Cool place to hang out. Walk down to the pier and the tiki bars was great. Watching the fishermen feed the pelican might be the highlight. Great boat watching as they come through the cut. A prime location the only issue is you have to go outside for the view:)

We loved the house except the waterpressure was very slow in the sinks and shower and there is no bathtub for bathing young children. The house is beautiful with nice accessories. Suggest, need to add more updated beach chairs and more porch furniture.

GREAT HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION IF YOU LOVE THE BEACH AND OCEAN IN A PRIVATE SETTING. BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN BEDROOMS, PARTICULARLY IN MASTER BEDROOM. GREAT VIEWS AT NIGHT AND THGROUGHOUT THE DAY FROM THE BED AND BATHROOM, WHICH INCLUDES A JACUZZI. JENNIFER GIVES CLEAR DIRECTIONS AND RESPONDS PROMPTLY TO ANY INQUIRIES. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO BOOKING IT AGAIN IN A NEAR FUTURE.

We survived hurricane Milton at this rental, so it is, indeed a sturdy house. The rental was beautiful and just as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and neighbors were friendly and personable. Emilee and Sean were easy to contact and answered promptly. They gave me suggestions for places to go if the weather cleared up, which unfortunately for us, really didn’t. When we realized the storm was coming, they said they could help us find some place more northerly to stay, but we just didn’t think that was an option for us. They were concerned and kept in contact with us through it all. This was by far the most unrelaxing vacation we’ve experienced. We spent the bulk of the five days hunkering down for Milton. That being said, don’t let this stop you from considering this as a rental. Had the weather been better, we would have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental is beautiful and the hosts accommodating. We could have had a great time.

great condo on the beach, literally only the dunes between the condo and the beach. Great views of the ocean, quiet location. Very clean, well kept condo with all the amenities! Will definitely consider staying here again! Very responsive and inviting host! Top Notch!

Fantastic stay literal steps away from the beach. Girls trip for 3 had everything we needed! Restaurants and grocery stores super close. Especially loved the back porch on the ocean in the morning - and when too windy, the front porch was perfection. Can’t beat sunrise and sunset on same property. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Beds comfy. You won’t regret booking this. #propertyperfection.

Ein herrlich gelegenes Strandhaus. Der Ausblick vom Schlafzimmerfenster, sowie der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Binnur ist jeder Zeit gut zu erreichen und unterstützt einen wo es nur geht. Danke für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt!

Loved the location. A beautiful view from inside, and the back deck. Having the beach right in the backyard was a bonus. Everyone had fun playing in the water and in the sand. Host could not have been more welcoming. She was so pro-active, making it easy to access the house, letting us know amenities available, including sand toys for kids. Highly recommend this property if you want a nice, private home on the beach.

Sonia was a fantastic host - super responsive and easy to work with. Her place was extremely well maintained and the decor was perfect for a beach getaway. The master bedroom was spectacular, as was the heated pool and view of the back Bay Area. 100% would stay again!

A truly magical stay on the water. The house has everything you could ask for in a vacation. We saw many manatees. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for the vacation. We loved sitting by the pool, watching the sunrise and feeling the breeze from the river. Very close to coffee, restaurants and the beach; though we rarely wanted to leave the beautiful house.

This place was really nice and cozy. There was a lot of space for our family to spread-out. I especially enjoyed the older wing of the house with beautiful terrazzo floors and vintage tile bathroom. The pool was not warm (last week in March), but that didn't stop my child from jumping in and enjoying it anyhow. Outdoor dining area came-in handy. This place is close to the beach but off the main drag and therefore very calm and peaceful. You can walk to some restaurants and shops. Having loads of quality bikes at the ready was really great, as most things in Cocoa Beach are bikable from this spot. All-in-all, this place is a smokin' deal and you shouldn't hesitate to book.

