Miguel's house was perfect for our trip, it had everything we needed. Plenty of living room and seating options are available inside and outside. The pool was perfect and we spent lots of time in there. The house is located in a gated community but it was very easy to get in and out of. There are several things nearby that you can walk to, including acai bowls & smoothies, restaurants, pharmacy, and grocery stores. There is also a train stop across the street from the gated entrance, we took the train to San Juan and then caught a bus to Old San Juan, and it was perfect for a day trip. The house is also only a 25 minute drive to some beautiful beaches. All three bedrooms, the kitchen and both bathrooms and living rooms were a very clean and comfortable. Miguel was very helpful and friendly to us, also Sonia was an amazing help during our trip, she was so kind! We were here for a business trip but we would love to stay next year as well. Thank you Miguel for sharing your house with us.

It was my first time in San Juan & I absolutely LOVE this property! It was beautiful & matched the photos! Spotless clean upon arrival. Instructions were clear & posted throughout the house. I did have an issue with the private gate but Calix was able to come out in no time! Only downfall about the property is the location. It’s about 20-30 mins away from main attractions but very much still worth the stay! I would definitely book again if I want be farther out just for relaxation but wouldn’t book if im coming just for tourist purposes.

This house was amazing, gated community which made our group feel so safe. The house was clean and beautiful. The pool was amazing. The small pool is not a jacuzzi though, but nice. Rooms were clean, nice and spacious. bathrooms clean, the kitchen is a absolute dream !!! Lots of room. I would definitely stay again

We stayed at Liamm and Petes with our 1 year old and 3 year old. The backyard is an oasis, the pool, gardens, small fountain and outdoor eating area kept us all occupied for hours. The walk to the beach and park was super convenient. The wildlife reserve a 5 minute walk down the not very busy road was a highlight. The park does host two beach "bars" that got loud on the weekend but nothing a sounds machine couldnt conquer and our kids still slept great. We had a terrific stay and would definitely stay agian!

THE VIEW- WOW!!!! Everyone’s favorite part! Place was very clean and spacious. Kitchen was open and large. Beds were comfortable. Newly renovated and modern. Outside space was nice. Only complaint was it says two bathrooms but the second bathroom is downstairs outside of the house. You have to leave the house and go down the stairs on side of the house to get to it so nobody wanted to do that. Aside from that loved the space and would stay here again.

Twelve of us stayed at Wilmel's Urban Paradise for my bachelor party and had a great time. Easy property to relax at. OSJ and La Placita were 15-20 minutes away. The airport is very close (10 min). All the amenities were accurate. The pool and covered back porch area were the MVPs. Thanks for a great weekend, Wilmel!

We enjoyed our stay at Angel's place! It was cute and cozy, with a beautiful patio and outdoor area set up with a hammock, a projector and a small table with chairs. The place was clean and had all that we needed, and the AC was nice and strong. The included parking was great to have as well. The bed was comfortable, and the noise from the street was not as loud as we anticipated. We still got good rest, despite being light sleepers. I recommend and would stay here again!

Ms. Marta is an excellent host. We (me, hubby & 2 cats), just moved here to Puerto Rico from Pennsylvania. We rented this Airbnb because we wanted to look for a place between here and San Juan. Ms. Marta found out that we were looking for a place to buy/rent in the area and offered us an extended stay to continue looking for a place. (Relieved)! The villa we rented was clean, cozy and private. The linen smelled so good. There is a washer/dryer right on the property for your use. The hospitality was amazing. You want for nothing. When we told Ms. Marta we didn't have any internet service, she immediately responded. She spoke to the owner Mr. Juan, and that same day we had internet service. (Loose cable) Chewy is the awesome grounds keeper. If anything is needed, ask him once, and it's done!! He even brought my husband and I fresh coconut water. Gigantic coconut with a hole drilled on top. Yum. Nature, horses, dogs, singing coqui's and a pool! It felt like home. A must stay!!

We only spent one night here, but the place was very clean, quiet and the rooftop sitting area was an added bonus. We also loved the unique, matching kitchen appliances.

Julia was great! unit was available for early check in, she's very responsive and kind. great clean little place!!! locals were all friendly, grocery store around the corner and close to the marina and other activities.

Our flight arrived very late (3am) and we took an Uber to the Airbnb which was very easy to find and very easy to get in! really nice clean place in a great location! We were very glad there were parking spots out front as well. the AC and Internet both worked very well.

