Luxurious, well appointed, and glorious wharf views. The check-in was very involved. We decided to treat it like a scavenger hunt or an escape room full of clues, so we had fun. If one wanted a quick check-in, this isn’t it. The key pick-up is at a completely different address, and the parking access is not a simple find. HOWEVER!, this is a stunning apartment right on the water and a view of the sky tower. New Year’s Eve fireworks watched from the balcony! We felt like we had won the lottery. The decor was beautiful and the kitchen was well equipped for making meals. Opening sliding glass doors from both front and back balconies provided excellent cross breeze and cozy spaces for reading or watching boats enter their slips. There was so much to do at the apartment, we didn’t really feel much like going out. When we did, the restaurants were within easy walking distance, as was the sky tower and a lot of shopping. We LOVED this apartment and would return in a heartbeat. Ten stars!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Auckland. The location of this apartment is ideal for the local restaurants and ferry terminal. It was a little noisy in the morning but we probably would have slept better if we hadn’t been jet lagged. The second morning we definitely didn’t notice it as much. Overall a great place to stay and good value.

This is a nice apartment right on a wharf downtown. We were looking directly out onto the harbour and it was a large three bedroom place - very clean and very well furnished. We would definitely stay here again.

Greet location in Auckland! You’re within walking distance of the wharf area including the ferries, shopping, and Sky City. Very beautiful view of water from apartment’s deck. Jonno was very responsive and his team at QV was helpful. I would recommend this place to those staying in Auckland.

This was my favorite airbnb stay in Auckland. The unit was cleaned really well and the view was so wonderful! The location is perfect for getting around the city and of course for any harbour tours/activities. Having the balcony was really special! Close to public transit and a woolies metro down the street. Highly recommend for a city stay!

Absolutely great place to stay, right by where we work stationed for work for a few weeks, close to everything we needed, can't complain at all!

I always stay in Auckland Central/CBD for convenience when I visit and this is easily the best place I've stayed. I was here two weeks for work and glad to be within walking distance to everything, with an eclectic light-filled space to return to at the end of each day. The apartment overlooks the Queen Street plaza, which is always buzzing with activity. This plus the central location means there's a lot of ambient noise, even late PM/early AM. So, if you're looking for peace and quiet, this might not be for you. Eg, council pressure washes early AM every weekday, which could be annoying if you were on holiday and wanting a sleep in. I'd also recommend bringing earplugs, esp if you are a light sleeper. Lloyd was responsive, courteous and extremely helpful. In short: a perfect Auckland Central apartment for work or holiday, solo travel or a couple, if you're after a space that embraces an energetic city lifestyle. I will definitely try to book again for my next visit.

We had a great stay! Perfect location, close to everything and easy navigate. We had everything we needed. The apartment was spacious, and clean. And very comfortable beds!!!We also really enjoyed the terrace! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Second stay in Vanya’s lovely flat. Highly recommend for location, amenities, comfort and Vanya was helpful, communicative and welcoming.

Tiziana was very easy to deal with and replied to my queries very quickly. Was a very cosy plan e to sty and would definitely use again and recommend to others looking for somewhere in that area.

Great stay, friendly flexible staff. They were able to accommodate an early arrival for us as we’d arrived early from a cruise. Apartment was very comfortable for two couples and the location was perfect. Highly recommend.

The Emerald Resort was very comfortable and in a great location. Within walking distance of Takapuna Beach which is beautiful and within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed Tok Tok and Botecelli’s Italian restaurant. Downtown Auckland was a short drive away. Janice is a great host and the resort provided great maid service. I recommend the Emerald Resort to all looking for a place to stay when visiting the Auckland area.
