My stay at Winnie's is a memorable one. A very lovely place, everything was in place as she described it. Initially there was a little hiccup (Water issue) but it was quickly resolved by her. I must confess she's a proactive person. The manager on ground to was excellent, attending to my everyday needs. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there and I'll DEFINITELY BE BACK AND ALSO RECOMMEND TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. WELL DONE AND KEEP IT UP

I rarely buy anything without checking the reviews. However, despite Oluwadamilare's place being new and not having any, I felt the pictures were good enough to proceed with the booking. It turned out to be a great choice. The apartment was exactly as described. I was blown away by how spacious, clean, and tidy it was. The apartment also had all the amenities that made it a great stay. Power was 24/7, and the cleaner did an outstanding job every time he showed up. The tranquil nature of the building and neighborhood made it easy to work, and the security was top-notch. Oluwadamilare was a great host, always checking daily if I had any issues or concerns. The apartment was lovely, well equipped with modern utilities. I felt at home. Host was very responsive. It looked just like the photos I saw prior to checking in. My kids loved the place. Only concern was electrical issue with the movie room that needed to be fixed. Overall, a wonderful place and I will definitely book again.

Olatubosun was an incredible host—responsive, welcoming, and full of local insights. The space was spotless, stylish, and had every amenity needed. The location was ideal as it is located in the heart of VI Lagos. Communication was seamless, with quick replies and clear check-in instructions. I would 100% recommend this gem to anyone visiting Lagos as it exceeded expectations!

My stay in Ehis’s place was phenomenal. Despite some minor challenges, Ehis was still flexible which ensured for peace of mind in my stay. He assisted to arranging an airport transfer which also facilitated ease in getting to the location and checked in. The place itself is spacious, clean, and in a great location for food, community, and attractions. Security and amenities were also great. I had minor issues with pro activity, response times, lighting being out, and some appliances not working but did not greatly impact my stay. I also would’ve appreciated some information related to the area such as gate closures etc, and any restrictions in the area which weren’t included in the listing. All in all, this was a great stay in a perfect location, and Ehis was great as well. I would definitely rebook if available and accepted.

Just as described….it was worth the money

This listing honestly exceeded the description and my expectations. The building was VERY secure, gated with 24/7 security, doorman, and receptionist. The elevators require specific keys to even use them. Second, the space was beautiful, spacious and very clean. We were very comfortable. Additionally, the building had the most amazing amenities. If we come back, this is the only place I’d stay. And the host was very responsive and helpful. I can’t express how great of a time we had here.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! The feel I got from this place is the same feel I got in hotel hermitage in Monaco. If you are a luxury lover then this place is for you. However if you ain’t then this place might be too luxurious for you. This place left me in shock, I just wasn’t expecting how gorgeous the place is, I’m actually in luck to have found it. Peaceful environment, very clean amenities, I can go on and on and on. Thank you so much mr smith for delivering a high standard home. It is indeed a home away from home, you proper made me proud. My motto: luxury or Nothing.

I had an amazing stay! Timothy was very helpful and welcoming. The Studio was gorgeous 😍 and equipped. It was nice to find a pharmacy, rsstaurant and fresh farm produce market! I'll recommend 100% 👌

He was kind, helpful and flexible.., sent me a pickup and kept in touch. Also offered me help all the time from offering help to shop for me, to paying charging money etc

The place was very spacious and looks just like the pictures. After a few hours of checking in Wendy called us to make sure we were settling in well, which we really appreciated. I would stay here again! Checking in was easy! Simon who helps manage the home took care of ALL our needs and makes sure the house is available for you to check in no matter the time you arrive. Simon is the man who will make your experience is perfect. He and Sule are very responsive! To enter the estate you’ll need a password which will be provided to you before you arrive. So there is security upon entering the neighborhood and there is security before entering the Airbnb. The Airbnb looks like the pictures. It’s very spacious. The bedrooms are big, the living room has a lot of space and the kitchen is big! The house was clean and has been well taken care of. There are locks on all the bedroom doors with keys. Simon helped us with everything we needed. He provided recommendations to shop for souvenirs, local art, beads, and native attire. He made sure we had clean sheets every couple of days. There are restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies near by. Uber works here!
