kitchen, patio, living space, and bedroom. It was spotless and comfortable. The seasonal decorations made it very welcoming. Walking distance to the local things like restaurants, outdoor activities, and shops. The gate and locked main door was a big plus for me checking in alone at night in an unfamiliar place.

A great 3rd floor lookout over the marinas, though frozen at the moment. A modern, clean comfortable unit. Couldn't have been happier. Tim was friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Thanks for a great stay.

We loved our stay in Debra’s condo on PIB. Walk right out the back door to a gorgeous lakefront view. We used the cornhole boards and loved playing right in the nice sized common area by the water. Tom and Debra have gone at length to make the place feel like you’re staying with family, from a personal welcome note to snacks and drinks. We felt so at home. I’ve stay in other units in the building before but this has been the best. We love the location too, a short walk to downtown but just far enough to be peaceful and away from the chaos. The hotel next door also has a nice lakefront bar and late night food options. I’ll never stay anywhere else on the island if this unit is available! Thanks again for a great stay!

We had a great time at Patricias, the condo was very clean, the bed comfortable, a nice quit location with a beautiful view of the lake and a safe place for our morning walks. We had all we needed there, and Patricia responded to all of our questions, she is a super host!
