Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes altes Farmhaus mit einem äußerst zuvorkommendem Team. Großzügige Räume und ein großer Pool, Wir hatten es nach der Beschreibung nicht so weit außerhalb erwartet und hatten bei der Anreise ein etwas mulmiges Gefühl, dass aber beim sehr freundlichem Empfang und der Besichtigung des Hauses schnell verflog. Zu jeder Zeit gab es eine helfende Hand auch bei organisatorischen Herausforderungen. Der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen sind die für große Menschen (1,88) etwas zu kurzen Betten. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt und das unvergessliche Erlebnis.

Our stay at Kingfisher House was a fantastic experience from start to finish. It's even better than the photos! the property is stunning – spacious, clean, and incredibly well-maintained. Muftau's communication was great! always on hand to make sure our trip went smoothly and he provided excellent recommendations. Thanks to the housekeeping staff too for ensuring the house was always clean and providing warm hospitality. If you’re looking for a luxurious and peaceful home, Kingfisher House is the perfect place to stay in Livingstone, super close to the airport and only 20 mins from Victoria Falls. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area – it’s truly a gem!

We really enjoyed our stay, Sara went out of her way to help with anything we wanted from house requirements to information about Vic falls, and every tip or recommendation she made to us, was spot on. The house is set in a very lush green garden, extremely secure, private and comfortable. We enjoyed your hospitality for our short stay, and we now regret not spending more time there. We had a fantastic stay. The house was the perfect place for our group to base ourselves to explore the Falls and local area. Kerry was incredibly helpful, always on hand with recommendations and ideas. She arranged airport pick up, car hire, lent us kit for a picnic in the park, organised a river cruise. She couldn’t have been more helpful! Thank you so much!

Great place. What you see in the photos is what you get. I am traveling with friends from Canada who after checking in said, "Damn, I didn't know you were bring us to a private Villa." That should tell you all you need to know. I LOVED that pool! However, I do know we all want to know that one thing I would change right? Well, the pool table is a little old. A revamp would complete it all for me.

I had a fantastic stay at Ethel’s place. The apartment was just what I was looking for and really comfortable. All the staff on site were so helpful and approachable and help to make the stay what it was, nothing was too much trouble and any queries were always responded too quickly. The walk into town is really easy but still with the benefit of being out of the main noise of town. The additional solar energy was a real plus for those moments when power was scarce. ( Due to the ongoing issues nationwide) so this was a real bonus. The garden area is so peaceful and well kept, and the additional housekeeping and laundry service was much appreciated. I always felt safe due to the excellent security service provided, where access was always well managed. I would definitely like to return again. This really is a unique place with lovely people. Thank you for such a great time!

Квартира находится в Виктория-Фоллс, немного в стороне от центра города и водопада, но это не проблема, зато территория закрытая, с таунхаусами, что создает ощущение безопасности и уединения. Внутри всё очень чисто и современно. Кухня просто мечта: техника Smeg, стиральная машина Bosch, аэрогриль для курицы и даже генератор льда — всё продумано до мелочей. Две спальни с потолочными вентиляторами, спать было комфортно благодаря хорошим матрасам и качественному постельному белью. Шкафы большие, места для вещей хватило всем. Гостиная огромная, с Smart TV и кондиционером — идеально для отдыха после насыщенного дня. Хозяйка была невероятно отзывчивой: предложила и забронировала для нас экскурсии — поездку в парк Чобе и полёт на вертолёте, всегда была на связи. Отдельное спасибо Nosi — она не только поддерживала квартиру в идеальной чистоте, но и помогала нам с оплатой экскурсий

The apartment was new and well kept. The host was quite helpful. Lot of works happening in the yard including putting up a swimming pool. Rooms were neat and apartments have a solar back up.

