Susan was a great host. She was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The accommodations were clean and just perfect for us, and the setting on the river was amazing. It is a beautiful, peaceful place to stay.

What a gem!! The pictures don't do the place justice! It was even better than anticipated and the view was great! So many big windows to take in the views! Right on the ocean! Beautiful big covered deck to hang out on and watch the storms. I only wish we could've stayed longer. It was super clean, had everything we needed and I'm sure Kris would've helped us had we had any needs. It seemed like there could be other rental units on the property but it felt very homey, private, and very peaceful. I loved the uniquely landscaped areas and beautiful flowers. If I was brave enough I would've inquired about the surfboard things I saw there. Maybe a Minnesota girl could've learned to surf?? Definitely recommended Kris' place and will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

We hated to leave! What an absolutely lovely space. It was cozy and yet spacious, near shopping and restaurants. Our host Patrick communicated well and could not have been more helpful. It is such a pretty setting. Sitting outside, morning coffee in hand, watching the boats quietly go by was heavenly. My husband and i definitely will be scheduling a return visit.

We absolutely love staying here and have been doing so every year since 2018. Sherman and Marlene are the best hosts we have every come across in the 100+ Airbnb's stays we have booked over the years. This is the place that we use to judge all the other airbnb places we stay at. So far, no other place we have stayed at has even come close to Sherman and Marlene's place.

This was our second stay at the Ballard Estate and we just love it there! We love the character of the estate, the beautiful grounds, the pier and the gorgeous views outside of each window. Can't wait for our next visit!!

Our stay at flower power on Cocoa Beach was everything you could expect. Kathy was very responsive even checking in on the day that I had relatives coming for a picnic to make sure we had everything we needed. The place is beautiful. Exactly as shown in the pictures. We loved going down to the river in the morning to have our coffee and fish. Went to the beach every day and used the sun shelter. Kathy provided. We’ll probably be going back.

This place is awesome! It’s in the perfect location. It’s steps to the beach, dining and shopping. We will definitely be staying again. This is our 4th time staying with Connie’s listing!!

Hedy's place is all about the location. Just steps to get across the dune to the beach. The lodging is as described and as shown in the pictures. Its not fancy but is clean, convenient, and very livable. Very much an old Florida vibe with a very friendly, proactive, and communicative host. Perfect for my little spring break getaway with my daughter.

Cool place to hang out. Walk down to the pier and the tiki bars was great. Watching the fishermen feed the pelican might be the highlight. Great boat watching as they come through the cut. A prime location the only issue is you have to go outside for the view:)

Large spacious home with high end appliances and modern bathrooms. Lovely water view. Two negatives -the train ( both freight and passenger) runs very close to the house and sounds its horn all day and night. I live in NYC so not a stranger to street noise but the train whistle was super loud waking everyone in the house at numerous times throughout the night and early morning. In addition the primary bedroom did not have the use of a closet as it was bolted shut. Inconvenient when staying there for a week. The renting agent was super helpful and responsive when we reached out to them about items in short supply like glassware and beach towels.

We stayed here for a week and loved every minute of it!! Everyone loved the backyard and pier/dock area. We spent most of our time fishing and just enjoying the beautiful scenery. We watched dolphins swimming and osprey hunting. It was amazing!! The neighborhood was super quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was so clean. There was a very nice enclosed porch where we would sit and drink coffee and enjoy nature. We felt like we were at home. We will definitely plan on going back again.

A truly magical stay on the water. The house has everything you could ask for in a vacation. We saw many manatees. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for the vacation. We loved sitting by the pool, watching the sunrise and feeling the breeze from the river. Very close to coffee, restaurants and the beach; though we rarely wanted to leave the beautiful house.

Wow definitely going on my favorites list! Gorgeous view out back. Lovely, huge porch. Bathrooms are both in the hallway - not tucked into master bedroom or similar. That wasn’t clear from the photos. Quiet. Super clean. Amazing, generous details like a great variety of snacks and treats. Tons of supplies available like toiletries and towels. Big washer and dryer. Superb and friendly communication from host. Lots of stores and restaurants 15 minutes away. Dollar store about 5 minutes. We parked five vehicles easily. Effortless stay.

This house is amazing. Perfect. The host was also amazing. I recommend this property. Next time I am in the area I will stay here again.

The location can't be beat. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The backyard, screen porch and deck is where we spent the majority of our time. Very relaxing and great place to hang out after a day at the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Antonio's place - nice quiet neighborhood, beautiful pool, peaceful dock on the river. The house is gorgeous, exactly like the pictures. Antonio is excellent with communication, easy to follow instructions, switches all marked thruout the property. easy 1/2 mile walk to coffee in the morning, plenty of nice restaurants within 5 minute drive. Easy 10-15 minute drive to Mets spring training facility. Everything worked, pool was clean and heated for us, laundry / dryer , fridge all looked brand new. We will definitely be looking to stay again next time we come down.

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The views were breathtaking. It literally felt like a home away from home. We had a wonderful time! We HIGHLY recommend this property as well as Al as a host!

I’ve stayed in a half dozen units in this building. Michael’s unit was very well appointed. And clean. The location is super convenient to down town and Florida Tech. My wife and I used This as a home base while moving daughter into her apartment. Much more Comfortable than a hotel.

Beautiful home, great location on the cove of the Thousand Islands. Washer and dryer in the unit was a major bonus. We used the kayaks for a lovely paddle through the cove, watching dolphins swim and play. Property is off the main strip which makes it very quiet. Craig was quick to respond to our communication. We will be booking again in the future!

My Sister and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect, very clean , great amenities and it's always a pleasure to have Konstantin as our host. The Sunrises were Absolutely Beautiful. We will definitely recommend this location. Thanks, from Melissa Atkinson!!!

Beautiful, perfect location and very clean condo. Lihua is very responsive and thoughtful. We had hoped to use the pool which is closed, so that would have been nice to mention (not sure if it is seasonal and looked like construction) but otherwise the location is perfect and price very fair. We hope to return again!

Staying at Spanish Main #20 for two weeks was really wonderful! The place was on the first floor and very convenient access to the pool and steps to the private beach! The condo was super organized and the kitchen had most everything you might need to cook meals. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. We walked a lot on the beach and to downtown Cocoa Beach where we loved the local restaurants, bars and bakeries! The laid back and unassuming feel of Cocoa Beach and its residents and visitors is very refreshing. The beautiful murals everywhere in town always made me smile😍🙏! We loved the meals and coffees at Surfinista and beers, milkshakes and dinners at 4th Street Filling Station. Another favorite was the family vibe and great fish at Mainely Lobster! The Junk Food bakery was also an amazing shop with art by local artists as a bonus😃. Make sure you take a trip on the Cocoa Beach Wildlife/Dolphin Tour to learn about the 1000 Islands and local wildlife!

I stayed with my 4 children ages 17, 16, 10, and 8. The condo offered space for everyone with privacy between the bedrooms. The property grounds were so peaceful! The guys down on the dock were so friendly and helpful even though we couldn’t catch a fish to save our lives, got caught on every rock possible, and even broke a fishing pole. They smiled through all of our troubles and were willing to help us. The floating dock by restaurant offered a beautiful sunset and little jelly fish my kids ventured to catch a few times. Property is so convenient to anywhere whether it be Orlando, jetty park, port Canaveral, or cocoa beach. The pool was never crowded and super close to the condo. Host always responded within minutes of a message and condo is stocked well with towels, soaps, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, etc. I’m sure I’m missing something else I wanted to say. We had a great stay!
