Had the loveliest stay at Larissa’s place on her gorgeous land. The place was perfect, had everything we needed and was presented amazingly, the garden was beautiful and we made good use of the hot tub. The animals were the cherry on top for us, the little lambs came to see us and we loved Prince Onion the cat whi came and introduced himself ☺️Perfect location as well for our shopping day at Ashford Designer Outlet. Thank you Larissa!☺️x

We chose Aimee's place to stay as it looked a great place to chill out. The area is peaceful, you are in a beautiful garden, hot tub, plenty of space and privacy to relax. Aimee is really easy to speak to and very helpful with any questions you have and also has information in the table for you if you fancy different days out. You have everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook including a BBQ in the garden. The bed is really comfy, I loved the double doors we could open in the morning. We had a brilliant time and will be back hopefully next year.

A Peaceful and Memorable Stay at Oak Lodge We had a wonderful stay at Oak Lodge with our two children, making it the perfect getaway to reconnect and unwind. Angela, the host, was incredibly accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed. The hot tub was a highlight, providing a relaxing way to wind down after our adventures. The location was ideal for escaping the busy life, with a local park and shop nearby. We enjoyed trips to Canterbury and Whitstable, making it a memorable Mother’s Day weekend and our 10-year wedding anniversary celebration. Though the mobile signal was weak, we actually appreciated it, as it allowed us to disconnect and enjoy family games. Overall, Oak Lodge was a peaceful and refreshing escape, and we left with beautiful memories. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a family-friendly retreat!

A tranquil and peaceful little spot perfect for a couples getaway. We did some hiking up towards the coastline and took a trip to the lovely Canterbury City which is a short drive away. Overall a great weekend away and highly recommended.

We had the most peaceful and relaxing Christmas at this property. The grounds are beautiful to explore and the hot tub made it that little bit extra special. Great hosts, with clear instructions and local recommendations too. We will be back!

This cottage was great , very spacious and has everything you need the hot tub is huge and very nice , clear instructions on everything all in a handy folder the hosts are amazing and answer very quickly, for a small charge you can get a breakfast in the main house that is really good value for money we had it both days thanks for a great stay we will definitely be back

Very nice place to stay for people who like nature, quite, away from noise big garden nice hot tub nice big table outside Nice house had everything you needed Alistair the owner was always available on phone friendly communication The only thing I would say Not sure how Airb works 1st time I used them but taxes and cleaning charges on top where bit to much but yes apart from that i highly recommend and go back to this place Thank you

Lovely property right in the heart of Whitstable really convenient for the beach, harbour, shops & restaurants. Very well equipped with lovely outdoor space. Fantastic choice for a weekend break. Thank you Maya

Nice little house. Pleasant decor. Excellent modern kitchen. 4 minutes walk to Whitstable high street and the seafront, with lots of Cafes, Bars and restaurants. It is probably more suited to adults than kids.

What a wonderful cottage to stay in! We loved it there. A beautiful house, very comfortable beds, very clean. Croissants provided for breakfast. Lovely setting with a large and secure car park space that fitted our van. Stairs to the first floor were easy to manage for 82 year old granny (wide and not too steep, good handrail, also quite short). There is one high step up into the bedroom with the two beds which was fine for us. Diane was very communicative and responded quickly. We would highly recommend Diane’s cottage, and we’ll be back on our return journey.

Our second stay, and we had a fantastic time. Lovely cottage with lots of space, perfect location, and great communication with Janet throughout. We will be booking again for sure!

Fantastic value, beautiful charming location, some thoughtful little touches, good linens and bed comfort, clean, simple layout to the house, supportive host, a nice functional stay.

The accommodation is an interesting historical building beautifully converted into living area. The cottage contained all we could have asked for and provided a clean comfortable base. Parking was a lot better than expected and we readily found suitable street parking within a short distance.

Everything was great and as described with a perfect location close to the sea front. Stephen was friendly and made us feel welcome upon arrival so it was easy to settle in and relax. A well deserved five stars!

We had a great stay at Alison's lovely home. Was lovely to meet Alison on arrival & she explained everything to us and made sure we were all set. The house has everything you need for a stay & it was very cosy & comfortable. Amazing location & we enjoyed exploring Whistable. Would highly recommend Alison's cottage.

We really enjoyed our week in Cordyline. Very well located between the beach and high street. With two young children in our group we ate in every night and the kitchen was well equipped to enable this. The ground floor communal area was spacious and linked well with the small suntrap garden, which we also made good use of. Communication was good before and during our stay with small issue responded to and resolved quickly.

As an Interior Designer, I often struggle to find truly tasteful places to stay, but Charlotte's cottage was an absolute gem! Every detail in her impeccably decorated space is thoughtfully curated, creating an atmosphere that feels both stylish and cosy. It was the cosiest place to stay — we loved relaxing by the fire, listening to her (really nice) vinyl collection, sipping tea, and getting lost in our books. It was exactly what we needed to recharge before the New Year! It's also really well located, nice pubs and walks around. Highly recommended!

Great location, lovely characterful, relaxing and spacious house with incredible sea views AND parking. It was just what we were looking for. Comfortable bed, the house was very clean throughout. The host was very helpful amd friendly, and communications were great.

We stayed in Petham as a base to explore the surrounding areas of Kent and had a lovely time. The cottage is in an extremely quiet and rural setting which was perfect for us and our dog. Would highly recommend.

We’ve enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at Dawn’s place in Sandwich. It’s a beautiful cottage and we felt right at home straight away. Very cosy and with a lovely garden and the perfect location to get around Sandwich easily. We also visited Deal which was an easy journey by public transport. We’ve already decided we will be back - thank you Dawn for making us feel so welcome! 🤗

Joe and Tamsyn were very welcoming. The cottage was lovely and offered everything we needed. Highly recommend for a little sea break!

We had a great weekend stay at Ian’s lovely house. The accommodation was perfect for the 7 of us, plenty of space and comfortable. It’s a perfect location for exploring deal, close to the seafront and the nice pubs and restaurants. We appreciated all the welcoming touches. Would highly recommended.

Great location, really nice mostly-enclosed garden and a fully enclosed orchard which is great for dogs! Nearby is whitstable, as well as Canterbury, and Dover is just about 30 mins driving away. The cottage was cozy but fairly spacious and we really enjoyed our stay!
