We were very impressed with the location and the cleanliness. Was expecting it to be noisy but wasn't that bad. Excellent location for catching buses and trains.Tons of places to eat.

If you’re looking for somewhere super relaxing, clean, cozy and with lots of sunlight this is a great spot. Marg is a really lovely and helpful host too. Definitely would recommend. The New York pizza restaurant nearby is personal recommendation too!

I cannot recommend Kohi Del Mar highly enough. As a family of four, both on holiday and working, it was a fabulous apartment. Great restaurant options within an easy walk, opposite the beach with great views and 15 mins into town. Treat yourself, you won’t be disappointed and it will feel like you’re really on holiday. Really happy with our choice.

Our stay was absolutely amazing, better than we could have asked for! The house was incredible, with stunning views, a great location, floor to ceiling window and everything we needed from A to Z. I’d highly recommend it to anyone. Some guests mentioned the steep entrance hill, and while it is quite steep, you get used to it quickly as long as you avoid driving late at night. We’d love to come back again!!! such a privilege to spend our holiday in your beautiful home! Thanks so much!

House was beautiful with amazing views. Both the pool and the hot tub were wonderful and the beach was short (10 min) walk. the kitchen and grill were great cooking and we loved all the Polish pottery! Overall, great location and house for our family.

What a wonderful home - lovely layout was perfect for our family group of 5, and what a fantastic location - right on the beach, but private because of thoughtful landscaping, and just a short walk to the cute little town of Oneroa. Just what we needed to do some time-zone acclimation after a long trip to New Zealand! The hosts were also super-accommodating - meeting us at the ferry so that we could retrieve some medication one of our group accidentally left behind so that we could stay on schedule. Great folks!

I loved this wonderful sanctuary. Although it is close to Auckland which is easily accessible, it felt like I was far away in a peaceful and idyllic place. Lou and Andy were lovely, with great communication and helpful suggestions throughout my stay. Lots of loving touches here and generous sharing of kitchen provisions and all other necessities.

Jill and her whānau were incredibly friendly throughout my visit and very proactive. I felt very comfortable during my stay and was greeted with a warm smile and a quick chat! I found everything easy to locate and the property was beautiful! Will definitely be coming here again in the future.

Great location in the heart of the Auckland CBD. Very secure location within walking distance of great shopping, restaurants and sights. Highly recommend for families, couples or anyone traveling on a cruise before/after as the ship was right next door.

Maree's apartment is gorgeous and immaculate, with a lovely fragrance in the air. The bedroom is perfect and had a private balcony space for guests. Maree is a gentle and lovely host, allowing guests to have their space and privacy. She provided many suggestions of things to do in Auckland and New Zealand.

Linley's apartment was perfect! A beautifully setup place to relax in which had everything you needed, even down to a portacot for our little one. There a as also a swimming pool, spa and a carpark available. A quick walk to lovely cafes, and the Viaduct and downtown CBD. Just a perfect location! Linley was extremely helpful prior to our arrival and we would most definitely recommend a stay at this awesome air bnb. Thanks so much for everything Linley, and also to Karin! 🙂

We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

Pia was a wonderful host, welcoming us in person and making us feel right at home. Her place has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an Airbnb and it was so convenient to have little things like spices, cling wrap, etc. The apartment was furnished very thoughtfully and there is plenty of room to lounge around and relax. The location could not be better with the beach as your backyard. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!