An unexpected delight! I thought we might have to sacrifice comfort for affordability but this was not the case! Check in was a breeze, and nearby parking made unloading quick and easy. The spacious kitchen with full size appliances was spotless, and the large open living space featured a huge tv and internet. The bedrooms were large, clean and comfortable (w/ AC) and we loved that is house was nestled in a local neighborhood; tho factor in nearby neighbors enjoying loud music (which we enjoyed) and occasional barking dogs. Just a short walk leads to a beautiful waterfront harbor, with local friendly people and a small beachfront Cafe that prepare traditional meals. Our meals were both good and affordable, but we wished there were more dining options. Overall, it was a great location for exploring nearby towns and beaches and we felt secure and comfortable during our short stay. Thanks Joanne

The location was very convenient and it was nice to have two bathrooms (one quite spacious and the other smaller). AC kept the place quite cool but we were comfortable with open windows and fans--it was humid but that's Puerto Rico! The kitchen had everything we needed and we put the coffeemaker and coffee to good use. The balcony and rooftop were very nice. The place met our needs well!

Very Comfortable! Six of us mature travelers stayed in this 3 bedroom unit and all loved the comfy beds, pillows and room to spread out. This condo was very well equipped with everything we could need from a well stocked kitchen to ample beach amenities. This is my 6th Airbnb experience in PR and this unit has the best water pressure as well as hot water, updated kitchen and baths and washer and dryer!!. We loved being able to open the sliders bringing the outdoors in. My favorite place for breakfast was Simple food only a 5 min walk, great food and mimosas. Security and gated property made us all feel super safe. Frank was very accessible and helpful. We loved being able to walk the beach to the left with a really cool nature pathway that leads to the beach in town with coves to enjoy the ocean views. Walking to the right on the beach was super private as there is nothing built on that side leaving pure ocean and nature to enjoy. Highly recommend this unit.

The apartment was ideal for our family. The beds were comfortable, and it was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was fantastic, and Diane was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had an amazing time and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Liz’s apartment in Luquillo is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated and spotless everything was. She provided fresh towels and all the essentials to make our stay comfortable. One of the standout aspects of our stay was Liz’s responsiveness. When a tsunami warning was issued (thankfully, nothing came of it), we had no idea—but Liz quickly reached out to inform us and kept us updated until it was over. Her attentiveness and care truly made us feel safe and well looked after. And the view—wow! The balcony overlooks the ocean, and waking up to the sound of waves with the beach literally steps away was pure paradise. If I could stay here every time I visit Puerto Rico, I absolutely would. Highly recommend!

We are extremely happy with our stay here. It really helped that it was one level since we had elderly parents with us. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The host was very quick in responding when I had minor questions. The first floor had lots to do including a great market place that had everything you could need and more. Plenty of food options as well. You really don’t need to drive anywhere. This place has all you need for a great stay including an incredible ocean/sunrise sunset view on their very spacious and accommodating balcony. You will not be disappointed staying here, I guarantee it.

Great space, private with an easy check in. This area of the island is a Gem and only a quick 20min drive to San Juan. The host was very attentive and communication was easy and prompt. Definitely recommend 👍

Had a terrific stay. Tom gave us great instructions well in advance. The place is terrific. Well equipped and right on the beach. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach or just sitting on the balcony and enjoying a drink. Also there is a nice variety of restaurants close by. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Zenen and Wanda’s place was great for our family. We appreciated the privacy of the resort, and felt safe getting around the compound. The pools were excellent for all three of our kids, which includes a 15 month old who loved the splash pads. I loved the ease of being with the baby but also being able to see my 9 and 6 year olds swimming and using the water slide (only open Saturday and Sundays). They were pretty sad that the lazy river was closed, but I’m sure it’ll be great after its renovations. The apartment met our basic needs and was clean. It slept all 6 of us comfortably, was large enough to move around without getting in each other’s way, and having two bathrooms with showers was perfect. Leaving the resort was easy. There’s a Walmart and different grocery stores 15 minutes away…plenty of local food stands around…and it’s close enough to San Juan to make an easy day trip. All in all, this place is great for a relaxing trip to the island!

Amazing Stay Again! This was my third time staying at Carmen’s place, and it was just as wonderful as always! The home is clean, cozy, and perfectly located. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back again!
