What a beautiful place to stay at! We felt right at home. The view is truly stunning, and we saw the northern lights right in the backyard. The house has everything you need, and the beds were so comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Unser Aufenthalt in Stamsund bei Hinrich war wunderschön. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben☺️ Hinrich hat uns einige Tipps gegeben und unsere Fragen immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche hat alles zu bieten, was man braucht. Wir haben sogar die Nordlichter direkt vor der Haustüre gesehen😍 Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Hinrich übernachten.

I’ve stayed in many incredibly beautiful Airbnb properties over the years across the world. Bodil and Robert’s cabin “Fredheim” is the best I’ve ever stayed at and they are incredibly kind hosts. Putting aside the absolutely stunning location (which is also centrally located in Lofoten), the cabin is perfectly sized and adorned with everything you might need for a short or long stay. If you want perfection, stay at Fredheim. You won’t regret it.

Wir hatten einfach DIE perfekte Zeit bei Rune. Es ist ein ehemaliges Fischerhäuschen, das umgebaut wurde um genug Komfort zu haben ohne den ursprünglichen Charme zu verlieren. Es war so gemütlich mit dem Kamin, dem Sessel mit Blick aufs Wasser und der generellen Ruhe ums Haus herum. Die Betten waren bequem, alles war top sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir können Runes Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Danke für alles und die super Kommunikation mit Tipps :-)

Everything was amazing, we managed to see the auroras on our last night and it was so a cozy and lovely stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the sauna too

Magnifique séjour dans la maison bleue de Raymond. L'arrivée était flexible et très bien expliquée. Nous avons trouvé facilement et rapidement. La maison est bien conforme aux photos. Elle est située au bord de la route mais dans un village très calme où il y a peu de passages. Peu de pollution lumineuse autour de la maison ce qui nous a permis de voir de magnifiques aurores boréales. Raymond nous a d'ailleurs informé dès qu'il y en avait. Expérience inoubliable que je recommande. Merci Raymond !

What can I say about this place that didn’t meet my expectations? The fact that I didn’t book more nights to stay!! What a superbly charming Rorbu, spotlessly clean and smelling so fresh! When we entered the heaters were on and soft music was playing, I felt so cosy and at home even though I was thousands of miles away. Location is perfect for walking all around Henningsvær, walk 2 minutes and you can spot the northern lights along the coast of the sea! Runar was nothing short of helpful, even though I didn’t see him (I wished I could meet him) his friendliness extended beyond text messages. Thank you for the little special surprise! I will always remember this Rorbu and I hope everyone gets to experience a stay in this place :) thanks a million again Runar !

This house is a gem in Lofoten - peaceful, beautiful surroundings, cosy, private and at the same time close to main attractions of the islands. Inside of the house is very comfortable, clean and spacious. Johan is a perfect host - friendly, helpful with local recommendations but also discrete and respectful for privacy. What more could you expect? It was an amazing stay, THANK You Johan for this opportunity. The only note: jacuzzi needs really long time to heat up, but again there is Johan who helped us and kept an eye on it while we were enjoying the islands.
