Un grand merci à Ernesto pour son accueil chaleureux ! Nous avons eu un petit couac de GPS à notre arrivée et avons dû effectuer un petit retour en arrière, mais Ernesto était là pour nous accueillir et nous faire découvrir le logement. Dès qu'on passe la porte d'entrée, on sent que l'hôte que tout a été pensé avec beaucoup de soin. Un joli petit cocon pour terminer nos vacances en dehors (mais pas trop) de la ville. Très facile d'accès avec notre voiture pour visiter Lucca, Pise, etc. Le logement était également très propre et tout était prêt pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. Une belle découverte !

If you want to have an experience to live in olive garden with a beautiful view of Tuscany's hills and historical city - that's a spot! Peaceful, calm, silent with just a noise of nature (morning birds, owl at night). On ground floor you will find nice kitchen (well equipped) and bathroom (that looks better than on pictures), washing machine, iron, hairdryer, good wifi. On the first floor 2 charming bedrooms with a nice view. Great spot. Truly recommended!

Eine schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage. Die nächste kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist die Straße runter (Öffnungszeiten Beachten), der nächst größere Supermarkt ist 5minuten mit dem Auto weg. Das nächste Restaurant liegt in Laufweite (der Weg führt eine Hauptstraße ohne Bürgersteig entlang), mit dem Auto keine 3Minuten. Aus der Unterkunft hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Dorf, den Fluss und die umliegenden Hügel. Hinterm Haus gehen die Wandermöglichkeiten los. Für ein Paar (+ Kind) ideal. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Ich kann mich den ganzen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen! Massimo ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber und er ist immer sofort zur Stelle wenn man etwas benötigt, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben uns von Anfang an gut verstanden. Die ganze Familie ist sehr herzlich, freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Es fehlte an nichts. Selbst Bademantel und Wärmflasche wurden zur Verfügung gestellt! Besonders die Betten sind sehr bequem, was in Ferienwohnungen eine Seltenheit ist! Mein 2-wöchiger Aufenthalt mit meinem Hund war sehr angenehm und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt…fast schon wie bei Freunden zu Besuch. Lieber Massimo, ich danke Dir und Deiner Familie von ganzem Herzen für alles, viele liebe Grüße und bis bald! :)

Thanks Andrea for staying in your house, the hospitality you showed and all the suggestions for what to do and where to eat! We really liked the house and the beautiful location next to the river. It’s calm and quiet, and everything was well provided.

My husband, daughter & I found Andrea’s place when we searched for a place to stay in Tuscany. When we arrived, we found Casa Conte Martini easily & were greeted promptly by Andrea & Simone. The place is gorgeous! A perfect view of Tuscan landscape, very private and nestled in the charming village of Palaia. We were fortunate to be there when a cooking experience with Lucia was offered on Andrea’s beautiful property nearby. It was a perfect day with an incredible meal, topped off by a brief drive/tour by Simone on our way back. We can’t say enough about how kind, hospitable, and warm Andrea & her family are - we felt like we were part of it for the weekend! The home had so many special touches - bottled water in the fridge & even a bottle of Prosscco! We enjoyed the jacuzzi & dipped our toes in the pool, but the weather was a touch too chilly for swimming. The outdoor area would be perfect for warmer weather! We took Andrea’s recommendations for restaurants & loved them all!

Roberta en haar man waren leuke en lieve mensen. Het appartement was super schoon, lekker ruim en had een goed bed. De tuin hebben we helaas niet kunnen gebruiken ivm slecht weer maar met mooi weer kan je lekker buiten zitten. Enige minpunt was dat de vaatwasser kapot was. Verder was alles goed verzorgd en is het een goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Cinque Terre.

Sono stato ospite da Elena con mia moglie, incinta al nono mese e mio figlio di 2 anni. L’appartamento si trova al primo piano di una bellissima villa ristrutturata e si raggiunge con una scala a chiocciola. L’ambiente è molto luminoso con dettagli altrettanto curati. Ha tutto il necessario per una permanenza davvero rilassante: aria condizionata in salotto e camera da letto, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, bidet e doccia molto comodi, balcone spazioso. La terrazza si trova sul tetto della villa e si raggiunge con accesso esterno all’appartamento tramite scala a chiocciola (la stessa che porta all’appartamento): enorme, con vista sugli alberi e sulle Alpi, arredata con lettini-ombrellone e un tavolo dove poter cenare. Abbiamo alloggiato ad Agosto in settimane molto calde quindi l’abbiamo usata dopo il tramonto. Elena è stata una host impeccabile, generosa nei consigli e instancabile nel fornirci supporto. Ci ha dimostrato una empatia fuori dal comune facendoci stare benissimo.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich wunderschön. Wir waren zu sechst da und wurden sehr herzlich von Gabriella empfangen, wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Es ist wirklich alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden, Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit Auto gut zu erreichen, Autobahn gleich in der Nähe, Strand etwas mehr als 1 Kilometer entfernt. Guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend sowohl Richtung Süden als auch Norden zu erkunden. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen 😊

