I have nothing but good things to say about the place!! Beautiful place . Let’s start out with check in. We arrive pretty late 10pm and staff was there to greet us. Normal routine to check passport. A few plates of fresh cut fruits to welcome our stay. The villa is how it looks in pictures. It is spacious, awesome windows to enjoy the view to the ocean/island. Doesn’t feel enclosed at all when lounging from the living-room or the master bed. The infinity pool was nice to be in. Very nice scenic. There is a grill to do some bbq. Kids had a blast doing Karaoke for some entertainment. AC is very cold. I gotta say that I enjoy the staff making breakfast every morning. We would pre order the menu the night before: entree, drinks and fruits is always provided. A taste of Vietnamese food. Making the bed is always offer daily. Of all the Villas we stayed at, this is one of my favorite. Excellent customer service and headache free!!!!

The villa looks just like in the photos. Big and clean pool and spaceious house. We grilled local fish on the coal grill for two evenings and it worked great. All and all i would give a rating 12/10 but on the down side there is car repair shop next door and they start working at 7 so beware you might need earplugs if you are light sleeper. Considering everything i would still give it a 10/10. Would love to come back 🩷

My friends and I stayed here for four nights over the Christmas period, and we had a lovely time in this beautiful property. It was impeccably pristine, the hosts and house keeper would reply immediately and were so attentive, and the property itself is absolutely astounding. The location is a 15 minute drive from the Old Town and Grabs are readily available. We wished to extend for an additional night and the hosts allowed with no problem, even with very little notice. Simply cannot recommend this stay enough! Thank you so much for having us.

Danh is the most responsive host I have met. The villa itself is also perfect for a group of 6a4c, with welcome fruits and well furnished kitchen utensils. WiFi works very well too. There is a minimart and a coffee house steps away from the villa, which the guys frequent every morning. All in all, we had a good stay! 👍🏻

Ha is very friendly and proactive. He forgotten bottled water and we had exhausted our shampoo sachets and he immediately sent them over, without delay. He went to pick and send my family from airport too. Super grateful and comfortable with his hospitality!

Herşey çok güzeldi. Ev çok güzeldi. Odalar çok güzeldi. İlgi alaka çok iyiydi. Biza transfer ve tur ayarlamaları konusunda çok yardımcı oldular. Sevmediğimiz tek bir şey vardı o da ortak alanlardaki kamera. Sürekli gözetlenme hissi hoş değil. Umarım bunu düzeltirler ve sadece girişte bir güvenlik kamerası yeterli diye düşünüyorum. Ama güvenliği de çok dert ettiklerini sanmıyorum çünkü kapılar hep açık. Kilitlenmiyor. Kapı kilitlemeye gerek duymuyorsabız kameralara ne gerek var?? Bence kapıyı kilitleyin kameraları kaldırın. Ama herşeye rağmen 5 yıldız veriyorum.

Mark is a great host and the villa is as advertised. It’s in a great location away from the crowds of Hoi An but a short Grab ride away. The pool and yard are a nice place to relax on a sunny day. The beds and furniture are comfortable. Special thanks to the ladies who cooked breakfast and cleaned the place. They are very friendly. Breeze restaurant is a short walk away and makes the best food I have had in Vietnam. I highly recommend Mark’s villa.

단체여행객이 오기에 좋은 숙소입니다. 우리는 12명이 개별 방을 썼습니다. 각 방은 더블침대로 2명이 잘 수 있는 크기입니다. 일부 객실은 더블침대가 2개 있습니다. 내부 인테리어가 호텔같이 깔끔하진 않으나, 쉬기에 충분하기에 큰 불만은 없었습니다. 미케비치는 걸어서 10분 정도 되고, 한시장은 그랩으로 10분 정도 걸립니다.(그랩 잘 잡힘) 바로 옆에 큰 편의점(자정에 닫음), 근처에 마사지샵, 아침에 간단히 먹을 수 있는 쌀국수 가게도 있습니다.

Love Sach’s place , the facility is exceptionally. sách and his team are very helpful and friendly. Sách gave us great advise to explore the city. We had a great time ! Definitely will come back again . Thank Sach chi hue and chi lua.

Great stay at a beautiful property. As a group of 10 friends who were travelling from 5 different countries for a reunion, it was smooth for us to check-in at separate times. The staff was helpful, and always prompt in responding to our requests. They helped arrange everything we needed. The property was beautiful, and we utilised the swimming pool, gym, badminton court, tennis court, golf driving range and karaoke room. Grab was convenient to find cabs and order food. All in all, it was a great property with great staff and we couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Excellente communication avec Henry Dès notre arrivée, il nous a tout expliqué de A à Z et nous a suggéré beaucoup d’activités dans les alentours. La villa correspondait exactement à la description. Tout s’est très bien passé. Le seul bémol du séjour a été lors du Check out. La villa propose un service de mini bar. Seule une bière et une bouteille d’eau ont été consommées. La gouvernante nous a facturé 8 bouteilles d’eau, 4 pepsi et une bière. Nous n’avons pas voulu rentrer dans un conflit sans fin et avons fini par payer…. Ce fût dommage de terminer sur cette note. Encore Merci à Henry pour sa réactivité et son professionnalisme

The place is very nice and spacious. We went as a big family and truly love the villa and the in-home entertainment the place has offered. I hope they will place some anti-slip mats in the jacuzzi and sauna room since the floor is slippery. In general, we love our stay and will definitely come back.

Il mio soggiorno è stato molto positivo. Il complesso è fantastico, ottimo per rilassarsi e godersi una splendida villa con piscina privata immersi nel silenzio e relax. Ringrazio Tramy per essere sempre stata molto disponibile, a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della settimana. Mi porterò nel cuore un bellissimo ricordo di questo posto fantastico.

My partner and two children really enjoyed this airbnb. Dong and his team were incredibly kind and communication with them was seamless. They offered many helpful recommendations and were very accommodating to our requests. The home is beautiful as were the views of the rice fields and water buffalos. The location was very accessible to old town, only a ten min grab ride which was easy to get. Located in a community that has security and many expats who live in the complex for longer stays who also shared some helpful tips and recommendations. We would highly recommend staying here and would rebook this next time we visit beautiful Hoi An again.

The accommodation was a beautiful and a great place for me and the family to stay. Great pool and super specious rooms. The host, Yen Luu, was so kind and helpful. She really made the trip easy for us.

Absolutely magical stay at Nathan’s beach villa! We spent 2 incredible nights here and it was truly a slice of paradise. Mahk, our wonderful host, went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our trip was perfect- from organizing seamless transfer to recommending local-gems in Hoi A. The villa itself is exactly as pictured- impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. What truly set our experience apart was Mahk’s exceptional hospitality; he treated us like family, making sure the cot is fitting my kid perfectly. We were sad to leave this oasis but left with unforgettable memories. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Da Nang/ Hoi An area.

Our stay at Mr. Tho Garden Villas was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, Chi and her family welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we truly felt like part of their family. This was especially meaningful as we were visiting during Tet, and Chi generously shared her knowledge of Vietnamese traditions and culture with us, making the experience even more special. The villa itself is perfectly situated - far enough from the bustling old town to offer a sense of tranquility and relaxation yet still incredibly easy to reach by free bikes (or a quick taxi ride). It’s also just a short distance from the local market and surrounded by beautiful rice fields. For those working remotely, this place is fantastic. The WiFi was consistently reliable. The villa also offers plenty of comfortable working areas, a good coffee maker, and filtered drinking water. If we ever return to Hoi An, there’s no doubt we’d love to stay here again.
