Absolutely loved this house. So clean and well stocked with everything you need. Our dogs loved the yard. Great location- close to the beach and lots of yummy restaurants. Our hosts were very good communicators. Master bed was really comfortable as well. We will definitely rent again!

We had an amazing time at this home, the home is exactly as the Airbnb listing. Everything was perfect! Great location for the beach, Sebastian is close too. The kitchen was outstanding for cooking meals and the pantry provides so much room for your grocery supplies. Overall, our experience was nothing short of superb. Our Host Eddie was the best of the best, he paid attention to every single detail of our trip. We will be back next year! Thank you for the beautiful memories we made.

The stay was for several people in the family for a funeral so sadly not exactly a fun trip. The house was as described and met our needs. We did have a smoke detector have a low battery alert start the first night, but we were able to pull it down and remove the battery. Unfortunately none of us brought any paper to write a note to explain why we had it and the battery on the counter when we left. Thankfully it happened while we were all still awake. Nothing you can really do in advance to prevent something like that; it just happens when it happens. The house was easy to find and the instructions on getting in and locking the door were perfect. This was our first stay at an airbnb and the experience was good overall.

Overall a great place to stay even if just for the patio! Our stay was for 2 weeks in February. It actually was warm enough (80°) for a quick dip in the pool. -Bed was incredibly comfortable…and I am super picky about mattresses! And pillows! We both slept really well. -Very clean -Bathroom - shower appears small but actually quite roomy. -Extremely well stocked kitchen. -Very quiet neighborhood - my husband was able to work on the patio, also great neighborhood for walking -Patio - great covered area as well as area for sun. Pool is super clean. -Close to shopping - grocery store less than 5 min away -So many extras are supplied…toilet paper, coffee pods, trash bags, cleaners, pool towels, and more We may make this an annual trip!

I felt right at home as soon as I got there. My dog loved the fenced in back yard and I really enjoyed sitting on the back porch. It has a great view of the sky during sun set.

Eddie’s place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation this year! His place is beautiful, peaceful, and very functional! We had everything we needed and more!Thank you so much!! We will definitely be back!

Anyalie's home was absolutely beautiful! The pool and backyard was resort quality! The home itself was very clean, welcoming and spacious! It was great for kids and adults! We thought Anyalie was a fantastic host! She was so professional, responsive and kind! This house and host will not disappoint!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here so we can be close to family while in town. Everything that we needed was there for us to have an enjoyable stay.

We stayed one week for our annual fishing trip. The house was very clean with plenty of amenities! The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all, and the patio was a great setting for an evening BBQ. Plenty of space and sleeping accommodations too!

Very nice home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Pool was fantastic. Host was very attentive to the condition of the pool and making sure everything in the home was right. Publix, Walmart, and several restaurants within 1 mile. I would stay here again.

We had an incredible stay in Sebastian, Florida! Eddie was a fantastic host—super responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was perfect: great pool, awesome grill setup, and an unbeatable location. Easily our best Airbnb experience yet. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Sarah's house! We stayed there for 2 months when we first moved to the area, and we immediately felt right at home. The house had everything we needed for a long term stay, plus plenty of room for our family of 4. The whole family loved the sauna and the pool, and I loved the full-size washer and dryer! The location is great - close to the beach, the mall, lots of restaurants, and downtown Melbourne. We recommend Flying Burro for awesome Mexican food! Sarah is an amazing host and was exceptionally responsive to all of questions and requests. Thank you, Sarah, for welcoming us to Melbourne and making our first "home" here so memorable!

My daughter and her family visited on vacation and needed a home to accommodate all five of them and myself and friends who visited. Reneese’s oasis home was perfect and very family friendly..close drive to beaches!..parks..downtown!..the little ones loved having a pool..and spent lots of time in it! The house had everything you need..was comfortable and private and was great for entertaining visiting friends too!..We really enjoyed our 10 days there and would definitely recommend to other families and would love to stay again another time!

Having a backyard pool was a very nice bonus. The kids would swim in the morning and before bed.

We had a Wonderful stay. The home is updated, modern, very clean, it was beyond our expectations. I consider one of the nicest rentals that I've ever stayed. The Pool was great and my two sons loved the game room. The Home is centrally located with just a short drive to the beach and restaurants. The Neighborhood felt safe and was very quite. I will definitely stay there again when I return for a Vacation in Vero Beach. I would give a 10 star rating to this rental if allowed!

My Wife and I stayed 3 nights from March 17th through 20th. The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. Our only suggestion would be that a grill be added for cooking outside. There is seemingly never ending space in this home, it was really way to big for the two of us but would be fantastic for a family vacation! It has two separate living areas with large TVs, perfect for the kids and adults. The pool was very nice also, although we did not make use of it. The home has a concrete pad poured next to it for storage of a boat or RV, this is great for fishermen visiting Headwaters Lake as I did. The drive to the ramp was about 30 minutes and was a very easy route. We will rent again if we return to this area.

Aggie was the best host! Communication with her was a breeze. Aggie went above & beyond in her helpfulness. She seems to genuinely care about making guests comfortable & happy with their stays. Kitchen was very well-stocked.....more than most. Couch & master bed were comfortable. Since there was no ceiling fan in master bedroom, Aggie provided a table fan, which was wonderful. The cottage was very peaceful/serene. The trees & plants were beautiful. My kitty loved looking out the windows! I live locally, but my husband & I & our feline girl needed someplace to stay while very noisy work was being done on my house. I'd gladly book a stay at any of Aggie's properties, if I or any of my family or friends needed a place in the future. Thanks so much for everything, Aggie! You're a gem of a host -- and a person!!

We stayed for about 3 weeks in January and the place worked great. It’s big and well furnished. The location is outstanding, with a cute neighborhood and able to walk to restaurants and the beach. We fell in love with Hobe Sound Social Coffee shop, a five minute walk from the house. The pool is not heated, so while it looked great, the pool water was too cold to swim in. The place is well furnished. The second bathroom is at the end of the house away from the bedrooms and through the kitchen, so if three couples were staying in the house that wouldn’t be ideal (but workable). Maureen was a really good host and we felt well looked after during our stay. The design of the house has two steps down from the entryway right after the front door into the living room, then two up from the living room to the kitchen and bedroom hallway; if you have mobility issues this might be a challenge. We got used to it after a couple days and it was not a problem for us.

Cliff’s home-space is nestled within a beautiful, serene tropical oasis. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the big front porch, sipping on a cold beverage watching the sun set, and having coffee ☕️ in the morning, on the back porch. My boys squealed with glee watching the cute little geckos 🦎 scurry across the screen porch. The kitchen was well stocked and Cliff provided easy access to beach gear, including boogey boards, beach 🏖️ umbrella, and wagon! The outdoor shower was so lovely to rinse 🚿 off in at the end of long days spent at the beach.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait ! Le logement était encore mieux que sur les photos : propre, bien décoré, confortable et très bien situé. Tout était pensé dans les moindres détails pour qu’on se sente comme chez soi. Sol a été incroyablement accueillante, réactive et attentionnée, avec plein de petites attentions qui ont vraiment fait la différence. Je recommande les yeux fermés et j’espère pouvoir revenir très bientôt !

I think my family found our new favorite spot! House was amazing! Private and easy beach access. House was very unique and we loved everything about it!

It was a beautiful home very welcoming very clean and hosts were just amazing. I would come back every other week if I could.

Really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean! It was spacious, and very pet friendly! There’s a small gated area perfect for pups.
