Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Philipa’s Airbnb. Philipa is a good host . The view of her apartment is fabulous, especially at night . You can enjoy sunset too from the balcony . We love that the tram stop is just in front of the building .

We've booked the place on a last minute notice, and it was exteremly welcoming and cosy. The place was clean and organized, the kitchen had everything we've needed and the backyard was a nice addition in a very hot day and night.

Peter was a great host from the start, offering his assistance to us and when we had questions, he had answers. We experienced some poor weather and needed the advertised drying room. It had been switched off over summer so we asked Peter for help and he promptly arrived and turned it on for us. Peter also offered alternate activities for us to do, and suggested the best day of the week for our summit walk. A great feature of Wendeleigh 8 is the fact there is a bathroom for each bedroom. They are small and had shower curtains which are not our favourite, however we were told these are being updated from February. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, knives and all the essentials as well as cling wrap, ziplock bags, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags etc. In the laundry as well as a washer and dryer, there was laundry powder and a first aid kit. Overall, I think this is the best stocked unit we have stayed at. So close to the shops too! Thanks Peter!

Great little place in East jindabyne so nice and quiet and away from the township but close enough for anything you want. stunning views over the lake

We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. Thanks Karen.

Our stay was seamless from start to finish. The option for us to clean in lieu of a cleaning fee was greatly appreciated as managing two properties ourselves we know what is involved in a departure clean. Thanks for a great stay and thank you Andy for making us so welcome.

We enjoyed staying at Una's place for a couple of weeks, so much so that we have booked a return visit for next month. The location is convenient, the house is well appointed and Una was a very responsive host.

Clean and tidy place. Grocery store and restaurants just below the unit. Walking distance to questacon.

Great location. Easy access to tram stops. We stayed for a week here and the house was well equipped.

A perfect base for us whilst visiting family, High Point shopping centre is right opposite, access to lovely river walk is just across the road. private parking and a fantastic terrace with great views of the city skyline.

Great location, close to the beach and public transport. Suited our needs for what we were in Melbourne for. Quiet street and location.

We loved Amy’s Place so much we came back for another week after a trip elsewhere. As before, the apartment was spotless, welcoming and well provisioned. Lovely toiletries provided and, unusually for rentals, the pillows were excellent. Hopefully we’ll be able to stay here again next time we visit Oz.

The place is in such a great location with many things within a 10 minute walk. It was very spacious and have everything provided. It was very clean and organised.

The place is great, and Sadeepa was an excellent host. The apartment had everything I needed for a long stay, and there’s heaps available within a short walk.

Our two night stay at Oscar’s condo in Melbourne CBD was faultless. The condo was beautiful (exactly as the photos show) and so quiet. We didn’t hear a peep from the neighbours. Plus WHAT A VIEW - seeing all the lights at night was quiet a great. Perfect location - it made it so easy to access shops, restaurants, trams etc Oscar was super responsive and very friendly, he assisted with a very last minute request which we were so grateful for. We will definitely stay again when we are in town next. Highly recommend !

Great stay with parking, gym and pool! Has everything you need (plus there is a great Vietnamese street-food cafe across the road). The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Thank you!

Deb and Rob were wonderful hosts! The apartment was excellent with amazing views and every single amenity imaginable. Not only was it was a nice place to be but it was extremely clean and well presented. The beds were very comfortable and noise from the busy roads outside barely audible from inside! One of my biggest pet peeves in high rises like this is how loud they can be, but this one was super quiet and the aircon was quiet which made for a really good night sleep. If I need to come to Melbourne with a group I would definitely recommend this apartment. It is awesome! If I ever need to be in the Southbank area again this would be my first choice!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The owners were incredibly responsive and attentive to all of our needs. The space was exactly as depicted in the photos, providing a true reflection of the listing. Additionally, the property was well-equipped with everything one could need, from a washing machine to a fully stocked kitchen, making for a comfortable and convenient experience. Highly recommended!

This is a comfortable apartment for a stay in Melbourne. Close to amenities, the tram is directly across the road. Offers secure carparking. Supermarket only 5 minutes walk. Quirky decorations and art in the apartment make it much less a bland hotel room to be a fun place to stay.
