Vetralla : locations de vacances avec cheminée

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni nella villetta di Fabio. Giardino splendido per nostra figlia di 2 anni e la nostra cagnolona, tutto recintato e sicuro. La casa è vicinissima a tante altre ville, ma non è assolutamente mancata la privacy. La ferrovia è di fronte, passano molti treni ma la villa gode di infissi spettacolari che attutiscono i forti rumori. A 5 minuti a piedi ci sono i servizi e il mare poco più distante, per raggiungere Santa Marinella e le spiagge occorre la macchina. La casa dentro è piccola ma c'è tutto quello di cui uno ha bisogno, ordinato e semplice. Fabio è stato un host disponibile e gentile in tutte le nostre richieste e necessità. Grazie mille speriamo di ritornare presto.

We abosolutely loved this place! We booked it based off of the outdoor space. The house was very spacious and our kids loved making fires in the fire place. The surrounding area was quiet and nice. Local supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance if you want it. This place was amazing, our kids loved it. My family will never forget this place!

Posto fantastico a due passi da Roma .. tranquillità e relax abbiamo fatto cena con brace esterna enorme !! Appartamento appena ristrutturato bagni fantastici cucina rifornitissima..Lavinia molto reattiva per spiegazioni e consigli !! Abbiamo giocato a pallavolo e a calcio su campo in erba che pare wembley!!!! Toppp ! I bambini sono stati felicissimi con mille Cose da fare . Il signor Silvio (il guardiano ) è molto premuroso e pronto in ogni occasione per consigli ed aiuti ( ci ha aiutato ad accendere la brace esterna e ci ha portato le uova appena covate dalle galline !!! ). Ci torneremo sicuramente !! Grazie

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Un angolo di pace in mezzo al verde, relax e riposo totale in una casa confortevole con tutto il necessario. Irene è un host super disponibile e gentilissima, ci siamo sentite come a casa. Consigliatissimo per staccare e godersi la natura e il silenzio.

My stay at Giacomo’s place was absolutely fantastic! The space was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Giacomo was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with helpful recommendations for the local area. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend Giacomo’s place to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future!

The airbnb was great! Great views, the room facing the valley was nice and quiet, very quaint, old home. We were quite comfortable. You have to park a bit far from the Airbnb, so just be aware of that and try to reduce the number of trips you will need to make between the car and the Airbnb - we had our baby with us so that can be a bit tricky. Also, like in most homes in Europe, the floors are mostly stone/tile so I would recommend bringing comfy house socks or slippers. We also enjoyed the shops right outside of the door!

Great centrally located flat! It was a little dark inside the flat but this was not unexpected from the pictures and with how close it is to the waterside, still very lovely. Also, Simona provided some snacks and water which was a nice touch - overall can recommend!

Wir waren in der Nachsaison vor Ort und haben ruhige Tage am wunderschönen See und in der sehenswerten Altstadt verbracht. Das Appartement liegt fußläufig, steil ansteigend oberhalb des Sees in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Der Blick auf den See ist fantastisch. Wir haben es sehr genossen, in der liebevoll gestalteten privat genutzten Wohnung zu wohnen, die uns einen Einblick in die Wohnverhältnisse vor Ort vermittelt hat. Alles war in bester Ordnung. Unsere Gastgeber waren großartig. Obwohl wir uns persönlich nicht kennengelernt haben, hatten wir einen sehr herzlichen Kontakt mit Ihnen. Sie haben uns wertvolle Tipps für unsere An- und Abreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln herausgesucht und uns mit vielen Hinweisen auf gute Restaurants versorgt. Posto molto carino e ben curato, la casa in ottime condizioni con prodotti di prima necessità (shampoo, bagnoschiuma sale ecc.) che risultano molto utili. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Situato nel verde e con ampio giardino e 3 cani simpaticissimi. Ottima esperienza

