Vicenza : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Schönes altes traditionelles Haus mit schönem Garten neben einer Überlandstrasse. Etwas ausserhalb von Torreglia, aber trotzdem in der Nähe von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Gastgeber ist hundefreundlich und Garten ist gut eingezäunt. Sicher top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist sehr schön und stilvoll als italienisches Landhaus eingerichtet. Es liegt mitten in der Natur (ein Auto ist erforderlich) neben dem Privathaus und den Weinfeldern. Der Kontakt mit Nicoletta bzw. ihrer Tochter ist super freundlich, sehr schnell und hilfreich. Sie hat uns zB einen ganz ganz tollen Kochkurs vermittelt und Tipps für Cafés und Restaurants gegeben. Gerne wieder!

È stato un piacere soggiornare presso la casa di Roberta. Siamo stati accolti in modo caloroso e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L'alloggio è molto grande e carino, completo di tutti i confort. Roberta è stata molto disponibile a venirci incontro ad ogni nostra esigenza e richiesta. Ci ha fornito tante indicazioni su dove andare e sulle cose da vedere. È stata molto premurosa, carina e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente

Another excellent stay! We returned a second time for almost one month and it was another excellent experience. The place was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable and spacious, especially the bathroom, which is unusual for the area. It’s very centrally located just a few minutes from Mirano’s plaza and about 20-25 minutes to Venice. At the same time it is very quiet and private with independent entrance. The gate in to the property makes a difference. Stefania was as usual, an amazing host! Very accommodating and communicative, always attentive to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this property. We’re rating it a 5 star again!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole! Il posto era impeccabile: tutto molto curato, pulito e accogliente. Rosanna è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile nel soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, facendoci sentire davvero a casa. Un’esperienza che consiglieremmo sicuramente a chiunque. Grazie ancora per l’ospitalità, torneremo volentieri!

Read the description of this place carefully. It is accurate. Originally built in the 1600s in an old town that seems to be frozen in time. It has modern conveniences and Californiaesque luxuries. But, above all, you'll be staying in a genuinely old and authentic house. I highly recommend this place for those wanting the real Segusino experience.

We spent two nights in Alberto’s apartment and it was perfect-spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Location was excellent -just a short stroll from the main piazzas. It was the perfect spot for a short stay in beautiful Padua.

Soggiorno come da descrizione. Bello,pulito e comodo per raggiungere il centro di Verona. Bravi!

El departamento es muy cómodo. Fuimos en invierno y no pudimos aprovechar mucho la terraza. El baño es muy amplio y con buenas instalaciones. El colchón estaba muy bien y de buenas dimensiones. Hay algunos negocios y un supermercado grande en cercanías. La caminata al centro de la ciudad es relativamente corta y agradable.

Wir waren zu dritt für einen Kurztrip in Venedig (Freitag bis Sonntag). Mit Andreas Unterkunft hätte es uns nicht besser treffen können! Andrea hat uns genaue Anweisungen zum Check-In gegeben. Wir haben ihn zufällig getroffen, als wir grade ankamen. Er hat uns nochmal alles gezeigt und ein paar total wertvolle Tipps gegeben, die uns als Touristen nicht bewusst waren! (Waren nicht zum ersten Mal dort) wir haben dann ihm eine perfekte Anbindung zur Insel, sowie grandiose Tipps zum Essen und trinken direkt um die Ecke erleben dürfen. Wir buchen super gerne jeder Zeit wieder und ab sofort ausschließlich diese Unterkunft! Besser geht’s nicht 😍

Die Begrüßung durch Elisa war sehr herzlich, wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Wir erhielten hilfreiche Tipps zur Gastronomie sowie den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Elisa war immer für Fragen offen und stets zu erreichen, wir bekamen ausschließlich sehr freundliche Antworten. Die Abwicklung mit Schlüsselübergabe etc. verlief reibungslos und einfach! Unser Tipp: Hier kann man nichts falsch machen - also buchen und dann ab nach Verona!

Wir waren zu zweit zwei Nächte in der Wohnung. Der Check-In war einfach und maximal flexibel.Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hat Flair- mit Holzbalken an der Decke und dekorativem, offenem Mauerwerk als Akzent. Es ist alles da was man braucht und wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Mein Highlight war der kleine Balkon zum sehr ruhigen Innenhof raus. Morgens konnten wir toll in der Sonne frühstücken und auch am Nachmittag kommt dort noch Sonne hin. Die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ingrid war immer sehr gut zu erreichen und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Die Lage, die tolle Wohnung und die nette Gastgeberin waren für uns perfekt. Wir kommen gern wieder!

L’appartamento di Giuliana corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto. Non solo è molto pulito ma offre anche tutte le comodità: microonde, moka, bollitore, ecc. Giuliana è stata molto gentile e accogliente e ha anche lasciato delle dolcezze per la colazione. Se torneremo a Treviso torneremo sicuramente.

Dario is a wonderful host, very kind and helpful! The place is nice, it has everything you need and a balcony with morning sun is the cherry on top! A grocery store and bus stop are around the corner, also some restaurants/take away places. Trip to Venice is 20-30 minutes by bus, but it goes every 5-10 minutes and the stop is only 3 minutes from the appartement.

We really enjoyed Viktoria's apartment! We felt right at home in the clean and well-stocked apartment. While a little outside downtown Padua, it's in a quiet and peaceful building and right next to a bus stop and so is very accessible. Would recommend!

Anfitriã muito atenciosa. Além de todos os itens descritos no anúncio, fornece delicadezas que tornar único o apartamento. Local extremamente organizado, com muitas comodidades adicionais e muito próximo de Verona (com a linha 7E se chega em 40 min ao centro de Veneza)

Wir hatten zu fünft 2 Übernachtungen und ausreichend Platz. Alles ist neuwertig und sehr sauber. Nahe zum Strand, Parkplatz in der Nähe. Es sind viele Treppen zur Wohnung bzw Dachterrasse. Sehr empfehlenswert

Andrea e Stefania sono stati gentili e disponibili. Casa molto bella con tutte le comodità direi che non manca niente... pulitissima.... .parcheggio privato praticamente sotto casa... Ci saremmo volentieri fermati di più, magari una prox volta. Ringraziamo tanto Andrea e Stefania ... Magari potremmo tornare il prox anno... A presto Chiara

The View was perfect for us. The location was close to all the important art and cultural gems of Padua, and the terrace exceeded our expectations. Tomasso’s very well equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy from start to finish. The vast outdoor food market two blocks away and nearby food shops provided excellent ingredients. Fun and safe nightlife, too! A super comfortable apartment that I would recommend to anyone visiting Padua, or for those who want to tour Venice from a short (25 min) train ride. Tomasso met us on arrival and was a superb communicator from booking to departure. He is well deserving of his “Superhost” status.

Un soggiorno per degli scatti fotografici nel bellissimo appartamento minimalista di Fabiola. Una donna straordinaria quanto solare e affascinante, che ha progettato l’intero edificio. Gentile, disponibile e reattiva. L’appartamento gode di un controllo della casa smart, una cucina comoda e un terrazzo stupendo

Beautiful apartment in a great location in Treviso. Clean and well prepared for a 3 night stay. Pietro gave a lot of helpful information on dining places and Giuseppe was lovely when we met him. Perfect homely base to explore and enjoy wonderful Treviso.
