Wow this is the place to book in Guimarães! We are a family with two children ages 10 and 1 year and stayed for 2 nights. The apartment is exactly as described and very comfortable. The view of the city is unparalleled. Jorge’s hospitality is the best I have ever experienced. I could go on and on but just trust me and the other reviewers, book this apartment if it’s available!! You are in for a treat.

We had a great stay at Luis's place! The location is close to many of the places you probably want to visit in Braga. There are 4 excellent restaurants on the same block (just a 2-3 minute walk), and dozens more within a 10 minute walk. The interior of the apartment was spotless, and Luis was quick to respond to any questions. Overall we thought it was a great place, and we will definitely return if we come back to Braga. There are a few small things you should be aware of before booking. There can be noise issues when people walk up the stairs to the higher floors, when the people in the apartment above walk around, or on weekends people can be loud just outside the apartment. I'm sensitive to sound, and ear plugs took care of the problem. Parking can take time to find, but he does have a private spot if you need it (we always found a spot after a few minutes). And the stairs could be steep for someone with limited mobility. Even with the noise and parking, it's still great!

I am in Braga because I bought an apartment here, but I spent the first nights at this beautiful, spacious AirBnb apartment. Given the renovations ahead of me at my house, I was tempted to just live at the AirBnb forever! The bed is super comfortable with excellent bed linens. -- Enjoy your stay.

Correspondeu integralmente às minhas expectativas e o espaço é exatamente como consta das fotos. A casa tem as comodidades e eletrodomésticos necessários e essenciais. A zona é calma e tranquila e fica perto do centro da cidade. A estadia foi muito agradável.

O apartamento é como descrito, limpo, claro, arrumado, de fácil localização, bem aquecido, próximo do centro histórico de Braga. Perto de mercados e restaurantes. Ao lado da estação de trem. Soraia sempre responde rápido.

Wir waren vier Erwachsene und ein Kind mit 1 1/2 Jahren. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß, aber völlig ausreichend, wenn man hauptsächlich darin schläft. Es gibt zwei separate Schlafzimmer, eines davon hat direkt ein Bad angrenzend. Das andere Bad ist in einem separaten Raum. Die Küche, das Esszimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind ein Raum, zudem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl, allerdings ist dieser erst nach ein paar Treppen erreichbar - somit dann nicht zu 100% barrierefrei. Die Lage ist super zentral und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Busse fahren in unmittelbarer Nähe ab und es gibt auch sehr viele Möglichkeiten einzukaufen oder essen zu gehen. Der Check-In ist super einfach und die Kommunikation war top. Sehr freundlich und sehr schnelle Antworten. Auch als einmal der Strom ausgefallen ist, wurde sich umgehend darum gekümmert und das Problem gelöst. Top!

Adoramos a casa!

Fantástica localização numa zona muito calma, ideal para relaxar. A casa é nova e a zona exterior com a piscina é excelente, com uma vista impressionante de qualquer espaço interior ou exterior da habitação (a paisagem por si só seria o suficiente para se visitar). Os anfitriões são muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Recomendo claramente e está no topo da nossa lista a repetir.

We had a great time in Daniels house. Very nice welcome, great house, big pool. The house is located in a very quiet, green area. You only hear a Waterfall & birds. Lots of things to do, waterfalls, all kind of activities in the lake (only 10 minutes drive). Highly recommended!

We enjoyed everything about our stay in Bernardino’s place. We were initially pleasantly surprised by the size of the property, as we were expecting a fewer number of bedrooms. There are also multiple balconies and a terrace to enjoy the sun whichever time of day it is. The house is well equipped with everything needed to cook and enjoy nice evenings in. The host even went the extra mile to provide Christmas decorations and recommend a local restaurant. The spaciousness of the pool area was also a huge bonus, despite it being a 30 second walk or so from the property itself. Everything there felt like it was made with care and with the aim providing all types of guest with a relaxing and fun stay. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and had beautiful surroundings to be enjoyed from the balconies. Overall I’d recommend this property to any group looking to enjoy Gerês!

There was a problem with the lock box ahead of our arrival and Jessica had a plan B in place that worked well. Very nice space and a great view. Very quiet (we had just come from a place with a church 25 meters away!) Close to lots of eating places but off the main road. Great value snd we will be back!

Espadinha em família num lugar calmo e com anfitriões sempre prestáveis! Correspondeu às nossas expectativas e o local é fantástico com as gentes em redor sempre solícitos, paisagem incrível e tudo como vimos nas fotografias por Airbnb. Beautiful and spacious house with a spectacular view to the lake and the bridges. It has a modern interior and is well equipped. There are many sitting areas around the house so you can relax in or out the sun or wind. The pool is nice for cooling but to small for serious swimming. The area is ideal for nature lovers who want to walk in or view the hills in Geres.

A house is just gorgeous. The view is fantastic, there is a lot of space, it's very quiet, very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped (and there are 2 of them). Great that every bedroom has it's own bathroom, very comfortable for stay for 2-3 families. We had a great time here and would like to return:) Communication with assistant Sonia also was great, very prompt, instructions are clear as well. Thank you very much!

Je recommande vivement Maria en tant que hôte. Sa fille m'a très bien accueillie, tout expliquée et fait visiter dans l'appartement les pieces communes ou privées pour ma part car j'avais ma chambre et ma SdB/wc . L'appartement est au 6ème étages mais c'est tres calme.

Ótima localização, fica próximo ao centro histórico, ao Guimarães Shopping, rodoviária, restaurantes, supermercados e a todo tipo de comércio. A estrutura do apartamento é muito boa e com a limpeza impecável. O quarto é grande e o ambiente é tranquilo. A família me recebeu muito bem e só tenho a agradecer pela estadia. Obrigado!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city in front of a park. Well decorated and very comfortable sheets and bed. Great value better than Hotels. Highly recommended.
