Very good location！easy to buy food, groceries and everything we need within 15 minutes walk. Charles is very considerate and welcoming. We do enjoy our stay at this place. We’ll book this place again if we come back. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed my stay at Mel's place in Moonee Ponds. Very livable for just the two of us who were traveling, extremely functional kitchen, and amazing views of the Melbourne skyline from the balcony! (Great for breakfast and evening beverages.) Moonee Ponds is a fantastic home base for Melbourne explorations. Tons of great restaurants and coffee places (Khao San Road Thai and Top Notch Coffee were my jam). Woolworth's close by for groceries, and Moonee Ponds Central mall a short walk away for all kinds of other shopping. Very short walk to the 59 tram, and about a 10 minute walk to the Craigieburn train line — both will get you to the CBD and connect you wherever you need to go. Buy a Myki card and go crazy.

Accommodation was great, well set out. added bonus was the balcony. The accommodation had everything you need for a short or even longer stay. Would definitely book here again next visit.

A well equipped and comfortable apartment. A great sofa and reading chair. The good lighting in the unit was appreciated as I was working a bit. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and a super efficient laundry service on the ground floor. The gym in the adjacent building is well equipped and a decent size. Tons of walking trails and easy access to all that Canberra has to offer. I recommend the apartment and would stay there again.

Sam was super. Great clear communications and timely responses. Brunswick East is a beautiful part of Melbourne. Lovely for walking and for great food and general vibe. Sam’s home was lovely. Stunning views across the skyline and we got a lovely display of hot air balloons on Sunday morning. Sam kindly booked us in for a time slot with the rooftop spa however our night was rather cloudy and we enjoyed watching the Grand Prix instead. Highly recommend Sam’s home for a fabulous Melbourne stay. Thanks Sam

We were two friends and we had a nice stay at Julie's apartment. It is as described, well-equipped (I really appreciated having oil, salt and so on already in the apartment, it is not always the case) and we could stay comfortably, one of us sleeping in the living-room and the other in the bedroom. It was quiet, what we were looking for, and it was possible to do very nice walks by the river one minute away (or less). The tram is also one minute away from the building and going to the CBD (approx 25 minutes). Communication with Julie was smooth.

Love our stay at Luxsos Air BnB on Spencer street in Melbourne. Fantastic space, great ammenities and wonderful views. My two young boys went nuts being able to watch the trains at Southern Cross station go two and fro every morning from the window

The location is extremely convenient - with supermarkets, restaurants, and shops right downstairs. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. The landlord is very friendly too. I'd definitely rent this place again on my next visit.

We had a great stay (4 adults, toddler and baby). For our group the house was child friendly on a quiet street with a large shaded out door area. We made use of the extremely well stocked kitchen and bbq. A short walk down to the beach and great little coffee caravan. Would recommend

Beautiful house and really well stocked with everything you need. Loved the addition of a coffee machine.Only downside was that it wasn’t walking distance to shops/cafes.

Staying at Hampton’s in Torquay was a fantastic experience. The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions. I especially loved the cozy living room and the well-equipped kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We loved Noelia's place while spending a long weekend in South Gippsland with a group of friends. The house (and more importantly, the views!) were exactly like the pictures, and the house was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Noelia was also a fabulous host - all instructions for arrival/entry and packing up were sent ahead of time, were clear and weren't complicated or laborious. The views towards Wilsons Prom were truly stunning, with perfect stargazing from the back deck on a clear evening.

Anna is the perfect Airbnb host! she was helpful and responsive to anything we needed, and even made sure there was a port-a-cot and high chair for us to use during our stay. It's these little touches along with the helpful suggestions that made our time really great. Olive Grove is a fantastic space for any family thinking of a beach getaway. There is so much space and plenty of different options (pool, table tennis, basketball, outdoor space, TV, etc) that it is perfect disconnect and unwind from the hustle and bustle. The best part of the whole stay though was the special Olive Grove Spritz cocktail Anna left for us, it was such a nice way to start our holiday and such a beautiful touch, thank you Anna!

With our extended family of 7 adults, a 7 year old and a new baby this house was ideal giving each family unit their own space but at same time with communal areas to eat and sit and chat. The house is beautiful with large outdoor area, a gas bbq on the deck we used every night in the week we were there. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and with separate facilities in each area should you choose to use them. Cannot fault anything. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The location was perfect for an escape from the city life. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided thoughtful touches like local recommendations and essentials. We especially enjoyed the cozy backyard and fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay feel like home. Communication with the Emma was seamless and everything ran smoothly throughout our visit. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we cannot wait to be back again!

The apartment is extremely clean, very quiet, and very well located. Matt is a great host, and is friendly and always leaves some treats for the guest. I will definitely stay at his apartment again. I highly recommend his apartment.

Great little apartment in a central location in the trendy inner north of Melbourne. There's a great IGA Xpress downstairs, plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and the tram stop is a short walk away. The building amenities (indoor pool/hot tub/sauna/steam room/gym; rooftop area with nice views and two more hot tubs) were really nice, although the furniture on the rooftop didn't look as appealing as in the photos - they could do with a good scrub. Something to be aware of is that although this is a proper one bedroom apartment, space is pretty tight in the bedroom - there wasn't anywhere obvious for us to sit our luggage, so it ended up on the floor. There's also not much privacy with the blinds open, since the apartment looks directly onto the building opposite (and vice versa). The apartment itself was spotless and incredibly well-organised - you can tell a lot of thought has been put into it. I'd stay there again, mostly for the solid location and building amenities!

We had a great stay here. The location is superb and close to everything we needed. Mimi was a great host. She was so helpful with restaurant recommendations, very responsive to our questions and really made the effort to make our stay comfortable. 10 out of 10!

My husband and self enjoyed 3 nights at this airbnb and highly recommend. The apartment had a really cosy feel, was clean and welcoming. The hosts communication was on point. The views are incredible, especially at night. We really enjoyed the facilities, and had a sauna each morning to start our day. The location is excellent. We will be back.

The is property is in a great location with access to public transport if you need it. Easy accessible parking. Grocery shop close by within walking distance. Good restaurants, takeaway and local pub. Owners at the Coffee shop at 20 Young street were very friendly.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

Perfect location - Woolworths right across the road. Walking distance to everything. Private, quiet and luxurious apartments. This is our number one stay whenever we return to Melbourne.

Sam's place is a very comfortable, lovely place. Has everything you need to stay like a local. Full kitchen appliances, utensils, consumables, everything is clean and in good working condition ... Originally had some issue with air conditioning settings, but Sam responded quickly to how we can make the settings change. Location is great, just across the road from Canberra Centre and Civic. Secure parking spot at B3, close to lift lobby. However if you are light sleeper, bring along an eye mask. The corridor light in the building common area (just outside of the bedroom's window) has some energy saving feature on past about 11pm, where it will turn on and turn off on every few minutes which can be disturbing if you are sensitive to light. Not something that Sam can do, since it's in the building common area. Other than that, everything is perfect! We had a great 9 days stay in Canberra in Sam's place.