Castiglione è uno dei borghi più belli della Toscana, e tra i più belli d’Italia. L’alloggio permette una comoda fruizione dei servizi offerti dal borgo, posizionandosi a meno di un chilometro dal centro per offrire spazi con privacy e silenzio incorniciate dalle splendide Alpi Apuane. La casa è grande e ben organizzata Zona giorno con aperture su terrazzi esterni e cucina accessoriata con tutti i beni di prima necessità inclusi. Zona notte con 3 ampie stanze da letto e due comodi bagni. Raphael è un host attento, ma non risiede a Castiglione. La signora che doveva accoglierci era in vacanza e quindi abbiamo svolto il check-in ed il check out in completa autonomia. È comunque andato tutto bene ed il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Sicuramente consigliato!!!

Vielen Dank liebe Sara , dass du uns deine Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt hast. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat eine phantastische Lage mit direktem Strandzugang . Die Deckenhöhe ist in der Dusche und in den Schlafzimmern etwas niedrig, jedoch sind wir beide auch recht groß. Wir konnten uns damit sehr gut arrangieren und für uns war das auch kein Problem. Wir alle (inklusive Kinder 5 u 10 Jahre) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung 100% weiter. Sara ist sehr lieb und zuvorkommend, vielen Dank dafür!

Elias and Egle are very flexible and always available to make you feel like at home. The communication was great and they shared with me a very useful local guide, that they wrote, with lots of tips to enjoy the region . The appartement is very quite, big and perfect to relax in the nature. Great place for a long weekend! thanks

Please do yourself a favour and book this place! Franco and his family are amazing hosts, the appartment looks even better in person and it is perfect for a romantic getaway. We had questioned ourselves whether it would be a downside to live together with more people on the property, but this turned out to be more of an advantage than anything. It felt like having very friendly neighbours, and we never felt like we had less personal space as a result. On top of this, the neighbouring towns are great for day trips and restaurants. So take the opportunity to enjoy this airbnb gem :) (someone mentioned the internet did not work, but this is fixed now)

Very clean and cute apartment, nicely set-up. The private and enclosed parking is a great addition, plus it gives a small playing area for kids. Andrea was very responsive and flexible with our needs. We would gladly come back if we find ourselves in Lucca again.

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

Etwas abgelegen, aber dadurch sehr angenehm ruhig. Genau was wir gesucht haben. Bei der ersten Suche nach der Unterkunft haben wir die Hilfe von Matteo benötigt, danach aber problemlos die Unterkunft gefunden. Es sind ca. 10km von Piazza bis hoch (ca. 700müM) zur Unterkunft. Beinahe bei Pasquilino. Gleich unterhalb der Taverne La Capanna. Der Ausblick und die Ruhe der Unterkunft sind aussergewöhnlich. Allerdings haben es selbst die Mücken bis dorthin geschafft. Das Haus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und wer sich nicht scheut von Hand abzuwaschen, für den ist diese Bleibe jederzeit zu empfehlen. Danke Camilla und Matteo, wir haben es sehr genossen.

Ottima sistemazione, super accessoriata. Posizione fantastica per chi vuole fare una giornata sulla neve e godersi la montagna.

Un petit chalet et son jardinet avec piscine situé idéalement au cœur de la Toscane, les villes de Pise, Sienne, Florence et Lucca sont a plus ou moins 1h de route. Nicoletta et son père nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux ! Ils sont adorables et très a l'écoute, si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit ils répondent très vite ! la piscine est entretenue tous les jours et donc d'une propreté absolue, quel bonheur de pouvoir s'y détendre après une journée de visite dans la chaleur Toscane, puis de déguster son dîner en terrasse avec vue sur les magnifiques couchers de soleil quotidiens ! le chalet est propre et contient tout le nécessaire (si je veux chipoter il manquerait quelques petites choses dans la cuisine commes quelques couverts en plus et un saladier ou deux par exemple, mais cela permettrait juste de passer de quelque chose de ja très bien à super, donc c'est vraiment si on cherche la petite bête) et la climatisation est très appréciable. Merci pour ce beau séjour !

We were a group of four adults and two dogs and had a fantastic time at Lucas place. The property is well maintained and in absolutely private surroundings. The view of the surrounding forest and mountains is beautiful any time of day and the pool is amazing for warmer days. Luca was an attentive host, and communication with him went very smoothly. Our holiday was beautiful and relaxing, thank you for everything Luca and hopefully see you again in the future

Abbiamo trovato il posto super incantevole, a dir poco fiabesco….non saremmo mai voluti andar via…. Consiglio a chiunque, soprattutto a famiglie perché per i bimbi è un sogno e lo spazio per giocare ed esplorare è immenso !!!!! Silvia un host fantastica

Montefegatesi è un paese molto curato. La casa di Alessia è tenuta davvero molto bene e il panorama circostante è incantevole. È un alloggio ideale per un ritiro nella pace della natura. Da Montefegatesi partono vari percorsi ben segnalati anche per non esperti. Ci torneremo!
