Great place! Loved the pedal boat option. Perhaps not so ideal if you have toddlers because the staircase does not have rails. Minor issue really and other than that we had a good stay.

Es ist ein wunderschöner Fleck Erde, an dem man völlig entspannen kann. Muizenberg ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt sowohl für Capetown als auch Richtung Somerset und die Weingegend. Das Objekt ist wunderschön, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles vorhanden, auch Kaffee, Gewürze, Öl. Einfach mega. Die Lage an einem kleinen "See" ist wunderschön, nur baden kann man da nicht. Ein Kanu und ein Tretboot sind jedoch vorhanden und können genutzt werden. Zum Muizenberg Beach sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto, so dass man auch baden gehen kann. Simon, wir danken dir von ganzem Herzen. Es war sehr schön in deinem Haus wir haben jede Minute genossen. Auch dass zwischendurch nochmal gereinigt wurde ist für ein AirBNB nicht selbstverständlich.

A lovely property in the Lake Michelle Eco Estate. Very peaceful and close to Noordhoek village, Fish Hoek & Kalk Bay. Great location and very safe environment.

We had a great month-long stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it easy to both work and relax. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the host was a great communicator, responding promptly to requests—including sending a fan when the house got warm during the day. The backyard is spacious, perfect for grilling or sitting outside, and it’s a short walk to the lake. The security setup includes a staffed guard shack, which makes the premises feel safe, though getting through security can be a hassle without a South African phone number. We eventually worked around this using a message app to generate a new pass every five days. The location is convenient, just a short drive to great food options and shopping. A downside came on the last day when the cleaning crew leader arrived early and entered the house uninvited. While not the owner’s fault, it felt pushy and a bit insulting as I was literally carrying bags to the car. All in all 👍🏻

The accommodation was nice and cozy. Everything was spotless and neat. Rosemarie was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery.

This is an AirBnB with a little something extra! Every detail is thought out and it really is a perfect place to unwind and spend some time away from the city. We kayaked, walked around the nature reserve, fished (badly), drank amazing coffee on their jetty and wandered around Muizenberg. There's even a hot tub :) The hosts, David and Maya, are super helpful with tons of recommendations, flexible and quick to respond. Sian was a fantastic host, very responsive to our queries during the stay. The house itself was just what we needed for us and our little ones. Our toddler had SO much fun at this house and didn’t want to leave.

The house was incredible and the amenities were fantastic. The house had everything we needed and more. We really felt welcome and at home. Beautiful decor. There were a couple good restaurants and grocery stores nearby, although the store area and surrounding neighborhood felt a bit sketchy at times. The neighborhood where the house is felt very safe and comfortable to walk in.

We had an exceptional stay at this apartment! The host was fantastic, with excellent communication throughout, making sure every detail was taken care of promptly and efficiently. The apartment itself was spotless, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It exceeded our expectations. The location was lovely, with the apartment opening directly onto a picturesque canal, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in this area.

Derek house is in a perfect location if you want to visit Cape Town, enjoy the beach and run/walk around. The house is exactly as described by Derek, very comfortable, clean and exactly in the center of sea point area. We will recommend to anyone will come to Cape Town for a vacation. Last but not least, the communication with Derek was very quick and easy.

Perfect location for CTICC conference, being 5 minutes walk from it. Safe, quiet, secure, comfortable. Julia and team are proactive and really care for your wellbeing and comfort.

Grote slaapkamers met kasten, keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne eettafel met stoelen. En een bank waar je heerlijk in kan relaxen. Balkon voorzien van tuinmeubilair met een prachtig uitzicht op zwembad en tuin. Op loopafstand van een megagroot winkelcentrum.

Sehr schönes Appartement, tolle Lage, Gastgeber war gut erreichbar und hat schnell reagiert.

Our stay was fantastic! The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the V&A Waterfront, the stunning Silo Hotel, and the incredible Zeitz MOCAA museum. You can take a scenic and safe walk along the canal behind the building, though the path closes at 8 PM, after which an Uber is necessary. Fortunately, Uber is both affordable and reliable, costing around 60-70 ZAR from the V&A to the Airbnb. The unit itself is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and highly secure. However, there were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. Unfortunately, the washing machine was out of order, which was a key amenity we were looking for. While Rest Easy provided a laundry service as an alternative, not having access to in-unit laundry was disappointing. Additionally, the mattress was extremely firm—something to consider if you prefer softer beds or have back issues. That said, Rest Easy was wonderful to deal with—responsive, accommodating, and professional. They even held our luggage for a few

Another fantastic stay at Knightbright 404 (second time around). It’s the perfect location, secure, with great high-speed Wi-Fi with streaming, enjoyed the building amenities (especially the pool) and surrounding areas. Well-equipped for load shedding (inverter, gas stove), however, water pressure in the shower could be improved slightly. Thank you again and looking forward to booking again in the future.

One of the most charming places I’ve visited. Wonderful garden, pool, flowers, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and carrying hosts. Each afternoon I had a little visitor - dachshund dog jumped on my lap friendly wagging its tail :)

We had a great stay at San Gabriel. Shané and Renier really made it feel like home, gave us good local tips and treated us to a fantastic Braai meal on one of the nights. The location was idyllic, and our young son had so much fun playing with the dogs and farm animals, plus jumping in the pool! We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and will definitely visit again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was in a lovely safe neighborhood with coffee and breakfast facilities close by. Also it was really close to a beautiful quiet beach. The house was modern, cosy and clean. It had everything you could ask for. The only minor things were that the neighbors have a direct view on the garden and swimming pool so it’s not the most private. And that they were rebuilding a house next door, which came with some noise. Other than that it was really nice!

Amazing place and even better host. The pictures don’t even do it justice, waking up to a panoramic view of the water way and mountains will be hard to beat. Mark went out of his way to make sure we were looked after, always responsive, always accommodating. Absolute pleasure, my new favourite place to stay in Cape Town.

A Perfect Getaway in Stellenbosch We had the most wonderful stay at Mariska’s place in Stellenbosch. From start to finish, it was a truly peaceful and perfect experience. The setting is absolutely magical — waking up to a breathtaking view of Table Mountain felt like a dream. Mariska was a warm and thoughtful host, and everything was just as described (if not better!). The space was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. It felt like a slice of paradise tucked away in the winelands. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to unwind and soak up the beauty of the area. We’ll definitely be back!

What an amazing place the cottage is. Very pea full and quiet with gorgeous surroundings. Lost to do in nearby Stellenbosch - wine tours, great restaurants and Post Card Cafe walking distance away with AMAZING views. Left with a full heart