Antonella’s apartment is well located and spacious. Antonella greeted us and saved a parking space near the apartment. We were delayed by traffic by a few hours and she was very kind and flexible about meeting us upon arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The apartment is very comfortable and clean and thoughtfully supplied for guests. The apartment is in the walking area of Orvieto which was very quiet at the end of January. I would recommend staying with Antonella to anyone who wants a great apartment with an attentive host.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida proprietà, ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica sotto ogni punto di vista. L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio: pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è ideale, con facile accesso a negozi e località turistiche vicine . il giardino è bellissimo e dotato di aria barbecue e la vista è aperta sulla valle. daniela è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le mie domande. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e senza stress. Non vedo l’ora di tornare, magari in estate

Neben dem Whirlpool gab es sogar ein Boxsack zum trainieren und eine PlayStation 3. Als wir angekommen sind hat uns Antonio sogar etwas zum Essen da gelassen und auch einige Getränke, wie Wasser, Bier und sogar Sekt. Kaffee war auch vorhanden. Also wirklich eine super Erfahrung und schöne Unterkunft gewesen!

This is the 2nd time in 6 months we have stayed at this property whilst visiting Italy. The house is lovely, a spacious & comfortable feel. The woodfire was a real treat in the evenings. We arrived early and we were greeted with refreshments whilst we waited. Thank you to Luciano & family for their excellent hospitality. We love staying here and will be back. We highly recommend.

Our family staying at this great private home just outside Viterbo. Riccardo was a wonderful host with a well appointed and comfortable home in the countryside but close to town. We look forward to staying here again.

Wow, what a place. Claudia's house is like a little oasis of calm with breathtaking views over Rome. We stayed with our friends with 4 little children amongst us and it couldn't have been better, the children loved playing in the ample garden and spent ages down in the little play area. The communal spaces outside were really lovely, it was just a shame the weather didn't allow us to use them as much as we would have liked! Inside, the house is spacious and great for multi-family living. Grazie mille Claudia, for allowing us to share your little piece of paradise.

Wir hatten mit einer Gruppe von sechs Freunden einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Matteo und seine Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Bei Fragen haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Der Check-In verlief super und wir haben auch Empfehlungen für unseren Urlaub bekommen. Besonders die Eltern von Matteo, die direkt nebenan wohnen, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht.

This is a beautifully designed house, close to everything but also far away from the city so you can really relax. Giorgio is kind and thoughtful and very knowledgeable. We absolutely recommend this place for an enjoyable vacation in Rome.

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

We loved Sabrina's place! The house was beautiful and property was so peaceful. Everything was like the pictures, plenty of space for 6 of us (4 adults + 2 children). Sabrina gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do that were a short drive into town, and she was extremely responsive via whats app for our other questions throughout our stay. We did a day trip into Montepulciano - 1.5 hr drive away so very conveniently located. Would love to be able to stay here again if we make it back to Italy!

5 Sterne, auch wenn es ein paar Anregungen gibt: wir waren zum mobilen Arbeiten mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für 10 Tage dort. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, die untere Etage mit Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer, Dusche/Bad/Wc ist perfekt fürs Kind mit Wunsch nach etwas Raum für sich. Küche war toll eingerichtet, generell alles sauber und die Panoramascheiben im WZ sind fantastisch, und danke für die Moskitonetze. kleine Anregungen: - im Duschraum oben hinten fangen die Fugen an zu schimmeln...jetzt kann man noch alles in den Griff bekommen - das Zimmer unten (ausgerechnet) hat kein TV. Die TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern sind defekt und der im WZ zeigt keine deutschen Sender. Wir kamen die 10 Tage ohne aus, aber es wäre schön, zumindest mal ARD/ZDF schauen zu können - das Bücherboard hat nicht ein deutsches (Jugendbuch), schade - grösstes Manko, das WLAN ist mit ca 3Mbit/0,6Mbit am optimalen Sitzplatz im WZ zu langsam um ausreichend arbeiten, geschweigedenn Filme streamen zu können...
