I feel very lucky to have stayed at Rene' and Illeen's ranch cottage for three days - a wonderful combination of thoughtful generous hosts and a delightful cottage. I enjoyed meeting and visiting with Rene' and Illene upon my arrival, and I realized later that our in-person meeting made it very easy for me to feel comfortable and entirely secure at the cottage. I knew that I could reach out if I needed anything, but Rene' and Illeen were also gracious in providing privacy and autonomy at the cottage. The cottage itself is lovely - spacious and light filled, furnished in a wonderful and fun combination of vintage finds and artful newer items, and generously supplied. Very relaxing spot. The covered porch that wraps around the cottage was a wonderful spot to sit - I headed out to the porch each morning with my coffee. I was in the area to visit with friends who live near Edna. But the cottage would also be a great destination.

Escape the Rush to Tranquil, Natural River Access

The cottage was spotless. We were absolutely delighted with how peaceful the setting is. The first thing we did was walk down to the river (about 100 feet) and sit on the bench and watch the river flow. The bed was very comfortable, we slept great! Great experience. And Thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine!

Coleto Bend Cottage - Home to lots of wildlife!

Place was perfect for our needs. Super cute and clean. Plenty of room and comfy beds. Had everything we needed and host communicated great. Lots of deer and turkeys around the property which was cool to watch. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here because I was working at invista and it was less than a 10 minute drive and that’s a big plus! The place is spacious, everything was nice and neat, would definitely book again in the future

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Erin was very responsive. Super clean and comfy home with plenty of entertainment nearby. Amenities were wonderful. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

The host was amazingly response and very helpful. The friendly attitude and clear instructions made the stay easy and peaceful. The host even checked in on how our first night went! The house was just beautiful and super clean. Little notes around the house definitely helped us with any questions we had. The neighborhood was very quiet and the nature was a beautiful sight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

My wife, our newborn and myself had an awesome stay. The mini house was perfect for our stay in Victoria. Was set in a super quiet area on a good sized lot. It’s only 8 minute drive from just about any shop/store/food you can imagine so it’s perfect. We will stay here again when visiting our friends in Victoria.

The absolute best stay ever! The house was perfect and completely met our needs! Shannon was so responsive within minutes of messaging! The living area was very spacious and we felt right at home! The kitchen was perfect for our meal prep! Beds and bath were comfy too! We loved how Shannon decorated! The house was a perfect place for my family to visit while we were in Cuero! The kids had so much fun outside!! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay in Victoria. The house was very comfortable and welcoming. We loved that we were located closer to the edge of town. The house was very clean and primary bed was very comfortable. (Only bedroom we used). We will definitely return when in the area. Host was very responsive.

We really loved our stay here. I feel like it had everything we needed, wanted, and then some. The kitchen was so cute! All of the appliances had a retro style and were fully functional and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils you could need and you could make a full family meal if needed! The bedroom was beautiful and quiet. The living room was a nice place to hang out when we had the spare time. There was a picture of the building back before the building next to it was there, we loved that! I honestly thought it would be a really cozy place to just live if anyone ever had to. The layout was really cool. If we ever come back to Edna, I really hope this place is available!

Humble downtown carriage house

Our stay in Sue’s carriage house was a blast. It was cute and clean. A vintage feel with modern comforts. Easily walk to downtown and enjoy live music, theater and good food.

This beautiful home helped create many fond memories for our family! An amazing pool and patio for the family to laugh and play together, and lots of space inside the home for kids to have their own gaming/play areas. The hosts were very helpful and respectful! We Highly recommend this home for families!

Country Escape Cottage

The cabin is beutiful and super clean. Surrounded by nature, and friendly ducks. It was a very peaceful stay. I truly enjoyed it! Very good and friendly (Kyla & Carla) customer service. Thank you!
