Victoria Park : locations de vacances avec piscine

Apart from the original mis-information on the AirBnB site about it having 2 x Queen beds (it only had one!), the place is amazing. Place is so spacious, has the pool, a great BBQ and good wifi, at least in the lounge. It’s a little weak in the two distant bedrooms but definitely not a major issue. We had a ‘technical’ issue with one of the extension leads (🤣) and Filippo was on hand to sort it out almost immediately. He clearly lives nearby! We had hired a car and with easy access to all the major freeways etc. getting around was a doddle! All in all would thoroughly recommend this very spacious and well equipped property (and Fillipo!).

I almost don’t want to leave a review because then people will know about this place. Honestly, the stay was everything we could have wanted and more. The location is huge bonus as it’s so close to everything. The outdoor area was our favourite and was a great spot for gathering each night. The pool was a massive plus. Can’t go wrong with the accomodation. Was perfect for my family that came over from the UK and Calvin was so easy to communicate with, taking my booking well in advance and helping to ease my worry of where they would stay. Would return in a heartbeat!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Paul is a personable individual who provided me with flexibility in arrival time. His property is totally individual and offers incredible views from the verandah and surrounding gardens. Couldn’t fault the experience ! I’m hoping to be able to return for longer next time. The place is as advertised.Pleased with the responsiveness of the host.Quiet positively surprise of the amenities set in the house.Although, quiet pricey it is worth it. Pool is a great value add although we dis not use is since the purpose of our visit was not for leisure would highly recommend this place. Just a recommendation to perhaps label the pool depth for awareness.Otherwise, a great place to stay.

I've stayed at a lot of Airbnbs but I think this is the first one where I've already made plans to come back and stay when I'm back in Perth! We're so stoked to have found this little gem near the river - we didn't need to use the car to get breakfast or go explore since everything was so close. We had every amenity needed for our stay for the two of us. We were stoked to have a pool as well, however didn't end up using it just as time got us good with relaxing in the aircon during Perth's heat. Highly recommend everything about this place!

My family and I loved Karen's house. It was in a great location and perfect for our family of six. The pool was also an awesome touch. Hope we can back again!! Thank you!

Séjour très agréable dans ce bel appartement très propre et lumineux, proche de King's Park où nous sommes allées pique-niquer avec les produits gentiment offerts (vin, chips, chocolat). Lyda et Julan ont été très réactifs.

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. Perfect apartment for our break. The apartment has everything you need and the pool outside patio is fab for the kids! Would highly recommend this accommodation. We dealt with Brie on our check in/out and during our stay and she was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great stay.
