Tess’s place was AMAZING!! It was 5 stars all around. It was tricky to find at night but with her helpful directions we got there no problem. It was very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, with plenty of towels. We had to cut our trip short due to my daughter getting sick and they were very accommodating about that as well. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to stay there and would rebook myself.

Very beautiful location and full of amenities. My family of 6 loved spending time on the balcony using the fire pit for warmth and grill for food. Location is conveniently close to the village, trails, and other shops. Would recommend for a family or friend trip.

Communication with Hugo was the seller for me. Hugo communicated quickly and was also flexible with our check-in and stay. Definitely recommend

Place was definitely a gem in San Bernardino. Very nice very clean. Great hosts would definitely return again at first I thought it wasn’t going to be private, but that fence did the trick me and my wife absolutely enjoyed our stay. God bless you guys.

Such a good house for being close and walking distance to the slops at Snow Summit. Backyard, kids could play in yard. Plenty of parking for both homes in the property. Duplex house. We always like to stay as close as possible to Snow Summit, to walk in snowboarding boots or ski boots, this is close. That exactly what we wanted to be close, short quick walk.

We loved Patrick's place. We will definitely stay with Patrick again the next time we come to Lake Arrowhead. My wife kept raving how immaculate and pristine this place is

Easy to find and check in. Crystal was very responsive and was helpful with local food recommendations. Room was clean and comforting.

We loved our weekend here! Just what we wanted, a place to rest and enjoy nature! Such a lovely cabin with a full kitchen and beautiful decor! Justin and Desiree are great hosts, easy to communicate with them! They also have a book with instructions and suggestions of good restaurants or places to visit! We worked on a bear puzzle that kept us busy for a couple of hours lol, great book selections! I feel in love with the book Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus! Overall this place is amazing!

This AirBnb was a lovely stay. When I booked it, I did not realize how much space there was so that was a very pleasant surprise. My niece immediately loved having all of the space in the back to look for pine cones and we enjoyed playing games and chatting on the deck. The kitchen had every amenity that I could think of. Everything felt very thought out like how coffee mugs were placed by the machine and beer glasses were stored in the freezer. My niece kept commenting on how the place seemed really nice and she couldn’t believe the owner didn’t live there all the time because of how nice it was. The host was very responsive, proactive, and thoughtful. He even offered a late checkout. The place was located 8 minutes from Snow Valley and about 30 minutes from Bear Mountain and Snow Summit, which made it convenient for our trip. I would definitely choose to stay here in the future.

We had the opportunity of staying at this home over the weekend and when I tell you it felt like home LITERALLY Felt like home. This home made the right Fit for us all so We surely enjoyed of it plus got to be out and about on the snow! If you’re seeking a family home plus some nature around? This is the right home to book!

Enjoyed staying here! Easy check in, very cute and well decorated house with well stocked kitchen. One caveat is that we came with a baby in the wintertime and the lack of central heat made it difficult to keep the house warm enough throughout the night for the baby (dropped to 56 degrees). We still really enjoyed our stay here and would return without baby! One of the best air bnbs I have stayed in :)

Came to California for a festival close by and wanted a stay that was close and yet far away from the after hours noises. The cabin had everything to keep us entertained. We loved that the stores were close by and only a 30 minute ride to the festival grounds. Loved that there were plenty of spices, pots, bowls, coffee, creamer, etc., being that most AirBnB’s skimp on making the space feel like a home. It was fantastic and appreciated.
