Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer ruhig gelegenenen und gemütlichen Unterkunft. Der Garten ist ein absolutes Highlight, traumhaft verwachsen und mit vielen Details dekoriert. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war angenehm und unkompliziert, sich sehr bemüht alles so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Norbert.Die Betten waren sehr bequem und qir haben Eichhörnchen im Garten gesehen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist in echt noch besser als auf den Fotos . Viele tolle Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer, großer Wohnraum, toller Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit. Wir haben den 18. Geburtstag meines Sohnes gefeiert und er war super Happy. Und der Gastgeber Michi ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und Antwortet super schnell. Vor dem Check in haben wir eine ausführliche Nachricht bekommen in der alle Wichtigen Punkte zur Unterkunft, Umgebung, Verkehrsmittel, Restaurants, Parkmöglichkeiten und Notfallnummern 😊 bekommen. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit danke dafür. Wird auf jeden Fall weiterempfohlen od. selbst wieder besucht.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. War alles Super Sauber. Martin war telefonisch gut erreichbar,sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We hebben een geweldige kerstvakantie gehad. Fijne communicatie. We waren veel vroeger aangekomen. Dat was geen probleem. Alles wat je maar kon bedenken was aanwezig. Fijn ontvangst. Host was altijd beschikbaar voor advies. En uitchecken was ook heel flexibel. In overleg konden wij zelf bepalen hoelaat we wouden gaan. Kortom echt een aanrader.

Mogę spokojnie polecić pobyt w domu u Birgit i Heinz. Bardzo mili ludzie, oferujący dom w spokojnej okolicy, świetnie wyposażony i przytulny, w atrakcyjnej cenie. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem a zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Jest prywatny parking a stacja metra jest jakieś 8 minut spacerem. W domu, wbrew opisowi, jest ciepła woda :D zdecydowanie mógłbym tam wrócić przy następnej wizycie w Wiedniu!

Alena’s place is a delightful stay with so much to offer! While the building itself is older, the apartment is well-maintained and packed with thoughtful amenities that make it incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is especially impressive—fully stocked with all the cookware, utensils, and essentials you could need, making it easy to prepare meals if you choose to stay in. The location is fantastic, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants to suit any craving. Highly recommend staying here if you value great amenities and a prime location!

Bei 7Tg Aufenthalt nice Place to stay: Eine charmante Altbauwohnung im 2.Stock mit Aufzug. Super Anbindung an die Öffis! Billardtisch ist natürlich echt cool, wir waren aber tgl soviel auf den Beinen, dass er nur 1x genutzt wurde abds. Luftbett war leider platt-deshalb alternativ im WZ ein Polsterlager gemacht, ging soweit gut als 2. Schlafraum.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in Martins Wohnung. Diese ist ruhig gelegen, gut ausgestattet und der Check-in war problemlos. Martin ist als Gastgeber sehr bemüht und die Kommunikation war absolut unkompliziert. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Barbara is among the best hosts I ever had the pleasure to deal with in Airbnb. Unfortunately we couldn't meet in person, but she has always made herself available via chat and we had prompt assistance from her son Laurin personally. About the location, it is located a bit away from the noise of the city, which was great for resting. Going to the city centre was really easy with the metro nearby. The living room and kitchen are very spacious and well equiped.

Lovely rental. Great location. Home was well stocked and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Hosts were communicative and provided clear instructions. Highly recommend.

It was a good Airbnb for one night, the theme in it was pretty cool. The owners did accuse us of making damage to a speaker but then took back the statement, so overall was a mediocre apartment. Also the WiFi connection is terrible inside.

Great place! Perfect location with everything nearby but really safe and peaceful at night. Much bigger place than we expected and great instructions, will definitely be back! Thank you!

Es hat alle von Anfang bis Ende gepasst. Kommunikation war der hammer noch nie so eine gute Basis auf airbnb erlebt. Auch das Haus war so luxuriös und schön. Vielen Dank für das tolle Urlaubserlebnis

Wir sind mit 6 Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und einem Hund angereist. Das Haus hat mit seinen 3 Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern ausreichend Platz und Komfort für uns geboten. Unsere beiden Fahrzeuge hatten einen Stellplatz am Haus. Die Terrassen und der Garten bieten angenehme Rückzugsplätze und der Pool war für uns ein Highlight. Im verglasten Vorbau zum Eingang hatten Fahrräder, Kinderwagen und sonstiges Zubehör ausreichend Platz. Es gab genügend Handtücher und Badetücher. Christian ist ein unkomplizierter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und reagiert sehr schnell auf alle Anfragen.

Property is as described and had all the basics for our 5 day stay. The drive to/from the airport and Vienna city centre was easy to navigate. We had take out pizza one night and cooked at the house the others whilst enjoying Verena’s family wine. We came prepared with mosquito spray as lots came out at dusk!

Trotz sehr später Ankunft wurde ich herzlich empfangen. Ein sehr bequemes Bett und schönes Zimmer, komplett verdunkelbar, wer es benötigt. Wunderschöner Garten zum entspannen und sehr guter Kaffee ;) Michaela und Norbert waren sehr nett und immer für einen Plausch zu haben. Camillo ist noch sehr jung und entsprechend verspielt aber ein sehr freundlicher Hund, der wirklich nur spielen will. Bahnverbindung ist fussläufig ca 500m zu "Wiener Neudorf", allerdings ausserhalb der "Kernzone" D.h. aber nur, dass ein zusätzliches Ticket notwendig ist. Die Öffis fahren sehr eng getaktet, also ist die Verbindung perfekt. Geschäfte sind auch fussläufig erreichbar. Nach einem aufregenden Tag in Wien war für mich die Unterkunft eine tolle Erholung mit Ruhe, fernab vom Trubel der Stadt. Preis-Leistung war super, ich komme gerne wieder!

The house and surrounding are beautiful. The pool was perfect during a hot day to cool down. Vienna is close by car for a visit. And of course the local wines are very nice

This was my first time to use Airbnb and everything turned out perfectly. Three of us from Peoria, Illinois (US) booked Villa Marie in Pukersdorf for one week, April 7-14, 2018. I hiked up into Vienna Woods on Sunday 8 April and experienced the countryside coming alive due to the warn sunny weather. Most of the trees in the woods adjacent to Villa Marie had mostly leafed out by the end of our trip. The Villa is immaculate and provides excellent views of the woods from two outdoor decks. Situated on a street [N° 10 Karlgasse] that dead ends approximately 50 meters from the woods, it is super quite, especially inside with the windows closed. As first time visitors of Austria from the US, we were very pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the Austrian people were. Walter Dickmann, the owner of Villa Marie, helped us prepare for our arrival by sending detailed driving instructions from the Vienna airport to Pukersdorf prior to our arrival in Austria. Moreover, Walter spent a hour or more on Sunday 8 April offering advice on what museums, etc. to visit in Vienna and where to find good vegan restaurants. He was also very helpful in arranging for taxies to Vienna so that we could maximize our limited time to sightsee in Vienna. In short, Walter is a wonderful host and truly loves interacting with guests to help insure their stay at Villa Marie is memorable. In this regard, he couldn't have done a better job. Danke sehr!!
