Genialna lokalizacja, przestronne, ciepłe i ciche mieszkanie, oczywiście czyściutkie. Łatwy dojazd, różnymi środkami komunikacji miejskiej, blisko do największych atrakcji Wiednia, w zakresie spaceru. Szybka, kompetentna i miła komunikacja z gospodarzem.

Sehr, sehr freundlich! Schöne Unterkunft, alles war wie beschrieben. Tolle Umgebung, total zu empfehlen!

Comfortable and very conveniently located, this pensione is a good choice if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Vienna for a few days. Close to the shops in Mariahilf and a U-bahn station, the team made my stay very pleasant.

Nicolai konnte in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes nicht da sein, er hat uns jedoch seine Oma Elisabeth als Ansprechpartnerin ans Herz gelegt und wir konnten mit ihr sofort und unkompliziert alles besprechen und klären. Sie war die ganze Zeit für uns da, hat alle Fragen und alle unsere Anliegen sofort beantwortet. Mehr noch, sie hat meine Frau und meine Tochter wie eine Familie behandelt und für haben uns bei ihr wie zu Hause gefühlt. Beinahe jeden Tag haben wir zusammen im Garten gefrühstückt und im Pool gebadet. Es war eine sehr vertrauensvolle Atmosphäre entstanden, sie hat und tolle Tips für die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Wachau und im Wein- und Waldviertel gesagt und wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit sehr gut in ihrer Nähe - sie war eine tolle Gastgeberin für meine Familie und mich. Gerne werden wir in Herzogenburg als Gäste kommen und ich kann nur noch in Superlativen sprechen - ein dickes Lob an Nicolai und seine Oma 👍👍👍

This place is unlike any other hostels. Furniture, beddings and the room itself is great. It maintains the image of the hotel's ambiance. Although, they could vacuum a lil bit under the beds and refill the liquid bath gel containers. Nonetheless, it is in a great location and nearby the sightseeing spots. I"ll definitely recommend and be back for another stay.

Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen! War nur eine Nacht dort, Rückwirkend würde ich sogar 2 Nächte bleiben. Wenn man einen Bikini mitnimmt kann man auch den Pool auf dem Dach nutzen. Hätte ich gerne noch ausprobiert! Insgesamt super liebes Team und Mega saubere Unterkunft. Ich hatte den gesamten Bettensaal für mich alleine, ich weiß nicht wie es wäre wenn dieser komplett voll ist… dann kann es bestimmt bisschen lauter und unruhiger in der Nacht werden. Ich werde wieder kommen! Man kann den Luxus von einem Luxushotel in einer günstigeren Variante genießen!

Le lit est extrêmement confortable, la salle de bain et les espaces communs sont propres. La réception ne fait aucune distinction avec les autres clients, ce qui est fort agréable. Le rooftop avec la piscine donne accès à une belle vue sur l'ensemble de la ville. L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans le centre de Vienne et permet donc de se balader à pieds, et de prendre le tram si on le souhaite.

Beautiful place to stay, with access to all the amenities of the hotel which I loved. Only word of caution, the host was completely non responsive to any and all messages I’d sent on Airbnb unfortunately. The hotel and this dorm unit are separately managed, so with a lack of communication from the Airbnb host, I had a very difficult time early on when requesting to adjust my dates of stay months out (I had to fully cancel and rebook in the end after waiting for 2 weeks or so) and when I wanted to extend my stay during the trip (in this case she did not accept my reservation request until after check out, so I was left a bit stranded for 3 or 4 hours with my bags, waiting to get an approval - there was no one else in the room, and 8 free beds). Again, great location, great place to stay, but if anything comes up, don’t rely on a response. I’m hopeful this feedback maybe helps them make changes for the future though!

Maria przyjęła nas z uśmiechem i gościnnością, mimo, że przyjechaliśmy w ostatnią minutę przed końcem zameldowania. Niestety nie mieliśmy czasu aby skorzystać z wszystkich udogodnień, ale tych kilkanaście minut spędzonych w ogrodzie Marii dodało nam energii na cały poranek.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich supersauber. Für die Gegend ist der Preis ein bisschen hoch, aber immer noch angemessen. Und perfekt für das, was wir brauchen.

Great location, beautiful room

Die Unterkunft ist toll. Der Eingangsbereich ist ein Hingucker. Es sah aus wie auf den Fotos und war sauber. Wir werden die Unterkunft wieder buchen!

Overall pretty happy about the stay. Great location. Dogs friendly. Has a crib for a baby. The only miscommunication is about parking. The owner said that for the street parking i need to pay fee. The fee is enforced from 9 am till 7 pm. So it means that after 7 pm parking is free. Apparently, not. I got a fine at 9:30 pm (~35 euro). I asked owner about it in advance but owner just copied and pasted the same generic reply about parking that was sent to me a day before .

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern.. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für den Urlaub braucht. Sauber und ordentlich. Einfacher Einstieg.
