This location was amazing ! Everything was as listed. The host was great with her communication and very attentive and helpful. I truly loved this experience with her! She made sure everything was set and in place for me upon arrival. I also added on one of the packages which was the “ Sweet Heart “ package for Valentine’s Day and she did an EXCELLENT job I loved it so much and so did my partner. Thank you so much and I would mostly definitely recommend !

This place is awesome… Has a cute gelato place and pizza place underneath… Emmanuel’s place was spotless and the mattress was awesome! I highly recommend staying here!

5 Stars I stayed at this Airbnb over the weekend with my daughter while my wife enjoyed a girls’ getaway, and we had an amazing time! The space was spotless, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. Every little detail was thoughtfully prepared — from the comfy beds to the fully stocked kitchen. My daughter especially loved the cozy couch, and I appreciated how peaceful and relaxing the whole vibe was. Perfect location, great host, and an overall top-notch experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay!

Beautiful home, beautiful view, CLEAN, SAFE! Will stay again without a doubt!! Con- parking under the garage the number sign is down where you're designatedto park, the door to get inside in the garage is locked so you need instructions on how to get in. Only 1 elevator seem to works out of 20. All the amenities shown on listing you can't enter unless you have a code to get in (movie room, gym, rooftop lounge, game room.) Overall I still give it a 10 to stay!

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Frank was amazing and very responsive to any problem or question I had. I loved going out on the deck and watching the sunset, or looking up at the stars in the front. The bed was incredible (including the pillows and blanket). The towels were thick. The water pressure was high. The animals were very cute. Huckleberry is the sweetest and such a good boy. I have absolutely no complaints. I would definitely stay here again whenever I get the chance!

This was the perfect stay while attending a conference at Red Mountain theatre! The fact that there was free parking secure was a huge help. As a former city dweller, the historic nature of this building and the loft style brought me back to my time in larger cities up north. This space has south and east views of the city. Lots of cute restaurants and eateries nearby. Perfect for an extended stay.

Stephanie is an attentive host. She paid attention to details with her cozy, comfortable place as well as catering to us throughout our stay. We absolutely recommend staying here to anyone who is traveling to Birmingham and needs to stay in the downtown/ Highland area. We most assuredly will return.

This place is sooo cute. We loved everything about it. It was so clean and smelled so good. The beds were confortable and there was everything you could need in the bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again .

After 6 years away, we were back in B’ham for our son’s wedding and the house was perfect for our visit. The 3 full baths made it easy for 5 adults to shower and dress without running out of hot water. The house was comfortably uncluttered making it a safe location for our 3.5 yr granddaughter. The pop-up crib was a wonderful feature for the baby. The fully stocked kitchen made breakfast prep a breeze. Homewood park was our granddaughter’s favorite park, and we checked out several! We did not do the game level fair justice as we had many events at area sights but let me say the game level is fully stocked. You will be happy with your decision to stay here. The best piece of mind aspect was knowing the house was pet free as several of us have allergies.

Martin’s place is the perfect pet-friendly place in the perfect location. The fenced-in backyard is awesome. This Airbnb had FAR MORE AMENITIES than any other Airbnb where I have stayed. The kitchen had plastic wrap and aluminum foil and soap and dishwasher pods. The laundry room had detergent pods and dryer sheets and an entire box of trash bags. The bathroom had hand soap and body wash and hair dryer and tons of other toiletries. There is SO MUCH STORAGE EVERYWHERE. My only word of caution is that this is marketed as a three-bedroom but it only has two beds. Feel free to bring an air mattress or sleep on the sofa if you truly need additional sleeping options. I still give this place FIVE STARS. If you are THINKING about it, BOOK IT. If you don’t, someone else will. Good job, Martin. Pearl and I can’t wait to stay here again.

Really enjoyed the stay, as soon as we walked in my 4 year old stated, Mommy this is beautiful. Very cozy and quiet. You will feel right at home.

This was an incredible stay. They had the place very well stocked. We could walk to restaurants and ice cream for the kiddos. We would definitely stay again!

Great location. Exactly what was shown in photos. Check in was easy and Marie was so helpful in getting my family and I checked out early before some severe weather, which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was listed and explained on the listing. I'm disabled and had a hard time finding a adequate place to stay and Robert And Ritika were very responsive to my question's about my needs. I look forward to booking my next stay's with them.
