I can’t recommend Lisa’s place enough. We had a different air bnb booked which cancelled on us 2 days before our trip. We were so pleased to find Lisa’s lovely home and we are pleased our original one cancelled! The house is really large and spacious, lots of room for our group of 10. Rooms were comfortable and all facilities were more than adequate for our group. Lots of seating inside and out, lovely hot tub and a lovely sunny garden. The house is on a quiet estate with ample parking. Lisa communicated really well and check in was easy. Would highly recommend

We had an absolutely lovely time at Kate's place! The children loved the outdoor space and the location being so close to the beach was perfect for them to run off steam! The house was lovely and so well equipped for everything that we needed. We had a great week away and will certainly look at coming back again at some point! Simon and family

A Peaceful and Memorable Stay at Oak Lodge We had a wonderful stay at Oak Lodge with our two children, making it the perfect getaway to reconnect and unwind. Angela, the host, was incredibly accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed. The hot tub was a highlight, providing a relaxing way to wind down after our adventures. The location was ideal for escaping the busy life, with a local park and shop nearby. We enjoyed trips to Canterbury and Whitstable, making it a memorable Mother’s Day weekend and our 10-year wedding anniversary celebration. Though the mobile signal was weak, we actually appreciated it, as it allowed us to disconnect and enjoy family games. Overall, Oak Lodge was a peaceful and refreshing escape, and we left with beautiful memories. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a family-friendly retreat!

Lovely location, situated far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the towns but not too far to be completely cut off. Views from the top lounge were spectacular. Host was very friendly and informative about the area.

Outstanding! Jo's place is a real home away from home - spacious, well equipped - notably the kitchen - and within easy walking distance to Hythe town centre (and Waitrose). We stayed over Christmas so made full use of the kitchen to host a big group (we have family in the area). A fabulous time was had by all, and the hot tub proved to be a winner!

we stayed in hut #2 on Aidan and Wendy's property. The introduction was great, we dealt with Aiden. A straight shooting gentleman, he explained the rules and general procedure to me and my partner before leaving us to ourselves. The property is well kept and tidy, there are security cameras all over the place (they are not aimed at the hut), for that peace of mind. we had a suprise visit from Aiden and Wendy's pup which was a pleasant suprise as our dog made a new friend. The huts are small so with two of us and a large dog it was pretty full but if you've read the description and pictures you'll know what your getting into. we really liked that cosy feel. Especially with the wood burning fire on. The back roads can be daunting to navigate if you are not familiar with country lanes but take it slow and you will be fine. It's worth the trip to Aiden and Wendy's sanctuary.

As per listing, great for a big group, really comfortable seating , living/ dining room has plenty of space, hosts live in main part of house but big enough that there is privacy, host popped round to offer to show us how hot tub worked, very relaxed, hot tub is amazing. we were a group of 9 friends, had a wonderful weekend. every bedroom is incredible so everyone feels special. Great weekend. thank you.

The house was spacious, stylish and practical with everything you need. The location is central, near to the beach and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a brilliant stay at Nicola’s house. It is beautifully done and very clean. Easy to find and get in with the lockbox. Amazing location for Whitstable high street and the beach. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Whitstable but a gorgeous walk in along the beach / coast walk - flat and easy for all. Really enjoyed staying in this area - lovely houses and beach feels very private. Plus the house is 3 houses down from the sea and upstairs bedrooms have great seaview. Very sociable space - 4 couples stayed and we had so much room to cook, eat & sit and the garden is a bonus.

Lovely property right in the heart of Whitstable really convenient for the beach, harbour, shops & restaurants. Very well equipped with lovely outdoor space. Fantastic choice for a weekend break. Thank you Maya

Nice little house. Pleasant decor. Excellent modern kitchen. 4 minutes walk to Whitstable high street and the seafront, with lots of Cafes, Bars and restaurants. It is probably more suited to adults than kids.

I stayed at this property with 4 friends and it was perfect for what we needed- gorgeous property which looked exactly like the pictures and it was fully equipped for anything we needed and more. The property is a 5 min walk from the main town and also has a multi-storey car park a few mins walk away. There is plenty to see and do in Margate so we were torn between being out and staying in playing games at the big table with a fire on. I have already recommended this to others and hope I get to stay there again in the future.

We had a wonderful two night stay. Katy and Bryan were lovely hosts, and we very much enjoyed the freshly-baked bread and home-made jam. The location was beautiful and peaceful, and the cabin was charming and comfortable. We will be returning!

We loved our stay at Moira’s house. The kitchen is really well stocked and equipped, the conservatory was a lovely warm, sunny spot for an afternoon nap and you’re perfect try placed to enjoy Deal. We were lucky with the cleaning times around our check in and check out and appreciated Moria’s flexibility with both. Some lovely welcome treats too!

Nice stay! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, thoughtfully laid out, well equipped, and so close to great walks and heritage sites. The kids loved the indoor pool. The chalet is probably meant to be enjoyed best in warmer weather but Neil provided enough space heaters to keep warm. The electricity is run on coin meter- took about 6-7£ for 2 days in February, could probably get away with half of that in warmer months.

Had the loveliest stay at Larissa’s place on her gorgeous land. The place was perfect, had everything we needed and was presented amazingly, the garden was beautiful and we made good use of the hot tub. The animals were the cherry on top for us, the little lambs came to see us and we loved Prince Onion the cat whi came and introduced himself ☺️Perfect location as well for our shopping day at Ashford Designer Outlet. Thank you Larissa!☺️x

The accommodation is exactly as described in a great location with sea views. Perfect for families as well as couples or individuals. Having a sea view is lovely and it is within walking distance to the beach.

Logement très bien agencé , localisation dans le parc excellente Proche de nombreux sites touristiques. Seuls petits bémols les araignées dans le logement qui n’ont pas été enlevées lors du ménage et les rideaux non occultant qui laissait passer la lumière dès 5h30 du matin. Mis à part ces petits détails notre séjour a été excellent

Fantastic location, beautiful and comfy house. Perfect for a large family get-away. Games room was good fun and the garden was perfect in the sunshine. The pebble beach is just a few minutes walk away and access to the Cliff walk is easy as well.

L'entrée du village de vacances a été un peu difficile à trouver (cela ressemble à l'entrée d'un quartier avec des résidences privées alors qu'on s'attendait à une rue) mais une fois cela fait, nous avons adoré le chalet, les facilités qu'il y avait dans le village (aire de jeux pour les enfants, piscine, tennis, mini-golf), la plage à 5 minutes à pieds! Et en plus, nous avons eu un temps magnifique toute la semaine. Nous avons pu faire quelques visites intéressantes et profiter du calme du village de vacances. On a adoré! L'équipe de Keepers Cottages a été très à l'écoute, bienveillante et réactive pour résoudre le souci que nous avons eu avec la télé. Nous sommes globalement très satisfait de notre séjour et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Simple, easy and cosy caravan with all the conveniences. Normally I’m Not fussed about WiFi but I had to work whilst I was there and having WiFi in the van was a useful touch. The place was clean and tidy and got warm quickly, perfect for a little autumn getaway.
