Alessandro e la Moglie sono due persone giovani, carinissime, e molto disponibili. L'appartamento è posto in un condominio circondato da giardini, vialetti curatissimi e super pulito, dotato di tutti i confort, come indicato nella proposta , accogliente, ed è come sentirsi a casa. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo fatto una richiesta e con gentilezza, e velocità, è stata risolta, dimostrando, se ce fosse bisogno, una cura ed una attenzione alle persone. In conclusione siamo stati accolti e trattati con educazione, familiarità e cortesia, in poche parole, benissimo. Consigliamo a tutti, vivamente di poter usufruire di tale appartamento per un soggiorno a Roma. Certamente noi, coglieremo in futuro tale opportunità, sempre se sarà disponibile. Sirio

Tiziana is a wonderful, kind, and beautiful host, and her home is truly one of a kind! Visiting in winter, we were warmly welcomed by Tiziana and Sergio for an in-person check-in with a detailed introduction to the house. They even preheated the room for us! Since many restaurants were closed during the off-season, they personally called and recommended an incredible place in Bagnoregio—such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Parking was very close, less than 100m away and free. The room’s décor was stunning—Tiziana is a genius at blending bright colors with classic furniture. The house even has its own cave, where chatting inside felt like traveling back in time—an unforgettable experience. And the best part? Civita di Bagnoregio was right in front of us! Watching the "Sky City" gradually light up in the morning felt magical. Spending our last night in Italy here was a perfect ending. Thank you, Tiziana, for this beautiful memory!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare per motivi di lavoro in questo incantevole alloggio nel cuore del borgo di Sant’Oreste, in provincia di Roma. La mia esperienza è stata estremamente positiva e mi sento di raccomandarlo a chiunque cerchi un luogo molto carino, caldo e accogliente. L’alloggio è situato nel cuore del borgo di Sant’Oreste, rendendolo perfetto per esplorare questo borgo antico. Ristoranti, negozi e attrazioni locali sono raggiungibili a piedi. L’alloggio è incastonato in un edificio storico e all'interno è stato completamente ristrutturato, l’atmosfera è calda e accogliente. Lontano dal trambusto e lo smog della città, questo alloggio è ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi e respirare aria pulita. Tuttavia, è importante notare che per raggiungere l’alloggio bisogna fare delle scale. Questo potrebbe essere un problema per persone con difficoltà motorie o non deambulanti. Agostino si è dimostrato un proprietario molto attento e disponibile per ogni esigenza.

A beautiful, peaceful spot in the heart of Tuscany - perfect for a relaxing getaway! Riccardo and Kate are wonderful hosts who made everything easy and made us feel right at home. The house is cozy and well-equipped with everything you could need, from a comfy bed and a fully stocked kitchen to a sauna and an amazing open-air hot tub. Also, one of the bonuses of this location is very low air pollution, so stargazing at night was a real highlight of our trip. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Tuscany.

We had a wonderful time with fantastic hosts Alessandra and Fabio. It was just what we needed - a quiet place with great facilities and the grounds were well used by us and very family-orientated. Table tennis and table football were great escapes from the sun as they were undercover. The pool was great and also a great place to cool off. A special mention for the 2 dogs Rex and Pepe. You could never meet 2 friendlier dogs. My kids are missing them and as we left at 0700 they followed us down the driveway. The house was great and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. You really need a car and getting about was really easy. A supermarket was only a few minutes' drive away which was very useful. We even went into Rome on a few nights as it is only a 20-30 minute drive to the main tourist areas. If we go back to Rome we will definitely look to book again.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay. Beautiful apartment surrounded by spectacular scenery. Photos for this listing doesn’t do justice to this hidden gem. Warm and hospitable hosts…one of the best we had! Deserve 6 stars! Can’t ask for more. We will definitely be back. A MUST stay in Umbria!

La campagna viterbese, gli ulivi, il silenzio, la pace, una grande casa confortevole (con un piacevole e utile termocamino), un ampio soggiorno con divani e poltrone, una cucina spaziosa e fornita di tutte le stoviglie e pentole immaginabili (oltre che di una preziosa lavastoviglie!) hanno caratterizzato il ns appagante soggiorno. Data la stagione invernale non abbiamo potuto goderci lo spazio esterno e il giardino al 100%, anche questo molto curato. Gaia è sempre stata disponibile e attenta nelle comunicazioni organizzative e ci ha fatto trovare un graditissimo spuntino di pane, salamini e vino come benvenuto. Molto soddisfatti!
