Een ideaal plekje, een fijn huis met ruimte, om met een gezin met grotere kinderen een vakantie te beleven: voor ieder wat wils! Met de trein ben je vlot in het levendige Porto, altijd een Bolt-driver in de buurt om je naar fijne plekjes te brengen zoals strandje aan de Douro (Arnelas) of de wat avontuurlijkere plekken als de Arouca-bridge, als evengoed genieten van prachtige zonsondergangen, heerlijke koffietjes en golven trotseren op amper 1 duin afstand. Antonio heeft ons heel goed ontvangen en reageerde steeds erg vlot

Very cozy apartment in an old building with a good outdoor space. Rui was an excellent host and very responsive to any request, including getting us a new kettle! He was friendly and offered us lots of information about the city and neighbourhood. Pet-friendly was a huge bonus. The house is smaller than it seems in the photos but it is liveable and comfortable. There is a small gas heater for those chilly or damp nights. The two bedrooms was a huge plus. Kitchen had everything we needed as did the bathroom. The back garden was a nice place to relax on a sunny day. The neighbourhood is very walkable and close to all sorts of things like the metro, buses, cafes, supermarkets, parks, and restaurants. It doesn't take long to walk anywhere, or to take a bus into centro. The street is small and a very large car may have a problem parking there, but we didn't. We liked that the neighbourhood isn't too busy and is mostly residential. We would definitely choose this place again.

Super sejour logement tres propre fidèle aux photos. Rien ne manque et la terrasse est un vrai plus.Susana est toujours là si on a besoin et nous a gâté a l arrivée et pendant le séjour. Je recommande ++++++++ nous reviendrons sans aucun doute

Fabuleux, merveilleux ! Que dire de plus … Marina est une super Hôte chaleureuse, à l’écoute et qui aime partager ses bons plans et découvertes. La maison pour 12 personnes était très chaleureuse, avec de grands espaces. Merci à Marina pour ses attentions particulières et ses conseils. Nous avons passé un séjour paisible et agréable en famille. Une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés. Le quartier est agréable avec des commodités assez proches. Milles merci Marina pour l’accueil et les échanges ;)

El espacio de Antonio es muy lindo, súper funcional y accesible. Lo encontramos impecable, la atención de Antonio y Eva fue inigualable. Realmente nos sentimos bienvenidos y apoyados por ambos en todo momento. Excelentes anfitriones!

La maison est située en bord de mer (la plage est à moins de 5 min de marche) et donne sur un jardin. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour et avons pu facilement visiter les environs (Gaïa, Aveiro, Porto). Mention spéciale pour Hugo qui est très disponible et dispense de bons conseils.

Muy buen alojamiento ya que buscábamos algo cercano al aeropuerto. Casa sencilla y muy bonita. Teníamos a nuestra disposición varios tipos de café y té para nuestro consumo. Muy recomendable.

Nick was a wonderful host, extremely responsive, and generous with little gifts. His local recommendations were spot on (we tried them all). There was a ton of space for our whole family to stay, and we felt really comfortable here. I would recommend it.

Had a great time in Marie’s place. She welcomed us really well sharing local places we could go to to shop or eat, and recommendation for Porto. Very easy to check in and flexible which was great. The house is very big with all amenities, and a very nice area by the swimming pool. Thanks again !

As a family of 4 Jose’s place is perfect for relaxing around the pool or walking to the beach a great location with stunning views!

Our stay was excellent! Elsa was over the top in every way! We had a gift of wine and custard tarts when we got there, Elsa arranged a reservation at an amazing restaurant and she responded quickly to any inquiry. Would definitely come back to this beautiful sanctuary.

Nou, wat een geweldige locatie in authentiek Porto! Een alles super schoon en alles bij de hand. Zelfs en mixer, die kapot was, meteen vervangen…. Wat een service. We waren met 2 pubers en 3 volwassenen, maar bij thuiskomst zeiden we tegen elkaar, dat deze 5 onvergetelijke vakantie-dagen super waren: ‘s morgens met de uitstekende uitgebreide tips van Nuno erop uit en daarna heerlijk genietend van tapas bij het zwembad! Nuno is een geweldige gastheer!!! Echt een aanrader!!!

There are so many positive things about this house. Very close to the train, shops, grocery, the beach, and the town has everything you'd need. The yard is very well fenced for dogs. The location is quiet while being very central. Got the best sleep with the black out shutters, beds and linens were comfy. Luis was a great host, very responsive and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place.