Lapson is an incredible host! He was super proactive in handling the power challenges that come with loadshedding. He provided us with a gas stove, solar lights, and a battery operated fan, so even when the power went out we could cook, see, and cool off. He’s not only an Airbnb host, he also works in the tourism industry. So he was able to offer great recommendations and personal phone numbers for contacting taxi drivers and activity coordinators. The insight he gave us helped make the trip great! He was also available to pick us up and drop us off from the bus station- not sure if he’s available for every guest, but we were super grateful! The location is fantastic for accessing groceries, the main road/route taxis take to the falls, livingstone museum, and more. We felt very safe. Definitely worth the price for us; it was comparable to the price of a hostel, but we had our own space and such a great host!

We enjoyed our stay with them. They were good hosts. Grace was very helpful esp on enquiries on activities and helped us with the bookings (to diff activity venues). The swimming pool was great.

We had the most wonderful stay at Victoria Falls Castle in Livingstone! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed by the incredibly warm and attentive hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, always greeting us with a smile and sharing their local insights. The house help was equally amazing—friendly, efficient, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The property itself is simply stunning, living up to the name “castle” with its unique architecture and charming details. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and filled with natural light, and the peaceful, quiet setting made it easy to relax after our daily adventures. Surrounded by nature, we loved waking up to the sound of birdsong and ending the day with awe-inspiring Zambian sunsets. Simply amazing!

My wife and i had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and neat apartment. From the moment we arrived ,we were welcomed warmly by our co host Adam.The apartment is beautifully decorated and located in a serene neighbourhood. The amenities provided were top notch eg fully equipped kitchen,laundry facilities, WiFi ,water, etc.The host Adam was incredibly welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay for both work and vacation. We shall surely return.

The location was perfect—close to Victoria Falls yet peaceful, offering a great balance of adventure and relaxation. The beautiful surroundings and wildlife made the experience even more special. Ich habe 5 Tage mit meiner Freundin in Livingstone verbracht. Es ist eine geräumige und saubere Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Lage - ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Das Wohngebiet Highlands befindet sich am nördlichen Stadtrand. Den Transport von der Grenze zu Simbabwe bis zur Unterkunft hat Daniel für uns organisiert. Ein Mitarbeiter von ihm hat uns am nächsten Tag auch zu den Victoriafällen gebracht. Daniel ist sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war immer reibungslos. Es gab in Sambia zu der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes regelmäßige Stromausfälle, die alle Privathaushalte betreffen. Diese haben unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht beeinträchtigt, da Daniel im Bedarfsfall einen Generator zuschalten kann, sodass die Stromversorgung und Internet immer gewährleistet sind. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthaltes an unseren Laptops gearbeitet. Die Wohnung ist groß, die Lage ist ruhig und das Internet ist schnell. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder diese Unterkunft buchen!

Joan's place is beautiful ,the garden and surrounding is a little paradise.Joan is very helpful with all info you might need and goes extra mile to tip you how to cut costs in the expensive tourist town of Livingstone.I can recomend this place to anyone at anytime.

Amazing place near to a supermarket , well secured and great place to stay while in VFA. Always very prompt in replying to any queries and do reach out to them for VFA tours as well

The place is very secure, guarantees privacy ,quite comfortable and luxurious. I really enjoyed my stay there and will not hesitate to recommend it to family, friends and business associates. I will visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent. The Platinum Peak team went above and beyond to welcome us, and then support us while we were there. The customer service far exceeded expectations. The apartment is exceptionally well appointed, especially the kitchen, with high end appliances. In particular we appreciated having properly functioning air conditioning in both bedrooms as well as the living space. The location is perfect. It’s in a really nice area. It’s walking distance to the town centre, probably about 30 minutes. There is a 7/11 across the road which although small, it is better stocked and in most cases cheaper than Pick and Pay. Also very convenient having a nice restaurant across the street that does fantastic milkshakes, as well as pizzas. Finally a shout out to the amazing housekeeping team. I’ve never seen such beautiful towel swans. Thank you team.
