Britney's unit 402 in the Theater Lofts was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and exceptionally well equipped. We walked to the Legacy Arena for the NCAA women's Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight rounds of the March Madness basketball tournament and at all times felt safe.

Tracy is an amazing host! She was very helpful. The space was as described and very clean. The location is ideal, next to restaurants and stores. Everything was in walking distance. Great space to stay In Birmingham.

Loved our stay! Very nice apartment space, very clean, and lots of areas to hang out in the building. Walkable to breweries and food, and right next to the baseball stadium!

I stayed for a few hours and the place look emaculate! The place look exactly like the images. I had a lot of fun and would recommend this to anyone.

This was the perfect stay while attending a conference at Red Mountain theatre! The fact that there was free parking secure was a huge help. As a former city dweller, the historic nature of this building and the loft style brought me back to my time in larger cities up north. This space has south and east views of the city. Lots of cute restaurants and eateries nearby. Perfect for an extended stay.

Fantastic stay. Home away from home. We had to cut our trip short to due sever weather coming in, but we wished we could’ve stayed. RaQuitta was fantastic. One of the best . Very responsive to any questions I had. Loved the Birmingham vibes in this location!

Your place was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything needed for my stay. The beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the shower in the bathroom, water pressure was great. Would’ve been nice if we had extra blankets. Will be back hopefully the weather will be better, so we can enjoy the outdoors amenities (grill and fire pit). The downstairs area was on point for our gathering to socialize. Great if travel with a group. Enjoyed the area restaurants. When I needed help the host was helpful. Thank you Kathleen.

This place is our go to when we are in the area. Absolutely love it, super clean, and Brenchard is an amazing host and very responsive.

Wendy was a great host and the apartment was very close to a lot of restaurants. Inside it was also very cozy and you have your own covered parking space. Overall, it was a good stay and very comfy.

The condo is excellent! The host was fantastic; extremely accommodating and responsive. They show above and beyond hospitality with TONS of snacks, coffee options, and toiletries. A++

We just loved this place. The fenced yard was perfect for our little senior Pomeranian. The game room is a great addition for family fun. We loved having the large tvs in the living room and bedrooms. We felt safe in the neighborhood.

Cute, quaint, quiet, sparkling clean home with LOTS of space. It was very clean and well located. The hosts were communicative and check in was super easy. There were huge tvs in every room and each bed was comfortable and well apportioned. It's in a very peaceful neighborhood and it has both a front porch, a back deck and a little sitting area with a hot tub outside.