I know that everyone has their priorities of what deserves a 5-star rating. Let me explain why I gave Ines 5 stars. For me, the place was on a quiet street and on the other side of the river from Porto. You can hop on the metro, which is a short walk, or you can walk across the steel bridge; either way, you are in Porto very quickly without the congestion of Porto. The place was clean. It was exactly as described, and it had a lovely patio to sit and have morning coffee. Every time I had a question, I received a rapid response. This was a great value for me, and I would stay there again. The garage was a big selling point for me because I was travelling by car, but in Porto, I just wanted to walk about without dealing with parking. And I also book it at the last minute so it was win-win.. You have to decide for yourself what your priorities are! I loved it!!

Had a fantastic time at this apartment. It was spacious for two people with a lovely balcony and a big stretch of garden. Beautifully decorated too and a really great location. The only downside was having to pay a ‘late check-in’ fee of €10 for arriving just past 9pm because our flight was delayed. Although this was outlined on the booking, we still felt that this was really unnecessary. Nobody wants a delayed flight and this cannot be helped. We presume this was because of inconvenience to the host who met us upon arrival, perhaps to get passport information, however this could have been arranged the next day. It is a small apartment and things were easily located and accessed without being shown around. The host also seemed to be in a rush to leave. There is a key safe which is used for checkout, therefore the key could have been left there for check-in. This isn’t a complaint but just some advice on how things could be improved! Thank you.

Our 2nd time at Jaime's place. Very relaxing week, unfortunately the local café was closed for their holiday so we couldn't get our daily Pastel de Nata, we went instead to Porto to learn how to make them! Jaime was helpful and generous, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the swimming pool!

Absolutely gorgeous place, spectacular view, and fantastic location! I loved all the art on the walls as well. After moving to Porto I lived here with my cat while searching for an apartment, and given the market this ended up lasting months. Gabriela & Carina were both incredibly nice and accommodating during my long stay. Taking my time to find a good apartment wouldn't have been possibly without this relaxing place to keep me sane and I am incredibly grateful for it. Thank you both for providing such a wonderful and peaceful place for Sera and I to adjust to a new city and country!

Impeccable heat insulation, you will appreciate it on cold windy days. It is a renovated building just a few minutes walk from the Metro, a couple of streets away from the busy Rua de Santa Catarina, thus convenient stores, restaurants and historical sights are near by. The flat has everything you might need to stay with a family of four. Very recommended.

The pictures are very similar to the actual place, apart from a few cushions and throws. Overal, we had a very nice stay. The terrasse is lovely, fridge is big, kitchen contains most of the essentials. Don't expect to cook like a chef, but you can manage well. There is construction everywhere in Porto so there might be a little sound while you enjoy your port wine outside. Both bed/rooms are up those black stairs, so make sure all your party can manage them. The ceiling coming out of those stairs is less than 5 feet, but it gets normal after a meter or so. The building has a very small and fully functional lift. it is about 10 minutes by walk to where the action is (beware the street is not flat, better come from Marquês if you have luggage, you'll go down to the flat! Enjoy your stay should you choose this place for your Porto adventures !

I had a very enjoyable stay - the location is great (just a couple of streets away from the main central area) and there are plenty of excellent and reasonable cafes, restaurants and shops within very close range. The accommodation itself was first class, with plenty of space and good amenities, and a very helpful team around during the day if you needed anything. The place is a great base for getting out and seeing Porto, and also for day trips out of the city - a day trip out to the Douro Valley is a must. You can also walk easily from the apartment to the beautiful gardens at Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, which has some seriously breath-taking views out across the river. Worth visiting at sunset. Practicalities: the nearest metro is Lapa (about 12 minutes walk away) on the purple line that goes to the airport. Aliados in the main square, on the yellow line, is also within short walking distance.

Heel fijn en gezellig huisje. Wij hadden veel regen, maar het is ook een knus huisje om binnen te zitten. Er is veel aanwezig in het huisje en de sfeer is heel gezellig. Ik zou zo weer teruggaan. Wij vonden de slaapkamer aan de straat wel heel erg lawaaierig. Ik sliep achter perfect. Maar aan de straatkant is heel veel lawaai van auto’s en ook schreeuwende mensen in het weekend. Wij werden daar meerdere keren ler nacht wakker van. Het heeft niks met de fijnheid van het huisje te maken, maar het is wel iets om over na te denken als je een lichte slaper bent ☺️.
