Vienne : locations de vacances avec terrasse

This is one of the best airbnbs that I have ever stayed at. Check-in was easy, the location is extremely convenient to explore any area of Vienna, and last but certainly not least, the apartment itself is an extremely good value! It's quite large, with two floors, two well-lit bedrooms on the bottom floor (one of which even has a balcony), a very well-lit kitchen/living room area upstairs, and an amazing two-story balcony. The only qualm may be that the kitchenette is a little small to do any real cooking, but that was not something my friend and I wanted to do anyway during our brief stay in Vienna. The bathroom downstairs is also very large, and everything was squeaky-clean. If this apartment is within your budget, I cannot recommend this place enough! Although there were two of us traveling, the place is large enough to comfortably host two couples.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen, ruhigen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement ist gut an die Öffis und Supermärkte angebunden, wodurch man schnell ins Stadtinnere gelangt. Es war alles, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Definitiv eine Empfehlung für Wienaufenthalte.

Anfangs hatten wir Schwierigkeiten mit der Balkontür im Schlafzimmer, jedoch hat Klaus schnell reagiert und uns jemanden geschickt der das Problem sofort beheben konnte. Zudem war er schnell erreichbar als jemand auf unseren Parkplatz geparkt hatte, keine 10 Minuten später konnten wir entspannt auf unseren zugeteilt Parkplatz parken. Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus wie beschrieben und ist von sehr viel Natur umgeben, was die Lage sehr ruhig macht. Man muss im 9. stock jedoch damit rechnen, dass es schon mal sehr windig auf dem Balkon werden kann, aber man hat morgens Sonne und so steht man gerne auf!

Stefan’s place was wonderful, we felt right at home. Easily got around with public transport. The space is even more beautiful than the photos and communication with Stefan was very easy. Looking forward to being back!

Lucia’s apartment is incredibly convenient, located right on the Vienna underground, making it quick and easy to reach all the major attractions. The apartment itself is fantastic, offering all the comforts of home. I especially enjoyed the views over the city and the bonus rooftop terrace. The area is surrounded by excellent restaurants, and there’s a large SPAR just a minute’s walk away. Lucia was very responsive and provided great recommendations for dining. It’s a perfect place to explore Vienna. Highly recommend!

The apartment is in an excellent location with plenty of shops and restaurants near by and easy transport into the city centre. It's a big and very stylish apartment, the balcony is huge and a sun trap in the afternoon. The hosts were especially helpful with providing detailed access information and the building and apartment were ideal for me as a wheelchair user. I'd definitely stay again.

Dejlig lejlighed med alle fornødenheder. Tæt på offentlig transport. Værten var nem at komme i kontakt med.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. War alles Super Sauber. Martin war telefonisch gut erreichbar,sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at Silvia and Kurt’s house. They are kind and attentive hosts who made us feel welcome. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the Vienna Forest. It’s also very convenient for trips to Vienna, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Kuca je raj, pre lijepa ugodna topla osjecao sam se kao da sam kod kuce lijepo i toplo Da se mene pita ostao bih cijelu godinu tamo i zivio koliko je lijepa Pohvale za domacina dobar pristijan i susretljiv. Nadam se da cemo se na godinu vratiti i uživat u ljepoti kuce i boravka u njoj

Pretty often we promise to stay at the same place if we visit the same city again but actually it hardly happens. It did happen this time! Schara's place was do welcoming that we chose it again when our daughter decided to visit Vienna with her friend. It's more than a place to stay. It feels home...

Nous avons passée un très bon séjour dans ce logement parfaitement propre et accueillant, maison chaleureuse et un grand coup de cœur pour la température de la maison parfaite pour l’hiver !

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti. L’appartamento ha di gran lunga superato le aspettative, locali molto belli e forniti di tutto il necessario. Il posto auto era sempre disponibile. In tutti i locali la pulizia era impeccabile. Inoltre, Angela è stata molto disponibile e cordiale! Lo consiglio vivamente!!

Perfekt voll ausgestattetes Apartment, sehr ruhig. In gut 10 min zu Fuß von der Station Kagran entfernt in einem Wohnviertel gelegen. Großes Bett, kleines Büro im Zugang mit Schreibtisch. Unkomplizierter Aufenthalt mit sehr guter Privatsphäre. Nadine ist ein Airbnb-Profi! Bei Gelegenheit buche ich die Unterkunft gerne wieder.

Patrick's place is amazing - gorgeous and spacious! Patrick is also a great communicator. Only caveat is that it's a bit far from the city center; though public transportation is convenient, easy, and cheap, there is not a lot to recommend the actual neighborhood as a tourist. But we learned the U-system very easily.

Appartement très fonctionnel et très confortable. Il est à proximité d une station de métro. Claudia est une hôte très amicale et très réactive.

Very spacious place! The living room is very nice and comfortable. The bedrooms are very clean and warm. The rooms are all very clean and the location is great as well!

Our stay in Vienna was wonderful at Delia's and Michael's apartment, we felt right at home. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything (including a washer - dryer, and an impeccable shower (hard to find in a lot of places in Europe in my experience)). The house was very clean and we loved the thought that the hosts put into prepping the house (for example leaving complimentary toiletries, wine, sparkling water, chocolate and milk) which we appreciated a lot! The apartment is very well connected (1 min away from the tram) and we had a wonderful time making our way to the centre from there. Delia was super responsive, left clear instructions and was very helpful in whatever we needed. Overall, it was an 11/10 experience for us to stay here and definitely recommend it.

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung , die auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet ist. Lebendige Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants, Cafes und Läden. Das Zentrum und die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten sind mit Straßenbahn und Bussen gut erreichbar, z.T. auch zu Fuß.

Meine Frau und ich haben den Jahreswechsel in Wien verbracht. Obwohl die Villa Bellevue im äußersten südwestlichen Stadtbezirk liegt, ist sie mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben unser Auto nie vermisst. Wir haben die Wohnung als angenehm empfunden, viel Platz für zwei Personen aber auch für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern gut geeignet.Die nahe gelegene Hauptstraße hat uns nicht gestört. Edit und Dieter haben wir als sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber kennengelernt. Sie haben uns schon vor Reiseantritt mit Empfehlungen zu unserem Wienaufenthalt versorgt. Dieter hat sich am Ankunftstag viel Zeit genommen, um uns alles zu zeigen und unsere Fragen zur Umhebung zu beantworten. Eine Wohnung für Wien-Urlauber, die das besondere Flair suchen, abseits der touristischen Zentren der Stadt.

An excellent apartment to stay at with all the touristy things located at a close radius. The building was excellent, the instructions provided by Andie was spot and she was a pleasure to communicate with. Everything needed in an apartment to make living comfortable (especially with a toddler) was provided. The views from the apartment was amazing. Highly recommend Andie and the apartment.

Все замечательно, тихо и квартира со всеми удобствами. Расположение отличное и не далеко от метро. Очень доброжелательная хозяйка. В следующий раз обязательно у нее остановимся.