We went for a family vacation with 5 adults and 3 kids- the house was perfect. The outdoor salt water pool, fire pit, outdoor tv, grill were perfect for all ages. The layout of the house was exactly what we needed. Washer/dryer! Indoor ping pong and foosball was a great addition to keep the kids entertained- the kids didn’t go on their electronic devises the entire stay! What really sweetened the deal was having access to beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, sand toys, a beach wagon, bikes, etc. if you were bored on this trip, it’s on you. Our youngest cried when we had to fly back home. We will be back!

The place was very nice. It was walkable to the beach, there are restaurants on the island only a couple miles away, and the backyard was nice for the group of 7 we had. The place had more necessities than anticipated. There was Tupperware, seasonings, pots, pans, coffee pot, Keurig, large fridge with filtered water, pool toys, beach towels, cooler, and board games/karaoke machine, etc.

This place was amazing! Kathy was an amazing host to us as we were displaced by Hurricane Milton. Cannot thank her enough.

Great location, so close to town and beach. We were pleasantly surprised to have the public aquatic center so close. Having the heated pool was great, and the canal with the manatees and dolphins swimming behind the pool was really cool. Saw several rocket launches from the backyard. Cocoa beach has some great bars and restaurants. Overall a great visit and Kevin was excellent and responsive.

Anna’s place was perfect for a weekend in Jupiter! 5-10 minute drive to anywhere you’d want to go, and lots of space both inside and outside of the house. Definitely recommend for families or groups! Thank you Anna!

This place is a gem. I could have sat on the deck overlooking the canal for hours and not be bored. It was like our own wildlife preserve. We saw so many different kinds of birds, manatees and one dolphin siting. It was peaceful and quiet. The walk to the beach access nearby was a breeze, although if you have a lot to carry, you might want to drive....free parking! John's kitchen was very nice and functional. The bed was super comfortable. John was very responsive whenever we had a question. Be aware that if you have a lot of luggage, there are stairs to go up to get to the unit. Suggestion: for people flying in, it would have been nice if the spices were fresh in the cupboards and/or if there were some condiments in the fridge. These are things that air travelers aren't going to have with them. The in room laundry was great to have! We would not hesitate to visit again!

The place was amazing, great location, well appointed home. The place actually exceeded our expectations. Jes provided us with information just before we needed it. The home was very clean, homey and seemed to anticipate any need we might have. We have already recommended it to our family.

My stay at Cody’s place was fantastic! The place was fresh and clean. The home and immediate area were as advertised. The host was responsive and available. I will definitely stay again.

Linn’s place was exactly as described in the listing! The home has plenty of space and is very inviting! The grounds and pool area are exquisitely maintained offering a very private and pristine setting despite being surrounded by other properties. We only had a couple minor suggestions which were privately messaged to the host as possible improvements to make future stays even more exceptional 😁 We have already booked for next year and can’t wait!

Very private and quiet area. It's a bit of a drive to restaurants and shopping, so be prepared for that, but there's a well-equipped kitchen for cooking and dining in. While beautifully and cohesively furnished, some of the furniture is glass, which could present some issues if you're brining small children; that said, there's plenty of beach gear and toys available for playtime! Of note: the listing says the primary bedroom has a king bed, but it is a queen. The host was very communicative and thorough, and there were no issues.

I had such a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely beautiful nestled in a scenic, peaceful area with stunning views and easy access to all the local sights. Everything was spotless and super clean, which made it feel so comfortable and welcoming. The host was incredibly kind and communicative, always quick to respond and helpful with any questions I had. It was the perfect little getaway, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. I’d love to stay here again soon and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque place to stay.

My team and I stayed here for 4 days. 13 of us in the house and it was very comfortable and spacious. Most bedrooms had their own bathroom with one room sharing a bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and spacious. We heated the pool and it was perfect. It’s walkable to the beach and a short drive to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. The host communicated clearly and was quickly responsive. The community pool are was great as well. I highly recommend Stay Orlando and will definitely stay again when I’m in the area!
